A. Who has had a positive influence on you in your life? Q. A leader who understands the value of things.

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seito Juku. The theme this time is "Think about a person who has had a positive influence on your life."

I have been influenced by many people, but I have never had a specific mentor or coach. Whenever I do something, I first learn the basics from books, and then through trial and error I create my own application of it.

Sometimes things don't go well in the trial and error process. If you have a teacher, they should be able to give you hints to help you find the answer right away. However, I have come this far without any hints.

However, it's not correct to say that I didn't get any hints. I have an intuition-like sense that tells me that if I go over here I'll find something, (after a quick look) this might be an important point, so I'll look into it more closely.

Therefore, I am not good at problems that require me to write down the answer someone told me, but I think I am better suited to setting problems about certain subjects and digging deep into them in my own way.

However, I don't reject the idea of mentors or coaches. Of course, there have been times when I have learned something from someone, and I'm sure there have been times when my values have been turned upside down. I believe that the role of a mentor or coach is to provide guidance in that way.

When I think of people who influenced me, I think of the teachers who taught me at school and great people who were active long ago. There are many different kinds of people in the world. There are many different ways of thinking, and it is difficult to say which is correct.

So I think it's amazing that people have consistent values and beliefs and can teach them in a way that is easy to understand and impressive. Isn't it true that wise people learn from fools, and fools don't learn from wise people?

Events in the world can be summarized very simply. To do this, I think it is best to encounter many things and look for common characteristics.

If you are the parent of a young girl, you may want your daughter to marry someone who has a good eye for things. When choosing a school, friends, or a company, the most important thing is to have someone who understands the value of those things.

People who understand the value of such things will never make mistakes when choosing a partner or a job. Understanding the value of things means having the ability to make judgments.

A leader is a leader because he or she makes decisions. One of the most important qualities for a leader is to hone the value of things. Human connections are the real treasure. People who understand the value of such things also understand the value of people, and can be said to be people who make a fortune through connections called personal connections.

I have also learned a lot from such leaders through books. Don't just study, take action. That's important advice. I want to be proactive and be influenced by many people, and to influence many people. Bye.

Q: What skills or lessons have you learned recently? A, Learning accumulates Be kind Don’t be greedy Continuation is power Trust your intuition

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seitohjijuku. Today I would like to talk about the theme, "What skills or lessons have you learned recently?" For me, learning is an asset that accumulates every day. By accumulating a treasure of assets, even if you fail and have to start over from scratch, you can quickly recreate your original state.

Although it's a bit of an old lesson that I learned recently, it's to be kind and not be greedy. These two are my policies, and if I were the president of a company and were to create a corporate philosophy, I would probably put them first.

On top of that, the most important thing in any competition or job is to continue. Continuity is power. In the end, in any sport, the winner is the one who fights until the end and keeps standing. If you give up halfway through, your growth in that sport will be limited.

One more thing I'll add just for the sake of service is to trust your intuition. If your reason tells you to keep going, but your intuition tells you it's better to turn back, you should stop for a moment. Since your reason and intuition are making opposing decisions, it's probably fair to expect some kind of event to happen.

In reality, you may find yourself at a dead end or on a cliff. This is where intuition comes into play. Even if you don't usually pay attention to your intuition, if you feel that something is clearly not good or that this way is definitely better, you should think about it carefully.

If you keep thinking about it, you will eventually find the answer to why. In conclusion, the lessons I have learned over the past few years are that learning is cumulative, continuity is power, be kind, don't be greedy, and trust your intuition.

Q. What do you admire about other people’s actions? A. Work of excellent people in the same industry

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seito Juku. Your question is "What can you praise in the actions of others?" I think that teaching in the actions of others is a wonderful act.

Of course, each teacher has their own experience and knowledge, and some are good at teaching while others are not. I have always avoided teaching others, but when I was in school, a classmate suggested that I try teaching someone something, and I reluctantly started teaching.

When teaching, like anything else, you may struggle to figure out how to explain something at first. Sometimes they may not understand, and you may have to try different ways of expressing yourself, but this is the hard part about being a teacher.

Now, let me talk about coaching. The reason why a coach is called a coach is because for some people it means rolling up their sleeves and teaching step by step. There is also a similar word called management, but management has the mission of creating new managerial positions.

If I were to ask which of coaching, leadership, and management I am best at, I would say I am good at showing a vision, so I would say I am half leader and half manager. Rather, I would say that my role as a playing manager is to provide an environment where my subordinates can work comfortably.

I'm currently reading a book called "The Trillion Dollar Coach," and it seems that coaching refers to a role model. Coaching doesn't just mean teaching your skills and knowledge, but also requires you to think about how to give the person you're teaching meaningful direction.

What is best for the individual? The role of a coach is to constantly think about this. In that sense, leaders are people who take the initiative to show a vision and lead an organization, while management is people who develop managers to manage the organization.

If you want to be a leader, manager or coach, it's your coach's job to help you come up with the best idea of what path to take.

Going back to the original point, I like teaching people, and I think I admire other people who teach others. In that sense, when people praise others, I think they are praising someone who is achieving results in something they care about, regardless of whether they are good or bad at a particular skill. Sportsmen admire athletes.

I used to be bad at teaching too, but once I realized my potential I started to like it and admire people who are good at teaching.

In the book by the coach I mentioned earlier, if the model coach is still alive and can teach me something new, I would genuinely admire him.

Has anything changed compared to a year ago? I think my skills have improved since last year, but I don’t really feel that way.

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seito Juku. Is your current life the one you wanted a year ago?

I was recently looking at some photos I took a year ago, and comparing myself now to who I was a year ago, I can say that nothing has changed, but I think I have probably improved quite a bit in terms of my skills.

If you ask me what I dreamed of a year ago, I think I would have dreamed of making a living from blogging. That blog has been on and off for a while now, and I also have a sister blog ( Seifuji Medical School ), but I feel like it's been getting back on the radar recently.

I haven't changed much from who I was a year ago, but I can change who I am a year from now. For now, I want to get a qualification.

I don't know if this story is true, but I would like to obtain the qualifications to become a certified public accountant or a judicial scrivener, but I think it would be difficult to obtain either of them even in a year.

Of course, I will be blogging while I try to get qualifications, so my life will be pretty tight. Fortunately, as I mentioned in the previous survey, I have a small amount of passive income, so if I work a little, it will not be impossible for me to live.

On top of that, I'm hoping to earn some income from my blog, but it seems like it's not that easy to make money from a blog. People may think that not only blogs but even YouTube are becoming outdated now.

As for why I'm blogging now, I think society is moving in a certain direction within a big flow. Some people move first, while others are slow to move, and overall the society is moving slowly.

Some people may say that blogs are obsolete content, or in other words, obsolete. However, the number of people who shoot videos is increasing and the number of people who blog is decreasing, which means that there are fewer rivals for blogs.

In other words, the world has passed over blogs once, and now a new blue ocean is spreading. This is about how things are now compared to a year ago, but when it comes to blogs, I don't think it's bad.

Of course, as I have said before, by embedding YouTube videos on this blog you can also build a site for the new age of web videos.

There hasn't been any visible change compared to a year ago, but next year I would like to aim for a visible change by obtaining qualifications. First of all, I think I will get a second-class bookkeeping qualification and a certified administrative scrivener qualification.

It is hard to accept that the average annual income of a certified public accountant is nearly 10 million yen, and that the average annual income of a judicial scrivener is only about 5 million yen, despite the exams being of similar difficulty. However, it may be that there is more demand for accounting work than legal work.

I also have four three-month spans in the next year, so I want to live my life on that timeline. Even if I pass the Certified Public Accountant exam and earn 10 million yen a year, it seems that if you have children and your household income is 10 million yen, it's tight.

For me, having a child is an unfulfilled dream, but I want to make a big change in the next two or three years. I hope you all will also try your best to look back on your current situation in three years and think that your life has changed. I will fight through life in my own way.

So, the answer to this survey is that my skills have probably improved a lot compared to a year ago, but I don't really feel that way, so I don't feel like anything has changed compared to a year ago. Thank you for watching. See you later.

We charge a fee for insurance for the corporate version of the online shop

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time, I'd like to talk about the corporate version of the online shop. This is from my notes on 12/07 (Thurs).

A corporate version of an online shop. When you want to buy something for business purposes, it's fine to buy it through an online shop. If you're a confectionery manufacturer and you want to order sugar in bulk, it would be nice to be able to order it cheaply in bulk online, separate from your regular customers.

From the company's perspective, they may be able to find the products they like just by browsing the shop site and searching. Of course, from the site's perspective, if a company finds a good product on the site and wants to do business with them, they may do so directly, bypassing the site. If that happens, they will no longer receive commission income, and it will be the same as providing a service for free.

Therefore, if the income earned through business transactions through the site is pooled as insurance in case of any trouble, direct transactions between companies should be reduced. If any trouble occurs and evidence is needed, it will be convenient in the future if the shopping site stores the transactions between companies.

Even if you take something like souvenirs for a general meeting of shareholders, it is normal to order them at a business level. If you order in bulk through an online shop, the cost per item will be cheaper, and you can deal with any problems that may arise, making it more convenient.

The commission for transactions does not have to be very high, but you should expect some commission income to act as insurance.

Success is driven by motivated, visionary leaders with the ability to execute

Hello. I'm Nada from Seito Medical School. This is the first installment of my notes for 12/05 (Tue). I'm currently reading "Leadership Engine," which I bought at Book Off. It's a book about leadership, but it's a little old and I bought it for 220 yen.

・Leaders are the ones who get the last win and take responsibility

・Online shop B to B

<The leader takes responsibility for the outcome>

"Success is achieved by driven, visionary leaders who have the drive to execute." (Quote from the book)

What comes to your mind when you hear the word "leader"? A leader is someone who creates something from scratch. A leader is the first to attract attention and gather people. To attract attention, you can sit alone in front of the assembly, or you can find your compatriots and talk about your goals. If the leader is pure and truly cares about others, people will naturally gather around him.

What is the first thing required of a leader? First of all, courage. First, there is a risk that a fight may break out, and in the worst case scenario, there may be a risk of losing one's life, but is there something that you want to achieve despite that risk? In student movements, students often stand up to fight against vested interests, or vested rights. In the period immediately after the war, there were times when students ran wild on universities in what were known as student protests, but what should leaders have done at those times?

First, they must show the best way forward while taking into consideration the safety of their comrades. If they cross the line and get caught, all will be lost. Then they must compromise with the establishment. The establishment may see the students as a threat, but unless they are extremely corrupt, they will be willing to listen. The leader must then negotiate with the establishment on behalf of the comrades. If the demand is for money or some other selfish thing, the public will not be on their side. To get the public on their side, the demands must be beneficial to the public as well.

Imagine that you have to survive a thrilling battle in the future. Would you want to take part in that battle? If you think about it, whether in politics or business, the top people are always exposed to battle. This is because in any situation there are rivals who can be called antis, and they must surpass those rivals as they grow day by day. The top people must take the lead and keep thinking of ways to win against such rivals from morning to night. You could say that the price they pay is that they are respected.

Conflict can occur at any time. In Japan, Tokugawa Ieyasu's Edo Shogunate lasted for 260 years, and during these 260 years there were no wars and it was peaceful. However, because of this, the skills of warfare did not become refined, and inertia continued for 260 years.

No one likes fighting. They want to avoid losing and suffering a miserable experience. However, if you run away from a situation where you have to fight, you will lose without fighting, even though you could have won. This will be a very good condition for the other side.

The problem is not fighting, but being ready to win at any time. To do that, you need to keep your nails sharp and be ready to land a powerful blow on your opponent at any time. Some people say that winning isn't everything, but if you compromise and settle when you should be fighting, you may end up losing a lot. On the other hand, even if you win, you may not have anything left, and it would have been better if you had settled before fighting.

A leader is someone who takes the lead in these battles and challenges, leaves results, and leaves them as a long-lasting legacy. Leaders who bring temporary benefits will soon fade from people's memories. To be talked about for generations to come, you need something that will last for generations to come.

A leader is someone who is a good example for others and is the last to reap the benefits. A leader cannot be the first to run away when something happens. It is also an important job of a leader to keep an eye on the whole and create an environment in which subordinates can win. I haven't read all of the books I mentioned earlier, so I think there is a different explanation of what a leader is. What I have just said is my theory on leadership, and leaders gain legitimacy by taking responsibility. A leader has a role as a leader. Let's move on to the next one.

<Online shop B to B>

The next theme is online shopping and B to B (business to business). The basic principle of online shopping is that the online store sells products to consumers. Online stores do not have full-time sales staff, so they can sell products at a lower price to cover the labor costs. It is interesting to think about what kind of collaboration between companies will take place in this online shop.

For example, let's say your company has an idea for a novel product. At that time, developing the product in your company may require huge funds, such as setting up facilities and hiring new specialized personnel. However, if you order from another company, you may be able to produce the product at a lower price. Which do you think the management department of your company would prioritize? For example, let's say you want to create a gift set from a carefully selected group of products. At that time, you can purchase products at a low price from other companies and add them to the gift set.

This is just an example, but if we look at collaboration between companies from a different perspective, we may be able to see some amazing new business opportunities. Being able to rent out equipment is a big deal. Sharing is also an option.

About the light of quantum chemistry! The Complete Book of Six Laws also includes Commercial Law! ?

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This is the second installment of my notes for 12/04 (Mon). Will Nada be able to finish on a high note?

・About the light of quantum chemistry

・The complete collection of laws includes commercial law!?

・Afterword

<About quantum chemical light>

Even though it's called quantum chemistry, there are those that are closer to physics and those that are closer to medicine. In the physics-oriented ones, wave movement becomes important. The crest and trough waves seen in sine and cosine functions. From crest to crest, from trough to trough. Each wave is based on a length called the wavelength (λ).

波長(λ)[m] x 振動数(v)[1/s] = 光速(c)[m/s]

Here, frequency can be said to be the number of times the wave repeats per second. Infrared light has a longer wavelength than visible light, i.e. light that humans can see, and the frequency is smaller. If we apply the above formula, does that mean that if the speed of light is constant, the longer the wavelength, the smaller the frequency?

In addition, although light has wave properties as shown in the above equation, it also has particle-like properties that can be counted as a single unit. This is the particle nature of light, or photon.

<The Complete Collection of Laws includes commercial law!?>

The Roppo Zensho is the legal bible that lawyers always carry under their arm, but do you know what the Roppo Zensho actually refers to? The Roppo Zensho refers to six laws: the Constitution, the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, the Commercial Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, and the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Of these, commercial law aims to adjust the economic interests of companies. Here, a company is defined as "an independent economic unit that realizes profit-making activities with economic and planned intentions." In other words, it is a player that puts profit first, plans and operates a business.

While the Civil Code is a general private law that deals with relationships between citizens and troubles in daily life, the Commercial Code is a special private law that deals with special cases such as business relationships. In Japan, the existence of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code can be known by looking at the statutory law written in the clauses called the source of law. In contrast, in the West, emphasis is placed on actual cases that have been handed down in the past, such as legal precedents. Here, statutory law refers to laws enacted by the Diet.

The difference between private law and public law is that private law deals with troubles between individuals in their daily lives, while public law regulates the relationships between members of national or local public organizations. The difference between general law and special law is the difference in their roles: general law regulates people, areas, and matters in general, while special law regulates people, areas, and matters in particular.

What would be a good gift to give to a friend? I bought a shampoo and conditioner set.

What is the difference between performance-based and result-based? The survey is questionable! !

Good evening. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This is the first installment of my notes for Monday, December 4th. There may be up to three installments, so be prepared to keep an eye out!

・Performance-based vs. result-based

・Survey bias

・Stay tuned for the second installment on Monday, December 4th

・Future issues

・Afterword

<Performance-based and results-based>

This is about merit-based and result-based systems. Merit-based systems are an evaluation of the entire process, including results, and are mainly aimed at employees. On the other hand, result-based systems are a world where results are everything, regardless of process or method, and apply to company managers and freelancers. I think it would be good to consider four different analysis methods by adding another axis of opposing thinking to this merit-based and result-based system. I haven't found a good axis yet, so I'll let you know if I come up with an idea. However, in my case, I think it would be wise to work on a merit-based system for a while, and then I would like to wait a while before moving to a result-based system like freelancing.

It can be said that companies with poor performance are influenced by the lack of ability of people in higher positions, such as managers. Of course, it can be said that the field generates sales, but no matter how excellent the field is, if the top managers lack the ability, the organization will lose its ability to grow. Reskilling, or relearning, has become a hot topic recently, not just for managers, but being diligent is a big advantage in working life. In that sense, managers are results-oriented, and their value lies in whether they can produce results.

Survey Bias

The next topic is surveys. In a survey, doctors and scholars seem to be highly trusted in Japan and around the world. Of course, politicians come in at the bottom as the least trustworthy profession. However, there is a wide range of doctors, scholars, and politicians, so I think it is important to look at them on an individual level, not saying that they are untrustworthy because of their profession, but that they are trustworthy because they are that person. Of course, if you work in a profession like the media where you come into contact with politicians professionally, it is convincing to say that most politicians cannot be trusted.

In politics, party approval ratings and cabinet approval ratings are often discussed. There are various techniques for such surveys. In a TV street survey, if citizens are given two options, if you tell them at the beginning that one option is more popular, crowd psychology will give people the illusion that that option is more popular. Or, by devising the questions, it may be possible to manipulate the results of the survey to some extent.

Even in the academic world, papers are sometimes constructed based on surveys, but it is necessary to check that the survey does not contain bias, that is, biased thinking. When I take a survey, I always check "best" for every answer, so I can be called a bias demon.

<Please look forward to the second part on Monday, December 4th>

Well, I've been writing about the contents of my notes so far, but my notes dated 12/04 (Mon) are 2.5 pages long, but at this point, I've only completed about 1/5 of the report. In other words, it's 0.5 pages. How much are you going to report, you know?! If you ramble on about your report at a rapid clip toward the mountain as the morning glow rises, you'll get an echo of feedback, so please look forward to it.

For the past few days, I've been reading "The Woman Who Created Aeon" that I bought at Book Off, and it's a book I could give as a gift to someone. As expected of someone who made Aeon big from scratch, it exudes authenticity. I bought it for 220 yen, and it was a good purchase. I'd like to read it again if I have the chance.

One of the definitions of life is that it moves freely within the structure of a system! ?

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. Today, I bought a shampoo and conditioner set as a Christmas present. Many men may not care about the quality of their hair, but women tend to be very particular about the quality of their hair. Is it better to give a gift of an expensive brand, or something inexpensive but simple and functional? This time, I'm writing about my notebook from 12/03 (Sun).

・Life in the System

・Study, Action, Selection and Concentration

・Afterword

<Life in the System>

The first theme is life within a system. In a previous report, I considered what life is from both a material and a spiritual perspective. In terms of material aspects, one definition (meaning) of life is a filtering device that balances gravity and homeostasis. In terms of spiritual or philosophical aspects, having life means that an object has the degree of freedom to exist when experiencing something in the past. In other words, one definition of life is moving freely within a structure called a system, which is the relationship between things. This is because it has its own will and moves around in space.

For example, I wonder what moves freely in the internal environment of the body beyond physical activity. One of them is white blood cells. I believe white blood cells fight pathogens. I don't know much about medicine, so I would like to study it so that I can grasp the facts clearly. Returning to the point, white blood cells that move freely in the bloodstream system can be said to have life, according to the definition above. Body cells can also be said to have life if they continue to move even when separated from other cells.

In other words, if we define life philosophically, one system is made up of countless elements and countless systems. For example, in a system called the body, if you remove something that connects it to the outside, the smallest living organism that can continue to function for a certain period of time is the one that has life. When it comes to life, not only physical definitions are important, but also philosophical definitions.

<Study, initiative, selection and concentration>

The next theme is "The Woman Who Created AEON." AEON was created by Kojima Chizuko, who overhauled the parent company, Okadaya. The cover reads, "You need to study more." If you are diligent and work hard, even if you fail, you will bounce back and achieve success. Studying never takes away new realizations, and learning is something that is built up over many years. However, one thing is certain: study is the foundation, and it is the ability to act that builds a vacation home on top of it. The balance between these two points is important. Below are some things that caught my attention in this book.

Whether you succeed or not depends on what your goal is and how you invest your limited time and money. It is exactly the fusion of knowledge and technology, which is called a mental attitude. It's called selection and concentration, but depending on the circumstances, what you think is a disadvantage in life in society can be said to be a great advantage. Even if you don't have money, if you have time, you may be able to cover most academic subjects and technologies in your lifetime.

As for health, a leader who cannot maintain good health will have a negative impact on the company's performance, so it is the leader's job to look after the leader's health. One thing I can say is that, for example, even if the leader is not doing anything, it is important to create a situation where maintaining the status quo is important. Furthermore, if the leader takes action, performance needs to change from maintaining the status quo to a growth curve. As a leader, I would like to at least devise ways to give the company I am in charge of an advantage. On top of that, the health of the leader is a major prerequisite.

<Afterword>

I would like to dig a little deeper into a²+2ab-39=0.

One thing I would like to change is my staying power. If you post on your blog every day, your blog will probably improve like a snowball.

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seito Juku. This time, we're going to ask you to "write down one thing you want to change about yourself."

In conclusion, I am satisfied with myself now, and my current life is not bad, so I would rather have nothing change. On that note, if I had to choose one thing I would like to change, it would be to have the drive (grid) to see things through.

I've always been the type of person who would start things off with a lot of energy, but as I get closer to the end, I gradually start to feel like giving up. It's already been four and a half years since I started this blog on July 31, 2019.

I completed my first 100 articles in three months, and my writing and blogging skills improved tremendously, but spending eight hours a day researching and writing articles left me feeling groggy, so I left it for a long time.

Recently, I have started posting on the Seitojijuku blog again, but it is true that the one who stands until the end wins. I have also started posting again after a long time, so I can't really boast, but it is true that I am here now, writing this article.

As with anything, if you feel like quitting halfway through, you can stop. If you feel like quitting, you can stop temporarily. Also, if you feel like resuming, you can resume.

If nothing happens, the articles I wrote before will remain there and will be added to like an asset the more articles I write. I gave up on this blog after the first three months, but now I think it would be okay to keep adding to it for the rest of my life.

So, one of the things I wanted to change was my perseverance. Persistence is power. If I work on it every day, the value of my blog will snowball. See you then.

Opening up the destiny of Tenpu Nakamura! The company gives experience and salary

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time I will report on my diary notes for Saturday, December 2nd.

・Synergy creates ideas

・Gods and Buddhas die when they sleep at night and come back to life when they wake up in the morning

・Tenpu Nakamura's "Opening up your destiny"

・Companies provide experience and salary

・Afterword

Generate ideas through synergy

When you hear someone's idea, you might think it's the application of a specific piece of knowledge. Someone's knowledge and ideas are not separated like a deep valley, but are new ideas that develop from knowledge. Someone's idea may seem like the application of a specific piece of knowledge, but in reality it is the synergy of many pieces of knowledge that produces the idea.

On top of that, if you can get rid of the problem of preconceptions, the more knowledge you have, the more ideas you will have. It's important to note that the more knowledge you have, the more preconceptions you will have. If you can avoid that, you'll be a knowledgeable idea king.

Gods and Buddhas die when they sleep at night and come back to life when they wake up in the morning.

The next topic is: I recently heard Taro Aso's response to a question on YouTube. I think the lawmaker who asked the question said, "The most important thing is the atmosphere, but what is the second most important thing to you, Mr. Aso?" I don't remember the answer very well, but he gave the following quick and witty answer: "In the morning, wake up with hope, work hard during the day, and go to sleep at night with gratitude." I felt like this response filled in the gaps in the words I had thought up. "Gods and Buddhas die when they go to sleep at night, and come back to life when they wake up in the morning." Well, that's about it. Okay, let's move on!!

Nakamura Tenpu's "Opening up your destiny"

The next subject is Nakamura Tenpu. I have recently started using the pen name Tenpu on Seitoh Shijuku, a sister site of Seitoh Medical School. I am currently reading Tenpu's "Opening Your Destiny" and have read up to the first chapter. What caught my attention was the line, "People speak within the scope of their own experiences and knowledge." When I write my blog, I often write about things I have learned from books and things I have actually experienced. As it is said that humans love stories, original stories that are unique to each individual are valuable. It seems that such original stories are also highly rated in recent Google searches.

Currently (12/3, 01:30), I would like to give the Seitoh Juku English translation site a boost. It is a blogger site, but since I started it this year, the current page views are only about 250. I will also post a link below, so if you are confident in your English, please drop by.

Existentialism. I'll study it next time.

The next theme is philosophy. Existentialism. I've heard of it before, but I can't imagine it in detail. According to Nakamura Tenpu, philosophy is "a study that explores the causes of phenomena." It can be said that philosophy is about asking why the physical phenomena that occur in the world every day are the way they are, what the reasons are, and what the meanings are. Tenpu says, "What are God and Buddha?" Of course, I don't have a clear answer, and if I were asked this question, I would probably just give myself another half century. That was a story about philosophy. If I have time again, I would like to read a philosophy book and try to understand existentialism and find my own answer.

The company provides salary and experience

The next topic is about independence or freelancing. I think many company employees want to leave the company and change jobs or start their own business. They feel that there is too little reward for the work they do. I too have wanted to become independent and work as a freelancer since I entered my 30s. This perspective is from the perspective of the employee, and I feel horrified at the thought of not being paid more.

On the other hand, from the employer's point of view, the employee's argument may seem a little selfish. Many employers probably think that they are not just giving their employees a salary, but also allowing them to gain experience in the form of work. It would be hard to accept that the talent they have nurtured since the beginning of their careers would quit because they are dissatisfied with their salary. Managers will probably think that in exchange for the low salary of young employees, they are providing them with experience.

However, it seems that the recent generation Z, people in their 20s, are quitting because the workplace is too lax and they can't gain experience. Even if the employer is in the position to provide salary and experience, and pays a high salary, they quit because they can't gain experience. It's a difficult problem. I also have a strong desire to be independent, so I think I can understand the feelings of people who want to be independent.

However, it is also important to feel grateful to your current company for helping you grow as an employee until you were able to become independent. Don't get upset because you can't get what you want, but it's not too late to wait a little longer and then decide whether or not you really want to become independent. You can always make up for lost time in your twenties, so it's definitely better to keep trying new things.

If you feel your salary is low, think about why it is low, and if you feel that the salary is too lenient to gain experience, think about what you can do to change your surroundings before going independent. What I have said so far is also a warning to myself. To borrow the words of Tenpu Nakamura, "The thoughts that are made by the human heart create everything in life." By changing your way of thinking a little and going through a lot of trial and error, you may be able to make a big change to your current environment. Well then.

Afterword

If you have the financial resources, you can definitely win the election if you pay 2 million yen a year to every citizen as a basic income. If you want to pay 2 million yen a year to each person, you need a budget of 240 trillion yen every year.

Think about what life is! Aeon’s founding story! Set tasks in the recruitment!

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time, I'm writing about the diary notebook for Friday, December 1st. From now on, I'd like to include a table of contents at the beginning of the article.

・Thinking about what life is

・AEON's founding story

・Not only B to C but also B to B! Setting tasks in job interviews

・Afterword

<Considering what life is>

Having life means that when you have a real experience of the past, the object has the freedom (will) to do so. Real experience of the past means that when you look at your past memories, if there is something in those memories that moves freely without being bound by the memories, then it can be considered to have life. This is a definition of life from a philosophical perspective, but how does it differ from the previous explanation of life defined materially? It is possible that this philosophical definition of life means something symbolic.

Life, as we have defined it physically before, is a giant filtering system that filters energy through the body and expels what we don't need, or shapes the mechanisms of our heartbeat and breathing through on and off motions driven by gravity and homeostasis.

I don't know if there is any relation between this philosophical definition and the material definition of life. It may be related in the future of medical science, or it may not be related to eternity. What is life? It is a universal question for all living things.

<Aeon's Founding Story>

I am currently reading a book about the founder of Aeon. It is very interesting, so I am not even halfway through, but I would recommend it to everyone. I gained the perspective that management is based on trust and consideration. Trust and consideration are very important elements for human relationships in society.

Chizuko, the founder of AEON, was a woman and was very sensitive, so she practiced "tea ceremony" and "flower arrangement" after work on Sundays for employees who had shifts on Sundays and could not take a day off. Therefore, it seems that she was evaluated at the time as the perfect wife for AEON.

If I were a manager, I think it's important not just to hold cooking classes and study groups, but also to essentially do things that are good for employees. At the very least, I think it's good to continue to push forward with what I think is good.

<Not just B to C but also B to B! Setting goals in job interviews>

If I were the president of a major online shop, I would think about not only selling products between businesses and consumers, but also between businesses and companies. I would like to give some ideas on what B to B means for online shops.

Furthermore, if I were a company manager, I would approach recruiting by giving candidates assignments and having them write reports within a deadline. For example, you could give candidates a month to work on improving work efficiency or difficult problems as assignments and have them compile a report on three A4-sized pages. Using this method, you can see how much skill the candidate has. Of course, they don't necessarily have to solve the assignments, the point is whether there is something worth looking at.

<Afterword> I plan to post my diary notes on Seito Medical School, and a rewrite of them on Seito Personal School.

Learn high school chemistry before studying quantum chemistry! Those who can adapt will survive! ?

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. Today, I will be reporting on my diary for two days, 11/29 (Wed) and 11/30 (Thu).

First, here is a piece of information that I found confusing while studying quantum chemistry. It says that 1 cal is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g of water by 1 degree. I haven't studied chemistry much, so I thought that the amount of heat in a chemical formula was just an arbitrary value, meaning that the quantity itself didn't have much meaning, but I found that 1 cal does have meaning. If I take in 1 kcal of energy, will my motivation increase by 1000 times?

Continuing with quantum chemistry. Genetic information is written in a code of adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G), and cytosine (C). The field of quantum chemistry introduces chemical formulas into this genetic information. I will also read through my high school textbooks on chemistry and approach the goal.

The next topic. Merchandise sales are interesting. If you go to a second-hand shop or BOOKOFF, you might find a bargain. The store doesn't bother to check how much each item is selling for online, so they can make a profit by selling it cheaply and selling it at a higher price. When I found out that a book I bought for 600 yen was selling for 2,000 yen, I felt a thrill, like I was hiding a precious jewel in my pocket.

This is the next theme. It is interesting that in the natural world, it is not the strongest that survive, but those that can change. Does this mean that humans, who are smart, have an advantage? If we do not have the ability to adapt, we may be wiped out all at once. With that in mind, it is important in human society to have a sense of urgency, thinking that this is our last chance.

Are you a morning person or a night owl? My memory advocates the theory of 12 hours a day with no holidays - Seito Medical School -

Hello. This is Tenpu from Seito Juku. The theme this time is, are you a morning person or a night person? Until a few years ago, I was a morning person. I would wake up at 2am and study until work started. To wake up at 2am, I needed to go to bed early at night, and since I was working part-time at the time, I would be out for 8 hours before taking the train back to work.

I've become a night owl lately, but I study, blog, and pursue my hobbies from 8pm to 5am. In that sense, I might be a day owl. I have an income separate from my job, so if I work moderately, I have no problem living on my own.

While looking at this theme of morning people or night people, I suddenly thought that I would wake up at 2 am again and work hard on my research and blogging. I feel like waking up in the morning is refreshing. Even if I stay up all night working on something, I feel a sense of accomplishment when the morning glow turns orange. It's currently 6:30 am. The sun is about to rise.

I'm thinking that it would be a good idea to alternate between night and day shifts, such as staying up all night on the first day (taking a 1-2 hour nap), sleeping 8 hours on the second day, staying up all night on the third day, and sleeping 8 hours on the fourth day. I think it would be enough to work 12 hours a day, but if I try to work exactly 12 hours, I lose motivation before the 12 hours are up. In that sense, it might be better to work 12 hours with the intention of working 16 hours.

When I was an early riser, I used to work about 16 hours, including study time, and I'm amazed that I was able to push myself so hard. Now I advocate a 12-hour workday without days off, but my experience of working 16-hour days for several years is what prompted me to advocate the 12-hour workday.

If you want to stand out from the crowd, you need to work harder than others. By not only working hard but also being creative, you can achieve a big difference in results in the same amount of time. If you value each and every day and write down what you did that day in a notebook, that's 120 points. You can also use the contents of that notebook as material for your blog. Bye.

You can say that writing blog articles is accumulating assets! ? – Seito Medical School –

Hello. I'm Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This is another rewrite article. I would like to do a semi-rewrite of the article titled "What remains after posting content on SNS? Operate a personal website and use that website as the main link with SNS. by Nada 20231006".

So what is a semi-rewrite? A semi-rewrite means that half of the article is a rewrite article, and the remaining article is written on a new theme. You can think of half of the article as the rewrite content and the other half as the original article.

I believe that accumulating the information you want to share, whether it's on social media or a blog, is accumulating assets. Whether that content generates revenue or not, as long as there is growth in it, you can expect it to become a valuable album.

Ideas are necessary to grow. Let's try this next time. Let's introduce this from now on. I think it's good to have various challenges. I myself wanted to write a half-rewrite article this time, with half of the article on the theme of rewriting and the other half on a new theme.

If you write a blog post every day, you may be in trouble if you run out of material. Fortunately, I write 3.5 articles a week and start writing without any material, but looking at the results, I can finish the content with a reasonable amount of substance.

This is just my personal opinion, so while my articles have a certain amount of content, some people may find them completely unsatisfying. However, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with your articles, and then you try to improve them by coming up with new ideas.

The topic of ingenuity is obvious to those who read my articles every time, but individual growth can be considered the same as the improvement mentioned in Toyota's Kanban system. Improvement is ultimately about progress, but sometimes you come up with an idea that shows a different dimension of growth, from progress to evolution.

As for the moment I evolved, it was the moment I realized that there is a trick to everything. When you are in business, you sometimes need to differentiate yourself from your competitors, that is, maintain a strength that is different from other companies. At such times, just coming up with a simple trick, like bending one finger, can give you an overwhelming advantage.

For example, in music, just curling your tongue downward when singing can make singing overwhelmingly easier. When singing, if there are many people who don't know the trick of rolling your tongue, it can be an overwhelming advantage as long as you don't reveal that trick.

Singing with a rolled tongue is just one example, but this simple technique can make a lot of people sing.

If you don't verbalize what you can do somehow, make it explicit knowledge and tell someone, it will become tacit knowledge and become a strength that differentiates you from your rivals. Explicit knowledge is the ability to put your knowledge into words and communicate it, while tacit knowledge is your knowledge that you cannot put into words.

My blogging activities are, so to speak, an activity of expressing my knowledge in words, but in addition to the knowledge that can be easily put into words, I also have a lot of tacit knowledge. Of course, I don't know if my knowledge will be useful to other people, but I would be happy if it can be used by as many people as possible.

For example, if your job involves writing, one of the benefits of a writing job is that it improves your writing skills. Another benefit is that, as I mentioned earlier, you can turn tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. By verbalizing tacit knowledge, which is knowledge that you have not been able to verbalize, and making it explicit knowledge, it becomes easier to convey the skills to others.

One of the reasons for turning tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is to make it reproducible. By writing down your techniques in words, you will no longer be affected by your own condition.

Blogging allows me to grow by putting my knowledge into shape. At the same time as I can grow, another benefit of writing is that the articles I write pile up, so they become assets themselves. Even when I write articles similar to previous articles, such as rewrite articles, I realize that I have more topics to talk about. This means that an article I write once will not be a one-off.

I wanted to make this a semi-rewrite article, but it ended up being just a rewrite. That's unfortunate. However, I'm going to carry over the new theme of the semi-rewrite article, "Don't think there's no next time," to the next article, probably as an original article.

This article was about 2000 characters long, but I hope to write articles with 2000 characters as a guideline from now on. Although it did not become a semi-rewritten article, which was the first assignment, thank you for listening to my article, which I am currently working on improving. I hope you have a good day tomorrow. Bye.

Trying out auction-type recruitment in the labor market! ? The lemon market can be solved by establishing a trial period! !

Hello. I'm Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This is another rewrite article. I'm going to rewrite the article titled "Is the 80:20 rule true? If the skills of the top 20% of employees were given to the remaining 60%, sales would more than triple. by Nada 20231004".

Recently, I thought that it would be good to conduct job hunting for workers through an auction system. In economics, there is a story called the market for lemons in the used car market. In the market for lemons, due to information asymmetry, the sellers of used cars have a lot of information about the used cars, but the buyers of used cars have no information at all about the used cars.

In other words, there is a difference in the amount of information available to buyers and sellers of used cars, and as good quality and poor quality used cars are sold for the same price, sellers of good quality used cars disappear from the used car market, leaving it filled with poor quality used cars.

The same can be said about workers. Generally, a company's job information is presented in a single job posting with monthly salary and benefits. Even if a worker is of a level that would be hired for that job, the salary and benefits when hired will be the same for those hired for the barely available job and those hired with a margin of error. If the people hired for the barely available job are in the bottom 80% and those hired with a margin of error are in the top 20%, the amount of sales will be significantly different due to the 20/80 rule.

The 80/20 rule is the hypothesis that the top 20% of employees contribute to 80% of sales, and therefore the top 20% of employees who generate 80% of sales and the bottom 80% of employees are offered similar salary levels and benefits when they are hired.

Of course, there will be many employees who achieve great results after being hired, and who receive raises and promotions, but if talented employees and less talented employees are offered the same treatment at the time of hiring, it is possible that the same thing will happen as in the market for used car lemons.

Well, I would like to offer my own proposal on what the auction method is for workers' job hunting. First of all, in job hunting, it is of course the workers who have most of the information about the workforce. The workers themselves know best what companies they have worked for, what kind of achievements they have made, their own strengths and weaknesses, and whether they are an excellent worker.

After that, workers submit documents and videos including their work history and self-promotion on a labor auction site, which we will call "Worktion," and undergo screening by companies. When a company wants to hire a certain employee, it is selected by the worker by offering better treatment than other companies.

In other words, the modern method of recruiting is the opposite, with companies posting job postings and having workers choose from them. In workshops, workers submit their job search information and companies set a price for that labor. By posting a job posting, companies can approach people they consider suitable for employment in advance, instead of having unworthy workers apply.

If we are talking about the top 20% of talent, there is a high possibility that companies will compete with each other for them, so the auction will select the company that makes the most attractive proposal for that talent. Of course, it would be a waste to lose the labor force you have selected after going to such lengths after just one interview.

So, for example, I would like to suggest that you conduct a formal interview and then have the person actually work for a month as a trial period. In the case of information asymmetry, the employee has overwhelmingly more information about the person's workforce, and by having the person work for a month, both the employee and the company can confirm whether the person is truly suitable.

Of course, one month is not a very long period. For example, there may be some excellent personnel among the employees who will finally be able to show their true potential after a year. However, a probationary period that is too long can be a burden on the company, and it is expected that the longer the period, the more of a burden it will be for the employees if they are not officially hired.

If you want to eliminate information asymmetry in the used car market, you should set up a trial period for the used car. By doing so, information will be shared between the seller and the buyer of the used car, minimizing losses due to differences in information.

The same is true in the labor market. Auctions allow workers to receive better treatment and companies to avoid interviewing unnecessary candidates, which is thought to reduce the waste of job hunting. Furthermore, by setting up a trial period in addition to interviews, it is possible to aim for a sufficient return for the burden of the auction and to reduce the information gap.

By adopting the auction system in the market for lemons, talented people can be properly evaluated and receive the treatment they deserve. Furthermore, companies can also determine whether or not they have talented people, so it is beneficial for both parties.

This labor auction method can be automated by creating an online website, and it is thought that efficient operation is possible by using manpower from the auction side only when it is needed.

The top 20% of talent generates 80% of sales. By finding a way to properly evaluate the top 20% of talent, talent in the labor market will be allocated efficiently. I would like to propose an auction method for this purpose. The time is ripe. All that remains is to remove preconceived notions of workers and companies. That's all. I hope the labor market will become more sophisticated. Bye.

The formula for determining price begins by considering the economy where there are unsold items! ?

Let's say there is a formula: Sales - Expenses = Profit.

p=price, Ax=sales quantity, x=production quantity, MC=marginal cost

pAx – xMC = π

π=0

p=(xMC)/(Ax)

We will call this formula the price formula. However, marginal cost MC represents the increase in cost when one more product is produced. Producing 101 products reduces the additional machine cost per product, i.e. fixed cost, by making 101 products rather than 100. If the cost of the machine to produce is $500, then for the 100th product it is 500/100 = $5, and for the 101st product it is 500/101 = $4.95. By adding the variable cost per unit, i.e. the cost of materials, which has the same cost, to this fixed cost, we can calculate the total cost per product.

In economics, if you take the sales volume Ax in the price formula and multiply it by the production volume x and p, and the cost is C, then px-C=π. In this case, the production volume x is in a state where all the production volume is sold, that is, the number of units produced and the number sold are equal, so the production volume Ax = production volume x. This state where everything is sold is called Say's Law in economics. It is the assumption that everything supplied can be sold. Unlike a hundred years ago when production capacity was low, today there is an oversupply, that is, there is enough machinery and equipment to produce more than people want. When x and Ax in the price formula, that is, the production volume and sales volume, are equal, then p=MC, which is the formula for maximizing profits in microeconomics. In other words, the point where the price and marginal cost per unit of a product are equal, which we will call the price and average cost from here on, is the point where the price and cost per unit are equal, and this is the formula for maximizing profits. If variable cost is $5, then the total cost of the 100th unit is $5 + $5 = $10, and the total cost of the 101st unit is $4.95 + $5 = $9.95. So the marginal cost of the 100th unit is $10, and the marginal cost of the 101st unit is $9.95.

Let's rewrite the previous price formula from p=(xMC)/Ax to p=(xAc)/Ax. In other words, we change the marginal cost MC to the average cost Ac.

In this price equation, when sales volume (Ax) increases, price (p) falls. Conversely, when sales volume decreases, price rises. The general equilibrium theory of demand and supply curves learned in microeconomics shows that this is a balanced supply and demand equation in which price rises when demand (sales volume) increases, and price falls when demand decreases.

The relationship between the supply and demand equation and the price equation shows that when demand (sales volume) increases, the price rises in the supply and demand equation, and the price falls in the price equation.

Image training. Let's calculate it here!

Production volume 15 = x

Sales quantity 10 units = Ax

Average cost $5 = Ac

p = (15 x 5)/10 = $7.5. If there are 5 unsold units, the price will be $7.5 based on the average cost of $5. In other words, the total cost is 5 x 15 = $75, so the sales revenue is 7.5 x 10 = $75. Since the sales revenue and total cost are equal, the profit is zero, but the company is still able to break even.

p = (5 x 5)/5 = $5. If there are no unsold items, the price and average cost are the same. Total cost is 5 x 5 = $25, and sales are 5 x 5 = $25, so sales and total cost are equal and profits are zero.

(Q) Now, I would like to set a question. How can we make this pricing formula more practical?

Below, we will explain Fisher's equation of exchange.

Fisher's equation of exchange is MV=PT, also known as the quantity theory of money. M=money supply (money stock), V=velocity of money, P=price, T=real GDP. V=velocity of money is also expressed as V=1/credit multiplier.

From the formula Money Stock = Credit Multiplier x Monetary Base, the money stock is M in Fisher's equation of exchange, and the credit multiplier is expressed as the velocity of money circulation V, so V = 1/credit multiplier, so (Money Stock) x (1/credit multiplier) = MV = Monetary Base = PT = Price Levels x Real GDP = Nominal GDP. Here, comparing V = (1/credit multiplier) with Marshall's k in the Cambridge Quantity Theory of Money, we get V = (1/Marshall's k), and credit multiplier = Marshall's k. Furthermore, monetary base = nominal GDP.

The monetary base is calculated by adding the following four values: money supply, central bank balance sheet, bank balance sheet, and foreign exchange reserves. In Japan, the monetary base is equal to the nominal GDP of Japan, i.e., "Bank of Japan note issuance" + "currency in circulation" + "current account deposits at the Bank of Japan". Conversely, if the monetary base is expanded, the nominal GDP may increase. In terms of causal relationship, it is not clear whether the monetary base or the nominal GDP comes first, but the concept of the monetary base is essential for nominal economic growth. Since the monetary base = prices and real GDP, if you want to suppress inflation, which is high prices, you can see that you can lower the monetary base. In addition, it is the price of money (1/p). In other words, since p is the price, I would like to point out that its inverse is the value of the currency.

(★Assignment★) The following is continued from the ★ mark. Using statistical data, compare the monetary base and nominal GDP figures. The same currency may be used in several countries.

What do rich people study? ? To make money, you need specialized knowledge, not general knowledge! ?

Hello. I'm Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I'm rewriting an article titled "Read materials to give form to ideas rather than study for the sake of studying. by Nada 20231002".

When you think of studying, what comes to your mind? I think many people would say that studying means reading textbooks and solving problems. I myself was the same way until a few years ago, when I thought of studying, I would just read books that interested me.

As I wrote in my previous article before rewriting, I now study materials to put my ideas into shape. Until now, I would have wasted a lot of time trying to gain knowledge that I didn't know if I would ever use.

So-called trivia is knowledge that can become a topic of conversation just by knowing it, but I was wasting my time memorizing a large amount of useless knowledge that I couldn't even talk about. If you don't forget the knowledge you've learned, even just having it as trivia is valuable in the sense that you will use it someday, but I tend to forget knowledge whenever I have the chance to remember it, so my ship of salvation sank along with the Titanic.

In a previous article, I wrote that in addition to reading reference books on subjects you are studying for the first time, if you first take a look at Wikipedia at least once, it will help you understand the overall picture of the subject, and it will be a good preparation that will not be wasted.

In my case, if I study economics, I look for knowledge that can be used to reinforce the price formula I created. Furthermore, in medicine, I read specialized books with an awareness of the autonomic nervous system, aiming to divide illnesses into sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

I would like to say one thing to people who are about to start studying: studying is based on the law of compound interest. The more you study, the greater your future growth can be expected. For that reason, studying too much or too little is not good. Too much studying can lead to burnout, and too little studying leaves little room for growth.

If you start studying and continue studying for 16 years, you can earn 1 billion yen in 16 years, but will you be able to keep working hard and not give up? Most students study for 12 years, spending 6 years in elementary school, 3 years in junior high school, and 3 years in high school. If you go on to university, it's a 4-year course, so you can see that you will continue studying for a total of 16 years until you graduate straight away.

However, in Japan, most college graduates can earn around 300 million yen in lifetime salary, while only a handful can earn 1 billion yen in lifetime assets. In other words, as long as you stay on track with the content you learn in school, you are guaranteed a lifetime salary of 300 million yen, but it is clear that it is quite difficult to earn more than that.

So how can you earn 1 billion yen in assets? If you want to earn 1 billion yen, the most important thing is to study. Many people may feel resistant to the word "study," so you can just say "learning." This is also lifelong learning, and the content of what you learn is also important.

Being studious is not necessarily rich, but being rich is being studious. If you want to earn as much as the wealthy, you just need to study the same things they study. To become wealthy, you need to think of a new business model and study what is necessary for that business.

Ideally, it would be best if you could do everything related to management by yourself. If you are self-employed and have only one employee, and you can handle everything from sales to accounting and legal affairs by yourself, there would be no problem. However, there is a finite amount of time in a day. There are only 24 hours in a day, so as your business grows, you will need to pay someone to help you.

The knowledge you need to know by then is the knowledge you need to become wealthy. The wealthy often use their knowledge of taxes to save on taxes. Of course, it is common for the wealthy to pay tax accountants to help them save on taxes, but I think it is important for the wealthy themselves to have some knowledge of taxes and laws.

The knowledge I gained at school was to gain culture. Culture is necessary when chatting as a businessman, but I don't think you can make money with culture alone. Culture, for example, knowledge of art and history, is good to have, but even if you don't, you can still make money and live.

At school, students learn general education up until high school, and then move on to specialized courses in their second year of university. In other words, 13 years of school education is spent learning general education, and then it's only in the three years of university that students can finally receive specialized education that will be useful in society. This is why people say that school studies are useless.

So, is general education necessary? Well, general education is the foundation of specialized education. In order to smoothly move on to specialized courses, you need to acquire sufficient knowledge in general education courses. In other words, your time as a student is about building a foundation, and if you study hard, it will become a solid foundation.

On top of that, by mastering specialized education such as that taught at university or graduate school, you can finally say that you are "prepared" to earn money. Earning money is not an easy thing to do, and you will encounter the phenomenon that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

People who have made money once can recreate the method of making money, so the better they are at it, the more likely they are to make a lot of money again even if they become penniless. In other words, while studying at school is important for getting an academic background such as graduating from high school or college, learning after entering the workforce is for the purpose of earning money.

If you want to become wealthy quickly, all you have to do is come up with ideas. You can create hit products by coming up with ideas and combinations that no one has ever thought of before. If you get a hit, it's not a dream to make hundreds of millions of yen, and since most people are in a state of mind where they can't think when it comes to coming up with ideas, it's a battle with a few rivals, and you have a good chance of succeeding.

If you want to make money, keep learning throughout your life. As a doctor or programmer, part of your job is to continue learning throughout your life, but if you continue to learn professionally even after you become an adult and use your imagination to come up with ideas, it shouldn't be difficult to earn 1 billion yen.

If you want to make money, make friends with wealthy people and ask them what they usually do. What kind of books do they read and what kind of experiences do they pay for? Your own annual income should be the average of the 10 people around you. By learning and thinking like the wealthy, becoming wealthy is not a dream. That's all. Thank you for listening. Well then.

Communicate to get and give feedback! Don't hesitate to share your ideas with others!

Hello. I am Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time, I will be rewriting the medical school, and the theme is "Let's get feedback."

Hmm. Feedback. It's a tricky issue. If you have a boss, feedback will come naturally. Your materials aren't good enough. Your sales are dropping, and I wonder why. From compliments to harsh reviews, there are many opportunities to receive feedback when you're in a company.

For example, let's say you are in charge of developing new products or creating new projects, and you come up with a great idea. Or even worse, let's say you are in sales or human resources, and you come up with a great business model. You want to make 100% of your business profits by spreading the idea widely.

What's important here is to get feedback. Suppose you present your idea to your boss in order to get feedback from them. Your boss then presents your idea to your boss's boss as if it were their own. "I, your boss, came up with that idea." Would you get angry at that time? Or would you accept it as a given?

Even if your boss steals your ideas, I think it's okay if it's just one or two ideas. Your job also includes helping your boss win, and if your boss gets promoted because of your idea, then you've done your job perfectly.

Rather, you should keep coming up with 10 or 100 ideas so that your boss cannot privatize your ideas as theirs alone.

This will improve your skills, and your boss will not be able to hide the fact that he has stolen your ideas. If you are an office worker, you can get a higher position by improving your performance with one or two ideas. I think we need to keep thinking desperately to come up with more ideas, rather than sticking to one idea.

If you keep one great idea to yourself, even if you could potentially mass-produce many more great ideas, your thinking will stop before you get to that point.

Think hard! If you keep thinking, you will find a breakthrough. Even if you have a better idea, even if your job is to come up with ideas, you probably don't think long and hard to reach that point.

For example, imagine you are a mathematician trying to solve a difficult, unsolved problem. You will continue to think desperately to find an answer to this unsolved mathematical problem.

However, no good ideas come to mind no matter how hard you think about it, and you can only think of superficial solutions. You even consider giving up. Will you continue to challenge the math problem in the darkness where you can't see the future?

I know that many mathematicians have spent their entire lives trying to solve mathematical problems that never found an answer, and I even know that some mathematicians have drawn the jackpot by finding the answer to a problem that had remained unsolved for hundreds of years.

Even one of these math problems takes a huge amount of time to solve, and many mathematicians have become reclusive after solving it or because they were unable to solve it. If your one great idea was a way to solve this unsolved math problem, would you be willing to take on a new math problem if someone else plagiarized that idea?

Perhaps an unsolved math problem is an extreme example, but ideally, I think that even a problem that you have finally solved after devoting your life to it should be communicated to your boss in order to get feedback. I think that it is normal for scholars to submit their work to a journal as a paper, but even if it is accepted, if you stop there, there is no next step.

Of course, if you can solve a famous unsolved problem, you're good to go for the rest of your life, but I think it's more effective to spend the rest of your academic career trying to achieve even greater things than you already have.

I'm not a mathematician, so this story is irrelevant to me. As I wrote earlier, the mathematician's story is an extreme example. I think that the great ideas we come up with are far easier than the solutions to such unsolved problems.

Many people may have noticed the business model behind something like a blog, where you buy a used domain cheaply, ask someone else to help you grow the domain, and then sell it for a price higher than the cost of the domain and labor. However, when you first came up with the idea, you probably tried to do it secretly without telling anyone.

I recommend getting your idea evaluated by people who are better at business than you and getting feedback. That way, you might come up with a more advanced way of buying and selling domains, or even a more fundamentally new business idea.

Of course, if you really want to try something out rather than getting feedback, the best feedback you can get is to try it out yourself first. If it works out well, you can get advice from people around you who know the business and can trust you, and it may turn out to be a new idea rather than trying to keep it to yourself.

I always share my ideas with others. On top of that, I'm always thinking about more advanced ways to do things. It's very appealing to me to make the habit of coming up with new ideas and turn them into a profitable job.

If you can add a unique element to how you sell domains, it will be something that no one can copy when you talk to others to get feedback, and it may even be a long-term source of funding.

On the other hand, it is also important to give feedback. If you listen to the other person with empathy, you may hear a lot of secret stories that you want to keep secret. If you give feedback carefully at that time, it is not a dream to become an information platform where information is exchanged around you.

So, if you add your own ideas to the ideas you hear from others and share them with others, the meeting will produce a meaningful time. Get feedback. If you are a beginner, feedback from your boss is especially important.

By repeatedly correcting your behavior based on feedback, your skills will improve dramatically. On top of that, you will also be able to give feedback. Don't stick to one idea, but keep coming up with ideas and communicating them to those around you. By becoming the center of attention, you will become a valuable resource for those around you.

Keep communicating to get feedback. Think hard. That may be where your value lies. That's all. See you later.

When making a proposal to your boss, take his or her opinion into account! Your opinions and positions become more important. 230111
