Improve your performance without being jealous! ? A brand is something that comes from updating who you want to be! !

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time, the theme is that trust crumbles all at once. I have no experience with this, so I would like to talk about it with the novice mark of inexperienced.

Trust. Credibility. Brand. There are various ways to express this, but for example, it would be like when a celebrity who was popular on social media encounters a major backlash and loses popularity.

There have been various accusations against him, from relationships with women to power harassment, but with the media at his disposal it would not have been difficult for his brand to be tarnished.

I think there is a price to pay to maintain a brand. For example, if a celebrity is famous, there is no source of controversy if they don't have any scandals.

The same is true of politicians' financial problems; unless they are framed, no one comes forward to expose the scandal.

I'm neither a celebrity nor a politician, so my brand won't be wiped out by a scandal, but my brand itself doesn't really exist at this point, but as someone who uses SNS, There seems to be a possibility that it will catch fire.

Even if a fire breaks out, there are some fierce people who can get out of a pinch by asking back and forth, but there's no smoke without fire, and if you want to become famous, you need to keep your surroundings clean.

If someone becomes a celebrity, they will likely be assigned a personal manager, and it is up to them whether or not they get involved in a scandal.

"Nabe-kun seems to be thinking about where he wants to fight these days, but now that he's reached a turning point with his blog, I think it would be a good idea for him to try his hand at videography. He talked a lot recently about web videos that combined text and video, so I think he might try his hand at YouTube."

I want to continue writing four articles a week, but I also think it would be good to write one 20,000-word article a week and comment on it in video. I also want to expand my YouTube channel to self-produce.

brand. What is a brand? Creating a brand is called branding, and I think a brand can be built by yourself by becoming who you want to be.

I think if you continue to strive towards the person you want to be and continue to produce results, you will create a brand. I feel like a brand is an outcome, so to speak, and it's not something you aim for and build from the beginning.

Of course, whether you self-produce or have a producer, you still have your ideal self. As you continually update your ideal self, if your accomplishments lead to people liking you, the people around you who have become your fans will likely take charge of your brand.

However, I think that people who make a lot of gaffes are less likely to be criticized for their gaffes than serious people who don't make gaffes. It can be said that making gaffes on a regular basis is also a part of self-promotion. Gaffes are not a good thing, though.

"In the end, what do you want to say, Nabe-kun? Beginner Mark should just ride along with his bicycle on the sidewalk. Oh no, I made a gaffe lol."

Well, today has begun. I would like to start the day by writing an article.

A brand may be something that is built up over a long period of time, but a brand may actually be like a slide, where even if you climb up, there are only a few steps, and even if you slide from above, you slide from a not very high place, so perhaps that's just how brands are.

It's not hard to build a brand, and that's why even if it does fall apart, it can be quickly recovered. Many companies that have had problems and lost their brands continue to operate as if nothing happened after a short time has passed.

If you sincerely apologize when you cause a problem, consumers will probably not criticize you too much. Corporate troubleshooters may be advising that if you hold a press conference and sincerely apologize, even though you're crying, the criticism will immediately stop.

A brand is something that comes after a series of results. Improve your performance, gain favorable impressions, and increase your fan base. Even if you are on a roll and have momentum that seems like you can keep delivering results, there may be times when you need to maintain a slow pace and proceed smoothly without causing unnecessary jealousy or envy.

A brand is a strategy, and the important thing is how to imprint a good image in people's minds. In the first place, the word brand comes from the brand that represents the owner of livestock. Perhaps the true role of a brand is to differentiate it from other companies and celebrities.

First, improve your performance so that you don't get jealous. The first step on a brand's long road may start with such a simple strategy. that's all. It's almost time to go to work. Welcome. See you soon.

The die has been cast! ? Deciding where to fight? ? Compete in the real world rather than the aging internet! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I would like to write about the somber theme of "deciding where to fight."

``Nabecchi wants to be the best here and everywhere, but is he really the best?Itchy has the role of Itchy, providing a comfortable space and being there. You have to think it's a good deal. What do you think about that?"

Be the best. If a man has ambition, he wants to be number one wherever he is. Best in school and sports. Or become the best seller in your company. Becoming the Pirate King is about aiming to be the best, but I don't think it's good to be the best at everything.

That's right. If you're a man, you have to decide where you want to fight. There's a saying in the world: "select and concentrate." In order to be the best here, you have to give up being the best in other areas. Of course, if you have the ability to be the best everywhere, that's the best.

However, human ability and time are limited.

``Does Nabecchi want to hit a series of hits or do he want to hit a walk-off home run? Personally, I don't want Nabecchi to be a home run hitter, but to be a hit-producing hitter like Hachiro. What do you think about that, Nabecchi?”

I have been mainly engaged in this space called the Internet. But strangely enough, I feel like the Internet is aging. I'm in my mid-30s, so I think I'm on the border between being young and not so young.

Of course, what if we let go of that fixed idea and focused on the fact that we are still inexperienced? Some people may give you such refreshing comments. that's right. Age doesn't matter. Are you immature or full-fledged? That is more important.

As far as I can see, there are young people in their teens and twenties on the Internet, but they don't seem to be very noticeable. Is it something that is only used by people in their teens and twenties, or is it because people in their 30s and above are more assertive?

Even I, who am not a reader of the Internet, specialize in writing. Rather than reading what others have written, I make my own statements through my blog. But as the Internet has recently aged and I see that it is full of people older than me, I have begun to feel that the Internet is not my main battlefield.

Up until now, I thought it would be okay to upload 3 or 4 articles a week to my blog, but at the moment, I think it would be okay to just upload one long report a week. I started to feel it.

No, that's fine. It's fine to just aim for the invincible 1,000 articles. If I'm told to post three articles a day, and I focus on the Internet, three articles a day may not be an impossible number. Of course, there will be days when I can't write three articles a day, but I think three articles a day is roughly achievable.

However, I have been competing on the Internet for the past 16 years, but recently I have started to think that it would be better to compete in the real world, that is, in everyday life. On the Internet, it is a miserable place where you can only see older people, that is, people in their late 30s or older. I want to make it about fifty-fifty in real life when I interact with older and younger people.

Final Answer. I was part of the Final Answer generation when I was a child, so I don't think teenagers in their teens or twenties would understand if I said Final Answer. Still, I think it's worth talking about, so I want to aim for about 50:50.

Decide where to fight. The big theme this time is, I'm not the Pirate King or Hachiro, but I want to be the best in real life. Real? company? You may be skeptical, but maybe I haven't shown up where I want to fight yet.

If you're a man, go for it! Donphan, charge! If it were the world of Pokemon, what would I want to do? Would I want to collect Pokemon, or would I want to become strong and become the champion? For now, I haven't found a place in real life where I can fight, so I'm going to post about four articles a week for a while.

I think that if I were to talk about myself in real life, like I do in my blog, I would be able to attract a certain amount of interest from people. On top of that, I think it's important to be interested in the other person.

I'm basically a narcissist, or maybe I'm just a person who loves myself. Therefore, I spend a lot of time studying things that interest me, such as mathematics and medicine. When I have a free day, I spend the first and second half of the day doing what I want to do. That is, studying, researching, and blogging.

So, by splitting my day into two parts, a first half and a second half, in other words, doing the things I used to do in one day over the first two days, and using the remaining second two days to gather information about things that my friends are interested in, for example buying women's magazines or buying and reading manga that I find interesting, I can expect my relationships and life to become richer.

After all, the most important thing in the world is human relationships. I've been doing things I'm interested in a lot. So, by spending the whole day doing what I like only in the first half of the day, I felt that I wanted to do things that other people enjoy, that is, to be interested in other people.

Decide where you will fight. I think it would be great if I could talk about the things I write about on my blog in real life. Most of what I write on my blog is basically self-talk, but I think it would be better if I could think of it as a self-introduction and talk about it more openly. On top of that, I think it's important to be interested in what your friends have to say and try to learn more about them.

As I have said many times before, I would like to maintain the same pace of four articles per week for online battles as I have had up until now, but once I know where I will be fighting in real life, I would like to allocate some of that time to fighting in the real world.

My main battlefield was the internet until I was in my mid-thirties, but as I enter middle age, I would like to start fighting in real life. Age doesn't matter. It's much more important whether you're immature or mature. I'll be a full-fledged person. On top of that, the battles on the Internet up until now were just a preliminary battle.

Get real and itchy. That's important. Provides a comfortable space without pushing people around while cooking. That's Itchy's role. Well, the die has been cast. Where will you fight for the rest of your life? that's all. Thank you for your attention. It was Watanabe's own story. See you soon.

Solve cubic equations by prime factorization! ? How to solve 4th and 5th order equations! !

Hello. I'm Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time I'd like to think about cubic expressions.

Now, suppose we have the expression a^3+103(a^2)+3431a+36593=0. Quickly, this formula is (a+23)(a+37)(a+43)=0, and the answer is a = -23, -37, -43.

Here, a^3 is called the first term, 103(a^2) is the second term, 3431a is the third term, and 36593 is the fourth term.

You can see that the fourth term, 36593, is exactly (-23)x(-37)x(-43) multiplied by (-1). In other words, if you can decompose 36593 into prime factors, you can find the value of a.

Now, let's try dividing this cubic function using long division. The second term is a^2 multiplied by 103. Since this function is a cubic expression, dividing 103 by 3 gives us 34.333..., so we round it down to 34.

Let's take this 34 as a+34 and divide a^3+103(a^2)+3431a+36593. First, let's subtract a^3+103(a^2) by (a+34)x(a^2). a^3 +103(a^2) – a^3 – 34(a^2) = 69(a^2).

The third term, 3431a, and the fourth term, 36593, are the remainder, so adding 69(a^2) gives 69(a^2)+3431a+36593. If we further divide this remainder expression by a+34, we can see that we need to subtract (a+34)x69a=(a^2)+2346a.

The remainder will be 1085a+36593. Furthermore, if we subtract (a+34)x1085 from the remainder, the remainder becomes -297.

The final result is a^3+103(a^2)+3431a+36593=(a+34)(a^2+69a+1085)-297.

Since -297=(-1)x3x3x3x11, this is a combination problem, and we can see that a+34+3=a+37, a+34+(-1)x11=a+23, a+34+3×3=a+43, which can be decomposed into prime factors.

Using this method, you should be able to solve both 4th and 5th order equations. that's all. See you soon.

Globalization increases the number of low-wage workers! ? The entire country will improve by getting out of the competition for low-wage labor!

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I would like to report on my study results. Since this is the first part, there will also be a second part, so please look forward to it! !

I would like to summarize the results of today's study. First, I studied "How to Survive Turbulent Times" in "Harvard Business Review". Next, I learned about groups in "Math Girl Fermat's Last Theorem". Next, I learned about immunity in "Illness Explained, Vol. 6: Immunity, Collagen Disease, and Infectious Diseases". Finally, I learned about the "autonomic nervous system" on Wikipedia. Of these, I would like to review "How to Survive Turbulent Times" and "Autonomic Nervous System".

This is the first theme. The current era has long been called an era of uncertainty, and the challenge for companies is how to behave. Recent trends in the business world are globalization, excess capital, falling transportation costs, an oversupply of labor, and underlying technology-driven innovation. The key to these trends was to predict and adapt. Companies that prioritize financial strength or companies that face rapid changes in competition need superior predictive power, and they also need the ability to adapt in order to quickly change their business.

I think the most important thing in a business environment is new ideas. If you compete on the same level as your competitors, and you have similar abilities, it's hard to come to a conclusion. That's why I think that by creating new mechanisms that don't exist in today's world, you can set yourself apart from the competition. This kind of creativity is the same as in the board games of shogi and chess, and when a certain strategy is implemented, it's important to make a clever move that traps the other party in the position you are aiming for, so that "if they do that, there's no way they can do anything."

Large companies change more slowly than small and medium-sized companies, so small and medium-sized companies should be able to counter the unanimity of large companies with speed.

Now, let's talk about the latest trends in the business world.

The first point about globalization is that if you focus solely on domestic markets, you will not be able to avoid risks such as disasters and wars. If you want to grow, you will naturally need to expand into the world. In particular, in Japan, where the birthrate is declining, the domestic market is shrinking, and it is difficult to grow by doing business only in the country. By taking the initiative in emerging markets that will become wealthy and develop a middle class, you can expect future returns.

Nationalists are opposed to globalization because wealthy countries feel that low-wage workers are taking their jobs away from them. However, if they seek markets around the world, their economies will grow, and success in emerging markets will flow back to wealthy countries as new money. As a result, wealthy countries will be boosted overall, and if they see new opportunities emerging, low-wage labor will no longer be a threat.

If you still want to reduce the number of low-wage workers employed in the country, you don't have to compete on the same level as low-wage workers. Actively improve your skills and invest in yourself to get out of the competition with low-wage workers. In Japan, the language barrier is large and Japanese is essential to living in Japan, so even if you are a factory worker, for example, you can get out of the battle with foreign workers by obtaining a qualification of moderate difficulty.

As for globalization, one solution is to get out of low-wage labor. In fact, I've heard that world poverty has improved significantly in the last 10 years. If you think of globalization as a long-term solution that will raise the level of all workers in the country, your concerns will disappear.

The second point, excess capital, shows that the world is overflowing with money due to the monetary easing of the past decade. Until recently, capitalist countries were talking about setting a price target of 2%. In other words, they were trying to create an economy in which the value of things would increase by 2% per year. A 2% price target was difficult to achieve, but now we are hit by inflation, and they are trying to suppress inflation by raising interest rates to increase the value of money and make things cheaper.

A portion of capital is being invested in stocks and gold, and the prices of these financial products have increased significantly. I would like to ask here. Nowadays, we live in an era of money overflowing with money. It is true that the number of wealthy people is increasing rapidly and it is an opportunity to get rich. What do you think about this kind of bubble? I don't know if this frenzied economy, which can be called a bubble, will last for long. Funds that have expanded to this extent have the potential to collapse quickly due to further increases in interest rates.

The current employment situation is such that it can be described as an extreme seller's market, with a continuing labor shortage. Changing jobs is less risky, and if you don't like the company you work for, you should be able to change jobs easily. In Japan, the bubble burst at the border between the Showa and Heisei eras. After that, a generation of people were forced to endure the employment ice age, and for a long time afterwards, they were unable to find work as new graduates. Are there any lessons we can learn from the bubble of that time? Perhaps the current economic situation, which can be described as a bubble, needs to be closely observed.

The third reason is the decline in transportation costs. Shopping is one of the biggest changes between now and the past. In this age of online shopping, if there is something you want, you can have it delivered to your home with the push of a button. In the past, it was normal to shop in shopping streets, but with the rise of shopping malls, shopping streets have become deserted. In the current situation, online shopping, which goes beyond shopping malls, has become the mainstream way of shopping.

If you recall the supply and demand curve in economics, you will understand that as supply increases, that is, as the amount of goods produced increases, the fixed costs of human resources and equipment, referred to here as fixed costs, are compressed, and it has been generally believed that the price of the goods will fall. In other words, if there is any unused part of human resources or equipment, it becomes a wasted cost. The more production volume increases, the more the human resources and equipment are used, and the less wasteful costs are incurred. This is also true for delivery trucks for online shops. If there is time when the truck is not being used, costs will be incurred for that time, which increases costs unnecessarily. Therefore, if the products of an online shop are selling too well and the truck is always in operation, the average cost of truck transportation will be lower.

In economics, mass production that reduces fixed costs is called economies of scale, and economies of scale also work for online shop trucks, reducing shipping costs. There also seems to be talk of making truck delivery even more convenient by creating a system similar to a computer network. You can see how the online shop lowers transportation costs, including unrelated mail items.

The fourth is an oversupply of labor, and the fifth is technological innovation. I only read through the Harvard Business Review, so I can't imagine what these are referring to. They probably refer to the current overwhelming labor shortage and the dizzying changes in technology, but I haven't studied the subject enough, and I would like to deepen my understanding by reading the news. Please look forward to future posts!

Ordinary people are people with a high level of skill! ? Do you want to live normally or live like you’re going to die? ?

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I would like to think about what "normal" means as it is a medical school rewrite.

Right off the bat, I don't really like the word "normal". What people call normal is a state of being without any flaws, and just as in a group, normal refers to the person who is the leader. When we say that a person is average, we are not referring to the average value.

In a sense, we say that someone is normal when we see someone who has already gone through life and has mastered the basics of things and is able to do everything smoothly. In simple terms, it refers to someone who does everything properly and has no flaws.

People often say that it would be nice if Japanese women were just normal people, but I think that by normal they are actually referring to someone of a fairly high rank.

When I think back to my school days and think about who the average person was, I don't think it was someone with average grades. You probably thought that someone who was a class representative, had good grades, and was not bad at getting along with other people was normal.

In reality, if you look at him objectively from an average person's point of view, he wasn't particularly outstanding, but he was still in a relatively high position.

Let's say you want to date someone who graduated from an average university. What level of university do you consider to be average? Perhaps what you mean by average is a local national university or a mid-ranking private university with a deviation score of 60 or higher.

If we assume that a man who graduated from a university with a deviation score of 50 is the average person, we are overlooking the fact that in Japan, nearly 40% of men of the same age do not go on to university. In other words, even if you are considered an F-rank graduate, if you are a university graduate, you can still be considered normal.

Or you could look at annual income, but an average annual income would be a man in his late 20s earning 4.5 million yen, which is the average annual income in Japan. However, since this is the combined annual income of all age groups, we can see that a man in his late 20s earning 4.5 million yen in Japan is either someone with a highly specialized job or a white-collar worker at a major first-class company.

In other words, what women say is normal means that if they are the same age, they mean the lower part of the top or the upper part of the middle. No, I'm fine. I would like to withhold personal information, but since I'm not trying to be a normal person, I don't fall into this category, or rather, I don't want to be included.

I'm in my mid-30s, so from the perspective of Japanese women, earning around 6 million yen a year would be considered normal. In my case, I'm not aiming to be normal. As I've written before, I've gotten a lot better recently, but I'm classified as a weirdo, and I'm the type of person who thinks that life is most thrilling and interesting if you experience the lows and the highs.

My ``ideal'' is to be assigned to the bottom of an organization, rapidly improve my performance, rapidly advance in the ranks, and settle into the top chair. I'm not the type of person who's popular either, but I'm still a dreamer, so I don't know if I'll ever get married, and even if I do, I'm likely to get married later.

I am a cutlass, working to the death and dreaming of success through this very young age. Once you become the head of a big organization, you won't have to worry about marriage.

This is an investment, because you are investing your youth into the workforce, in the hope of ultimately getting a big return.

Even this blog is one step towards that ambition. It's a big story, and I'm not sure if I can make a profit, but I want to do my best without being swayed by the curse of normality. To that end, I work 12 hours a day and invest all the money I earn into myself.

Some people will say, "Maybe it's time to take it back." This brings to mind the marshmallow test. Children are offered one marshmallow if they choose to eat it now, or two if they choose to eat it later. Children who were patient and chose the two marshmallows were more likely to be socially successful as adults than those who ate them right away.

I also like the movie ``The Shawshank Redemption,'' in which the main character talks about geology and says that the essence of geology is pressure x time. This is also true in everyday life, and the most important factors for social success are how much time you can devote to practicing your work or hobbies each day, and how long you can continue with that amount of practice. .

Going back to the beginning, normal means that there are no disadvantages, but there are also no advantages. Even if there are one or two catastrophic flaws, if there are overwhelming strengths, those flaws will be compensated for. Increase your strengths with pressure x time. The greater the calculation result, the easier your life will be.

I can survive the rest of my life just by going to the library a few times a week and writing a blog. I don't make any money from blogging, and I'm not a huge social success, but I think this is reality. I'm not bragging.

However, I think this is a position that I would never have been able to get if I had tried to live like a normal person. After all, you only live once. Even if you don't want to be the main character of a spy movie, you want to be the main character of a reincarnated manga. Is it more difficult that way (lol)?

Perhaps if you want to live the rails of a normal life, you have to live a conventional life. Do this because everyone around you does it this way. I'll say this because people around me say this. From my point of view, a normal life is very difficult.

That doesn't mean a normal life is bad. In other words, a normal life is one of low risk and low return. If you are looking for stability, it is better to live a normal life.

However, if you want to live freely, doing what you like as much as you like, I think it's not a bad life to start out at the bottom and work your way up to the top of your industry by working as hard as you can.

I think I wrote in my previous article that a sense of fulfillment is happiness. If you do something you hate even if it means dying, that's hell, but if you do something you love even if it means dying, that's happiness. I think a stable life awaits you beyond that.

Which would you rather live: normal or ready to die? that's all. have a nice day. See you soon.

What is experience time? ? About how a month or a year feels like eternity

Hello. I'm Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I'm writing an article about how to use time, which is called Medical School Rewrite.

What do you think when you watch TV? If you turn on the TV, it will be background music and you won't feel lonely even if you are alone in your room. I went out of my way to buy some expensive alcohol today to watch that drama. When it comes to watching TV, I think everyone is different.

However, you should be careful about watching TV because you have too much free time. If you just watch TV mindlessly, you risk wasting precious time of your life.

As with anything, it's important to have a purpose. For example, if you make a to-do list or schedule, you will naturally see your purpose. For those of you who lead a tight life, there are probably some who are so busy with work that they don't have time to watch TV when they get home.

I generally don't watch TV, but when I do watch TV, if I think about what purpose and why I'm watching the show, time regains its effectiveness. Television, which was just entertainment, turned into a valuable teaching material.

If you watch foreign movies, not just those on TV, that are made at exorbitant production costs in an attempt to learn something, you can focus your mind from a vague state of mind on what you want to achieve.

Time in everyone's life passes in the same way. However, the perceived flow of time probably differs from person to person. Just when I thought the year had begun, it was already the end of the year. As we grow older, the years become shorter.

Such people may not value their time. When I was young, a year seemed like an eternity. I also feel like the time was unusually long when I was a student, but it's strange that a year feels even longer now.

A day is just a moment, but when I look at it as a week, a month, or a year, my year is so full of events that I can't even remember what I was doing at the time. The secret is to immerse yourself in something. Anything is fine. If it's something you like, you won't have any trouble working on it all day, and if you get results, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment. In my case, it's studying, research, and blogging.

I like self-help books, and there was a line in one that said that happiness in life is a sense of fulfillment. If you fill each day with things you like, the feeling of each day will be momentary because you are focused, but when you look back on it a month later, it will feel like it was a long time ago.

Of course, one month or one year ago was a long time ago, but there is no need to look back on the past; just look back for a moment and think, ``When was that?'' and then you can go back to doing something that you can immerse yourself in.

Of course, some people are busy with work and don't have time for hobbies. In that case, you can make your current job your hobby and compete against your achievements like a game. Since it's a game, you can make a lot of progress depending on your ingenuity, and it won't be a pain to work on it for a long time if you really like it. Then, you can continue to improve your skills by obtaining qualifications or changing jobs.

Doing the same things over and over every day is boring and time passes by in the blink of an eye. Strangely enough, there are many people who don't lose their childlike spirit or beginner's mindset even as they get older. These people see everything as playful, and complete tasks one after another just like a child playing a game.

Until 2024, I felt like my sense of time was getting longer every year. The unit of a year felt longer and longer. But why? Since the beginning of this year, I have been sleeping longer. Maybe it was a time to recharge my energy, but up until this day in May, four months have flown by in a flash. Of course, even now, it seems so long ago that I can't remember what it was like four months ago. However, compared to how I've felt up until now, it still feels shorter.

Humans degenerate when they go on the defensive. I may have been on the defensive until this time this year. Because of this, I had few opportunities to try new things, slept longer, and felt like I had less time. It is precisely because we get older that we take on new challenges. If you have experienced the succession of firsts you experienced in your youth even after middle age, I encourage you to continue taking on new challenges.

If you keep immersing yourself in what you like for as long as possible, you will be able to perform amazingly after a long time. People will look at someone who is amazing and say, "That guy was crazy from the beginning. He's talented." However, those who have always seen this amazing person nearby will probably think that his ability is commensurate. This is because ability lies beyond the continuum.

If you keep going for a long time, you will get faster and faster, and be able to accomplish things efficiently in a short amount of time. So instead of slowing down, you should go beyond your limits and aim for the next step, and keep going faster and faster.

Finding something you can immerse yourself in and spending your time doing it as if it were a game will lead to a fulfilling life, in other words, a sense of accomplishment and a happy time. TV is great, but think before you lie down and nibble on rice crackers.

"Is it really okay to watch TV? Is this the life I want?" That's all. Thank you for listening. I hope you have a good day tomorrow. Bye.

I promise to see results in the next five years! If I put my heart into playing one ball for five years, I should be able to enjoy what can be called a bubble era. Seize the times! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, let's think about the catchphrase for the medical school rewrite.

I have had many experiences in the past five years. Until five years ago, I was talking about how I had been studying for 10 years, and I was trying to give myself authority. Now I have been studying for 16 years, and in that time the world has undergone great changes, and we are now in an era where milk sells.

I've recently become addicted to milk, and by drinking one bottle of that white liquid a day, I can experience the law of immortality and longevity. First of all, it eliminates body odor. I'm sorry for those who are eating, but when you drink one bottle of milk a day and replace one meal with milk, a miracle occurs.

I basically only eat two meals a day, one with a 1-liter bottle of milk and one with a supermarket lunch box. I've been drinking milk for about two or three months now, and I haven't had any stomach problems, so I feel like the times are on my side.

yes! The world is truly in the age of big milk. Milk may have anti-aging effects. The number of samples is 1. Milk aging is a term often used to describe the active intake of milk, which rejuvenates the skin and improves the health of internal organs, giving rise to the historical heritage of milk soap, and the world is on the verge of becoming a land of milk.

Milk is resistant to aging. Is there a better catchphrase? Humans tend to be weak to authority. "130 years. Days spent with milk!!" With milk, the human lifespan may exceed 130 years. "Embrace aging!? With milk"

I also believe that a catchphrase is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and in other words, you only get one chance, so I started to think not only about the catchphrase, but also to do my best at every event. .

If humans do not make progress or improve themselves, they will become Jizo statues. Jizo statues, which have been turned into stone and have remained unchanged for hundreds of years, are messengers of the gods, but they also have a somewhat surreal existence. After all, it hasn't changed for hundreds of years.

If people want to move towards progress, they will need a psychological reason. In my case, my catchphrase would be something a bit more spicy: "I promise to show results in the next five years! If I put my heart and soul into every ball for five years, I'll be able to enjoy what can be called a bubble era. Seize the times!!" A slightly more spicy catchphrase. Let's make it. "Don't think! Feel! Milk's feelings" In order for people to move, it is necessary to appeal to emotions, not reason.

A catchphrase is reflected in click-through rate more than SEO. The title of the article was also a hit for me! ! or! ? Many things end with . In addition, I also add a "!!" mark to articles where it is inappropriate to use an exclamation mark. Click-through rates vary depending on that.

My catchphrase hasn't improved much since five years ago. It can be concluded that the ability to create catch phrases that make people click without thinking has not grown much over the past five years. It has been 30 years since I was born in this world. Approximately one-seventh of the time was devoted to Jizo statues, as opposed to the catchphrase.

Jizo-san. Please fill the world with letters! ! "world is word". It looks like the logo of a certain apparel company's T-shirt.

In the last five years, Twitter has become X in the social networking world. During the Twitter era, I bombed Twitter with a succession of prototype catchphrases. Now, I'm thinking of focusing on Threads instead of Twitter.

Celebrities are masters of catchphrases, but what about ``a sure future that lives beyond the future''? I may have to become a bird of prey, holed up in threads and repeating experiments every day in order to practice my catchphrase.

Finally, I would like to introduce some of my most representative quotes.

"The impact of dragons on the ecosystem"

"Gods and Buddhas die when they sleep at night and come back to life when they wake up in the morning"

"Seito Medical School clear file"

I feel that it is important to study catchphrases. In fact, articles that never received a single click will now receive many clicks. In the long run, this increase in clicks will lead to a large number of page views.

If you want to learn catchphrases, there are plenty of related books out there, and if you search YouTube videos, you'll find a lot. After that, all you have to do is post it on a short message posting site, whether it's x or thread. I believe that if we were able to successfully hit the target, the click-through rate would be completely different from what it is now.

Lastly, I would like to mention one of my favorite quotes. This is also the origin of Watanabe's motto,

``Do your best in human resources and wait for your destiny.''

I hope you have a nice day today. See you soon.

What is the relationship between the autism spectrum and the autonomic nervous system? ? Is intellectual disability dominated by the sympathetic nervous system or by the parasympathetic nervous system? ?

Hello. I am Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I am writing a medical report. I would like to think about the treatment for Kleefstra syndrome, a disease that only a few hundred people in the world suffer from, as seen in a news article.

Kleefstra syndrome is a disease caused by the absence of one gene, and is a relatively new disease that was discovered in 2000. Kleefstra syndrome is one of the diseases designated as intractable diseases, and has a variety of symptoms, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, distinctive facial features, hypotonia in infancy, and congenital disorders.

Here, similar examples of developmental delay, intellectual disability, and characteristic facial features include autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability.

Autism spectrum disorder often occurs together with depression, and each illness can be said to be a state in which the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant in the autonomic nervous system.

The following three symptoms are listed in "Family Medicine" as symptoms of childhood autism.

The following is an excerpt from Family Medicine.

① Communication disorder in which people are unable to communicate with friends and those around them due to language delay

② Social disorder in which they are unable to perceive the atmosphere of the scene

③ Imagination disorder in which they become absorbed in their favorite things such as trains or building blocks and are unable to focus on anything else

Risperidone CH is one of the prescription drugs for autism spectrum disorder. Risperidone CH is also a prescription drug for schizophrenia, and it can be used as a prescription drug if the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.

However, a contradiction arises. If Risperidone CH is effective for autism spectrum disorders, it can be inferred that the "sympathetic nervous system" is dominant in autism spectrum disorders. If we reread the above text, we can infer that the "parasympathetic nervous system" is dominant in autism spectrum disorders, since depression is often a secondary illness in autism spectrum disorders.

In autism spectrum disorders, is the sympathetic nervous system dominant because Risperidone CH is effective, or is the parasympathetic nervous system dominant because depression also occurs? The answer is one of the two.

So, based on what we have seen so far, the dichotomy of the autonomic nervous system that I propose divides various illnesses into those that are sympathetic dominant and those that are parasympathetic dominant, but the question is whether there is a clear relationship between IQ and the autonomic nervous system.

If autism spectrum disorder is a parasympathetic nervous system dominant disease, is there a correlation between lower than average intelligence and this parasympathetic nervous system dominance? Conversely, if the sympathetic nervous system is dominant, the IQ should tend to be higher.

From my current perspective, I predict that autism spectrum disorder is caused by a dominance of the parasympathetic nervous system. I would like to investigate the relationship with various other diseases a little more before reaching a conclusion. What do you all think? Well then.

Think about the autonomic nervous system in dichotomy! ? The establishment of new medicine is achieved through the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems! !

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time it's a medical school report. We would like to publish the results of medical research to date.

The autonomic nervous system includes the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. By using the dichotomy between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, we can understand the causes of many diseases.

Sympathetic nerves are high blood pressure, high body temperature, vasoconstriction, and high heart rate. If the sympathetic nervous system is dominant, there is a positive correlation with, for example, metabolic syndrome (visceral fat obesity that leads to lipid abnormalities, hyperglycemia, and hypertension). Metabolic syndrome is the cause of all kinds of diseases, and the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.

Furthermore, if the sympathetic nervous system is dominant, excess oxygen and metabolism will be promoted.

Several questions arise here. Since I'm interested in brain diseases, let's take a look at the relationship between the autonomic nervous system, which at first glance seems unrelated to the disease called cerebral infarction.

Cerebral infarction is a disease caused by blockage of blood vessels in the brain, but there is also "cerebral thrombosis," where arteriosclerosis progresses and blood vessels become clogged, and "cerebral thrombosis," which occurs when blood clots formed in the heart are carried to the brain and block blood vessels. There is a cerebral embolism.

I had the question of whether blood clots form due to low blood pressure or high blood pressure. Whether blood clots occur due to low blood pressure or high blood pressure, if the presence or absence of blood pressure is a factor in cerebral infarction, we can find a relationship between brain disease and the autonomic nervous system.

In conclusion, after a blood clot forms, blood pressure rises to allow blood to pass through the blood vessel blocked by the clot, resulting in high blood pressure. However, I don't know if I had high blood pressure or low blood pressure before the blood clot formed.

In order to confirm the strength of blood pressure when blood clots form, we will look into common factors such as complications. This reveals the fact that thrombosis is often a complication of obesity. In other words, it can be inferred that obesity is caused by sympathetic nerve-dominated hypertension, as seen in the metabolic syndrome, and that hypertension was the same before and after the formation of blood clots.

In establishing a new medical science called autonomic neurology, I would like to take this approach of finding commonalities from the symptoms and causes of complications. Furthermore, we treat the autonomic nervous system as a dichotomy of sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves, and investigate which disease each disease belongs to.For example, in the case of hypertension, one treatment method is to lower the blood pressure, that is, the cause of hypotension. This means that we can expect it to be as follows.

So far we have talked about the sympathetic nervous system being dominant, but I would like to talk about the parasympathetic nervous system being dominant.

If parasympathetic nerves are dominant, there will be low blood pressure, low body temperature, vasodilation, and low heart rate. Parasympathetic nerves activate gastrointestinal activity.

Parkinson's disease is one of the diseases associated with parasympathetic nervous system dominance. Parkinson's disease presents with movement disorders such as tremors in the hands and difficulty moving or walking. Although it is considered to be a progressive neurodegenerative disease, onset is most common in middle-aged people over 40 years of age, especially in people over 65 years of age.

I felt that my hands were shaking and my movements and walking were slow, similar to how people react in winter. If Parkinson's disease causes symptoms such as hand tremors due to the same factors as people who live in winter, I feel that it would be interesting to investigate how the autonomic nervous system is related to people who live in winter. did. In other words, the assumption is that people with Parkinson's disease have the same reactions as people in winter.

In Japan, it is said to be caused by damage to dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra. Conditions other than Parkinson's disease that have similar symptoms are called Parkinson's syndrome. Many patients with Parkinson's disease also have dementia.

One of the key points is that Parkinson's disease gives the illusion of the cold winter weather, which may be due to a lack of amino acids, which results in no metabolism and a low body temperature. Metabolism is low and body temperature is low when parasympathetic nerves are dominant. Furthermore, if the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant, it can be inferred that there will be more or less low blood pressure and low heart rate.

Since many patients with Parkinson's disease have dementia as a secondary disease, it can be inferred that dementia is also a disease on the same side as the parasympathetic nervous system.

Furthermore, it is believed that dopamine is insufficient due to damage to dopamine neurons, and conversely, manic states such as schizophrenia and manic-depressive disorders, in which there is an excess of dopamine, are dominated by the sympathetic nervous system, which is the opposite of the parasympathetic nervous system. I understand.

Metabolic syndrome, in which the sympathetic nervous system is activated due to its relationship with obesity, occurs in many patients with schizophrenia, and patients with Parkinson's disease are often thin, so the parasympathetic nervous system is associated with thinness. I can see that there are.

In relation to dementia, which is a secondary disease of Parkinson's disease, parasympathetic-dominated symptoms such as excessive sweating, night sweats, and dilated blood vessels in the skin can be seen in dementia with Lewy bodies. An increase in body temperature is accompanied by a decrease in body temperature, indicating that the parasympathetic nervous system is still dominant.

In winter, there is low blood pressure, hypothermia, poor metabolism, poor blood flow, and vasodilation. If you want to treat Parkinson's disease, first take measures to change Parkinson's disease, which is dominated by the parasympathetic nervous system, to dominated by the sympathetic nervous system. It is thought that improvement can be expected by taking these steps.

I bought Yuzu Miso Senbei, which I don't usually buy! ! Let's live a life with quality of life in mind! ?

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time I'm rewriting a medical school, but I'd like to write about how my values have changed recently. This is a rewritten article about a new study method, but even though it's new, it's an article from about 5 years ago, so it's a long time ago now.

At that time, I was focusing on the second hand one line method. I wanted to read a lot of books quickly, so I devised a method of reading a line before the second hand of the clock clicked. If you try to read one line in one second, you won't be able to read it out loud if you read it out loud, so you can read it at a glance.

Does reading it out loud make it stick in your memory, or does it stick in your memory just by glancing at it without saying it out loud? I think it was a challenging attempt for me.

Another method I recommend besides the second hand one line method is to pretend to be the character. It was a challenge for me to become a character in a novel and empathize with them, allowing me to have various simulated experiences and deepen my humanity.

The second hand one line method and the empathetic method cannot be expected to be effective because the second hand one line method will not remain in your memory unless you are skilled at it, and the empathetic method is mainly a method that can be used for reading stories such as novels and can be used in real life. I think it's a method.

Currently, the study methods that I think are most effective are to simply write things down on paper, and to read the text slowly while tracing it with your finger. Of course, the second hand one-line method is a method from 5 years ago, so in 5 years' time, we may have come up with a method that is even more advanced than the method of tracing sentences with your finger.

So far it's good. So to speak, it was a planned arrangement, and I just wrote what I had decided to write in advance. Now comes the main point. From here you can see two guardian dogs sitting and waiting in front of the gate on either side. It's a boss battle. Please be careful.

If I have free time each day, I would like to devote the first six hours to research. Medical research is currently at its peak, and I would like to reach the perfect point in medical research within 6 hours.

In the next few hours, I'd like to write a rewrite article and then summarize the research I've done just before as a medical report. Now, if I have free time in a day, I can write two articles.

Additionally, the rest of the time is free time and you can read your favorite books. Basically, I read light and easy books such as novels, magazines, and business books during this time.

I haven't bought magazines for a long time. However, yesterday I decided to buy a magazine aimed at older women. The magazine came with a bonus pouch, but at first I laughed and thought it was a toy.

Do women buy magazines because they want a toy pouch like this? However, the magazine costs around 1,500 yen, and when she got home and took out the pouch, I was impressed.

What moved me was that it was a 1,500 yen pouch that came with a magazine as a bonus, and I realized that it was probably made in Japan and was made of decent materials. If 500 yen out of 1500 yen is for magazines, 1000 yen will be the income from this pouch. Question marks lined my mind: How much did this pouch cost and how did they make a profit?

It was an attempt that I planned to buy something that I wouldn't normally buy within my living expenses without thinking about it, but I was moved by the book, a magazine that I don't usually buy, and the bonus that I didn't expect at all. I did it. This feeling cannot possibly be conveyed in words.

By the way, I don't usually buy senbei, but this time I bought a slightly expensive senbei along with the magazine. The flavor was yuzu miso, so it was delicious, but when I took a bite later, I realized that the sugar content was also amazing.

So, in the end, what I wanted to say is that every day I had free time, I spent the entire day studying and researching. And a blog. So, from now on, instead of doing it all day, I decided to make it a half day and use the remaining half day as free time.

Do things you wouldn't normally do, buy things you wouldn't normally buy, and eat things you wouldn't normally eat. I also have a desire to get married, but I don't think I'll get married until I'm in my 40s. In my 30s, I want to enjoy life by doing what I like.

It's good to live a life where you just study and research as a hobby, but I want to improve my life satisfaction by reading novels and magazines instead of just reading hard books. The challenge for people in their 30s is to improve their quality of life. My values are probably new to people in their 50s and 60s today.

In the past, people who didn't get married and did what they wanted as much as they wanted were considered to be picky. However, nowadays there are many people like me, and in fact, it can be said that people like me are relatively common. You only live once. I think it's somehow uninteresting to live a normal life like a normal person, focusing only on staying on the track that has been laid out for you.

This is a matter of my values, but when I look back on my life, I want to live a life with no regrets. Nowadays, there are many places to meet people, such as matching apps. You can live an original life without forcing yourself to fit into a normal framework.

So, how was the boss battle? I think I was able to easily defeat the boss character without getting stuck in the quagmire of a long battle. It was a common sense boss battle, so to speak. This time it's a good break, so I'll stop here, but if I do something different, I'll let you know. Let's go to CM! ! I wish you good luck. See you soon. .

When parasympathetic nerves are dominant, metabolism is suppressed! ! But why are there so many skinny people?

autonomic nervous disorder

The autonomic nervous system includes the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Sympathetic nerve dominance causes hypertension, hyperthermia, vasoconstriction, and high heart rate, while parasympathetic nerve dominance causes hypotension, hypothermia, vasodilation, and low heart rate.

Also, high blood pressure is caused by too much oxygen, and low blood pressure is caused by lack of oxygen.

(?) What kind of relationship do total cholesterol and triglycerides have with blood pressure?

Metabolic syndrome is a condition in which visceral fat obesity leads to lipid abnormalities, hyperglycemia, and hypertension. Metabolic syndrome is a major factor in all diseases, and the sympathetic nervous system is activated. In other words, the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.

(Assignment 1) Completely check the whole body in home medicine

When parasympathetic nerves become dominant, metabolism is not stimulated.

Will people become obese if their metabolism is not stimulated? Promoting metabolism is a factor in weight loss

(?) If there is a relationship between the sympathetic nervous system and metabolic syndrome, why do people with predominance of the parasympathetic nervous system become thinner? Are there any factors that can help you lose weight more than not stimulating your metabolism?

Drink coffee as a wake-up drink! ? The power of coffee to wake you up refreshed! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File.

This time, it's a rewritten article, so it's about the story of ``Watanabe taking a break.'' Speaking of taking a break, Golden Week is over, but Watanabe is said to be starting up soon.

Well, I haven't posted anything on my blog for almost a week, and I'm afraid I'll get some harsh words saying that I've lost motivation. I spent this golden week sleeping.

I slept for almost 12 hours every day, and I got to the point where I knew if I didn't start getting better, Tendou-sama wouldn't forgive me.

Fortunately, I went to bed at 5am today and am currently waking up at 12pm. After all, it is essential to have an alarm when going to bed, and some people give advice that if you don't set an alarm, you can wake up in a shorter time, but this is a serious problem and a trap that leads to the inevitable lateness.

I set up my coffee when I wake up in the morning. Place your alarm a little further away from your bed and set your coffee pot next to your clock.

Then, you have to get out of bed and walk around to turn off the alarm, and if you drink a big cup of coffee while turning off the alarm, there is a high probability that even if you fall asleep again, it will be 30 minutes later. has bright eyes.

It's a naive move, but Watanabe's long track record has led him to do so, and it's a rule of thumb to never step into a kotatsu with the power on. Lately, I've been sleeping under a kotatsu every night, and the kotatsu with the power cord plugged in makes me feel sleepy, and the coffee I drink resets my sleepiness.

I would like you to check carefully, but after visually checking that the power is not on and the power cord is unplugged, you can put a comforter etc. in the kotatsu to keep it warm and make it possible to wake up with a cup of coffee. is.

I woke up today after about 6 hours of sleep, but perhaps 6 or 7 hours of sleep is best for humans. The impossible game of getting 4 hours of sleep twice a day, which was advanced to Watanabe, has been devised and abandoned. Anyway, I slept for 12 hours too much, so I would like to get out of the Golden Week schedule.

I want to make a schedule for what time to do this after I wake up so I can have a lean day. In fact, it may be a good thing that there is a little bit of waste in your heart.

What will Watanabe do now? I would like to buy just one can of juice from the vending machine at the front. Canned juice is also a luxury item. Even a 350ml can costs about 140 yen, and a 500ml plastic bottle can be bought for about 80 yen at a supermarket.

Above all, canned coffee and stick coffee cost about 20 to 30 yen each.

Lately, I've been living on the edge of just spending 1,000 yen a day on food alone. I live alone, so I can spend about 1,500 yen a day, but with the recent rise in prices, I try not to go to convenience stores as much as possible.

This time I would like to talk about my current lifestyle. The lifestyle of working until 5am, sleeping until 12pm, and then going back to work suits my personality.

Is it flextime with telework? Some people may have this question, but Watanabe is the Hero of Light who works 12 hours when he intended to work 16 hours. He went around calling himself a villain at one point, but since he's willing to work 12 hours a day, he doesn't mind being given the title of hero. Sho.

Perhaps it is our instinct to want to justify ourselves, whether it is right or wrong.

That's all for now. Watanabe goes off the rails in a big way. Some may say that this gives the story a richness and mellowness, but Watanabe's motto is to tell his story at his own pace, when he wants to, and as much as he wants.

Golden Week, where he slept for 12 hours a day, comes to an end today, and Watanabe will return to hard work. I believe that readers will continue to work alongside Watanabe.

Watanabe may upload videos on this blog in the future, so please watch them if you like. I would like to sequentially distribute information that I think will be useful while watching. Web video! ! It's a trend of the times.

Now, let's review this article. If you sleep under a kotatsu, you should not turn on the power. You won't be able to wake up. On top of that, leave your alarm far away from your bed and have your coffee on standby. I'm sure you'll wake up happy in the morning.

Good night, today is just the beginning. See you soon. .

I wonder if I, who live between the virtual world and the real world, can see the light! ? (1)

This story is fiction.

Let's start by introducing myself. After graduating from university, I got a job at the company where I had worked part-time during my university days. It was a so-called semi-governmental, semi-private company, and their duties included creating reports on economic activities for official business at the request of their superiors. This is a thing of the past now, but the US government was left with no solution to the slump in land prices in the US due to the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers in 2008. So, although I was a second-rate university student, my grades were at the top of my class, so they decided to go with me. Looking back, at the time I was busy with my studies and training, and I didn't even have a girlfriend, but my first step was a consulting question in a university lecture about whether it was the automobile industry or the Indian economy. So, to summarize, I proposed the following challenge: Toyota Motor Corporation was on the high-end route, and Toyota cars were sold at prices that were difficult for Indian citizens to afford, so Tata Motors, a regional company that was emerging at the time and competed with simple functions and low prices, was selected. I argued that if we consciously marketed Toyota's high-quality, low-priced automobiles, they would sell well. From there, things got strange, and I fell into the illusion that I was being watched by the government. I was studying hard and had very few friends, so I ended up getting addicted to online bulletin boards. My journey to becoming a core member of an organization or group starts with becoming friends with unpopular, low-key people. At the time, with online bulletin boards, the government could have monitored my online movements if the bulletin board operating site had disclosed my IP address. As I started from the corner and worked my way towards the center, my statements became more extreme. It seems that the government probably mistook me for a Chinese spy or something, and decided to continue monitoring me. How did I know I was being watched? It all started when I spoke to the TV. There may be some people who have a habit of saying things to themselves while watching TV, but I was no exception to this, and I turned to the TV and said, ``Areya koreya.'' At first I was skeptical, but TV personalities started responding to my comments. It was still the 2000s. If I had been wiretapped, I would have had to directly communicate my story to the TV cast, which I was sure would be unrealistic. From this moment on, I have been living in a limbo where I don't know whether it is reality or delusion. At first, I thought it was just my imagination. However, the timing was too good to think it was just my imagination. Here, we return to the story of the Lehman Shock. At the time, I was living with my family at home. Even though I feel lonely, my family is with me. On top of that, I continued to have a conversation with the TV. Land prices in the United States plummeted due to the Lehman Shock, and no American economist has an answer to that question. That's when I decided on Beginner's Luck. At that time, I was interested in rich people. I had just read the famous book ``Rich Dad, Poor Dad'' and thought about real estate. What was the Lehman Shock in the first place? The cause was that poor people were borrowing money at extremely high interest rates to own new homes, and speculators divided up the loans and bought them. In other words, the poor people were unable to repay their debts because the interest rates were so high that they were stuck in debt. As a result, large amounts of land and houses were sold in an attempt to repay the loans by selling the houses they owned, causing real estate prices to plummet. Unexpectedly, one year after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, I was approached and asked if I would be willing to come up with a solution. Therefore, I applied the idea from ``Rich Dad, Poor Dad'' and commented that land and houses are assets and should be rented out. If they could repay the loan with the income from the land or house, they might be able to repay the loan while still owning their property. Or, I answered, wealthy people could buy real estate sold by poor people and rent it out. At that time, a new type of real estate investment was born that caused a stir in society for the next several years. That's what the experts said. Better yet, they could borrow money by using the real estate they owned as collateral from a bank and then repay the loan with rental income. I got my first beginner's luck here. In an instant, he solved a problem that the most intelligent American economists had been unable to solve. My virtual world life begins from there. The Japanese government will tell me later, but it seems that I was under surveillance for a year before I was supposed to solve this problem, and I was left alone without complaining. Even if you are a new employee, no matter how good your results are later on, it doesn't mean you're amazing in your first year. There are probably many working adults who receive some hints and make great strides, even if they receive only rock-bottom evaluations in the first year. For example, I sometimes read books about people who had an ace in the sales department in the same department, and if they imitated what they saw, they would get top grades. The first year is a trial period, so you can hit rock bottom there and make a leap forward by adding new ideas in the second year. I'm a visual person, so the first thing I do is read all the materials provided at the company. This is because the materials kept there are always related to the company's work and are some of the most important materials. Well, what happened to me after that? If the first stage was the United States, which was hit by the Lehman Shock, the next stage was Europe, which was suffering from the Greek crisis. I now realize that Europe has come a long way. Just as I divide my life into the first, second, third, and fourth generations, the first generation spanned a little over two years from mid-2009 to the end of 2011. I worked hard during that time. I spent my days talking through the TV, and I was able to interact with a variety of people. I sleep 3 hours and work 16 hours a day, seven days a week. At first, I too was a mere bastard in the virtual world, a world that could be both reality and delusion. The first two years were two years in which I didn't leave any records, and I regret that if I had left any records, some of them would have survived. In this early period, yes. Also includes March 11, 2011. The two years of my first year there were filled with events such as the Lehman shock, the European debt crisis, and the Great East Japan Earthquake. Let's talk about the European debt crisis another day. See you soon.

Be the person who makes the rules! ? Many of my rules shape us!

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File.

This article is about creating rules. Speaking of rules, my rule to wake up at 5 a.m. and write two blog articles can also be considered a rule. I make a number of rules for myself.

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day because it contains caffeine, and I drink 1000ml of milk a day. The most important thing when creating a personal rule is that it is something that can be continued for a long time and is effective.

The accumulation of personal rules shapes a person's daily life. When we say we always eat the same food, we can say that we want to maintain a healthy status quo by following our own rules.

In other words, habits are a form of rules, and if they are truly effective, you may be able to see great results if you continue to follow them.

Speaking of rules, I've been struggling with introducing mathematical assumptions into something that I haven't been able to do lately. I view mathematics as a science of assumptions, and I believe that the more assumptions you make, the more the laws of mathematics will change.

Even if the formula is simple, by introducing innovative rules, you may find a very efficient calculation method.

I want to create new ways of thinking from elementary mathematics, the mathematics learned in elementary school and mathematics learned in junior high school. Of course, I would like to cover high school level mathematics and even university level mathematics as part of my knowledge, but if I want more people to understand the laws of numbers, I would like to study simple mathematics. I think more people will appreciate it.

I have always thought that the future of science is in jeopardy unless we make knowledge simple enough for the general public to understand, rather than having difficult subjects become the preserve of a few elite elites.

There are theories that only a handful of people understand and theories that are easy to understand that anyone can understand, and of course there is a difference in whether they are valid or not, but which theory is more popular because more people understand its value? There is no doubt that it is an easy theory that anyone can understand.

It seems that there are often difficult papers that even famous mathematicians, let alone ordinary people, who take on difficult mathematical problems throw away their papers, but no matter how difficult the paper is, there are only a few people in the world who will appreciate it. If so, then that paper is equivalent to abandoning its own value.

By creating simple rules and fleshing them out in a simple manner, theory can be widely applied and become the foundation for creating new values. I myself am involved in mathematics research and spend my days struggling to come up with groundbreaking assumptions.

There are many rules in society as well. Laws are the best example; the world is shaped by each and every rule. When rules are created within an organization, it can be said that the people who create the rules are in charge of the organization.

If rules don't fit together, it will create a contradiction, so as you add rules one by one, it becomes important to have a sense of balance with other rules.

As a personal rule for myself, I would like to wake up every morning at 5 a.m. and immediately write two articles. ``Be the person who makes the rules!'' There's no doubt about it.

If we're talking about mathematics, the results of changing the rules will immediately appear as calculation results. Find assumptions in mathematics. Throughout the thousands of years of mathematics history, many mathematicians have emphasized changing assumptions. However, there may not be that many mathematicians who have made the assumptions they want.

My future challenge is to acquire the ability to continuously generate new mathematical assumptions. Based on that, I would like to upload the research results to this blog. It may be a long and thorny road, but we will do our best to meet your expectations. that's all. See you soon.

Let's learn with the English version of Wikipedia! ! The problem with Japanese textbooks is that they are difficult to understand! ?

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File.

What does science mean to us? Is it an iron-clad castle that towers far into the sky, or is it a means to make society more prosperous and comfortable?

I think that if someone has been self-taught for a long time, there is a high possibility that they have experienced a blank period and a slump. If you come across a high wall that you cannot understand, you may take a temporary break or give up.

I want to say Trial and error is good when you're in a slump, but once you study a different field, that is, tackle a new subject, you'll be more likely to produce results than if you continue with the subject you're in a slump on.

Of course, after you've dabbled in other fields to some extent, it might be a good idea to tackle the original problem that caused you to fall into a slump. When you hit a wall during your long life of self-study, it may be better to simply look for another route instead of trying to break down the wall and get over it.

In my case, I have been working on university-level and graduate-level subjects these days, using university-level groups, rings, and fields as an introduction to mathematics content. When I started studying the introductory section, I had a vague feeling that it would take a lot of patience and time to understand these technical terms using only Japanese textbooks.

So, I bought other reference books and tried to do the calculations on my own without asking anyone. The result is a technical term called Lie algebra, but I was completely exhausted just looking up specific examples.

Then, I realized something. The question is, do you learn about difficult content on foreign language sites as well as on Japanese sites? In particular, since America is the home of learning, I felt that it would be more efficient to read materials in a foreign language. Of course, I don't want to lower the quality of Japanese textbooks.

However, I had a suspicion that Japanese researchers were rewriting textbooks written by overseas researchers in a way that was difficult to understand. Therefore, I compared the Japanese version of the wiki and the English version of the site. Below, quoting:

`` A group in mathematics is a group that has associativity and an identity element and an inverse element when a binary operation and its target set are viewed together. Groups are considered to be one of the fundamental algebraic structures , providing a basic framework for various constructions in mathematics and physics in general. Groups are themselves objects of study, and the field is called group theory . ” (wiki quote: Group (mathematics))

“In mathematics , a group is a set with an operation that satisfies the following constraints: the operation is associative and has an identity element , and every element of the set has an inverse element .” (wiki:group)

how is it. The Japanese quotation above and the English quotation below are not the same sentences, but they have very similar meanings, and those who understand basic English words can read the English sentences below from simple junior high school level English. You can see that it's done.

If you are reasonably confident in your English, try searching for "group mathematics wiki." When you read it, there are links to the technical terms in blue, so if you don't understand them, I recommend you to jump to the links.

Even if you don't understand something in a textbook that is famously known as a classic in Japan, if you look it up on the Japanese version of the wiki, it will be difficult to understand and the average person will run away after reading it for 10 seconds, but if you look it up on the English version of the wiki, you will find it difficult to understand. I think the quality is good because there are a lot of users, and there is a lot of information.

To be honest, I've heard that self-study can only get you to a certain level, and that you need a master to go beyond that.

If I had tried to continue studying and researching only in Japanese, I would have probably hit a wall at some point.

One way to avoid this situation is to make full use of English version wikis and calculation tools that are written in a universal language like English, and the day will come when you will be able to read difficult mathematical papers that I cannot easily complete. Probably.

I wish you good luck. See you soon.

Run a blog site and do business with companies! ? Prioritize experience until your 30s! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, we will talk about BtoB. If this blog site starts BtoB, I have very low expectations. "The Nabecchi site lacks spirit. You have to have the guts to write 1,000 practice swings every year in the dojo of blogging. If you want to write 1,000 articles a year, you have to read three posts a day. hey"

This blog will also be celebrating its 5th anniversary in 3 months. The number of valid articles on this blog is 348 articles. This article is the 349th article.

"No, Nabecchi. If I had written one article a day, I could have achieved 365 articles in a year long ago. Nabecchi doesn't like swinging the bat honestly, but I'm not sure how much If you increase the number, you'll have more to draw out.I'll imagine finding that machine in the drawer and having a rendezvous with it in the future.Just don't push yourself too hard and do your best!

Just five years ago, I just started this blog, and I was meditating on the BtoB (business-to-business) business, thinking that it would be great if I could entrust the management of this blog to the company I'm starting and be able to communicate with other companies I do business with. Ta. It's a very large-scale story, but my motto is that there is no word in my dictionary that says "Impossible", a quote from Napoleon.

It's been 5 years since then. what are you doing? What am I doing? Maybe you got a promotion at work and started talking about your family, saying you've added a new member to your family. I continue to pursue my dreams and continue to be a dream chaser. Furthermore, what about five years from now? Am I still chasing my dreams or am I settling down and starting to live a normal life?

To be honest, I may not have high expectations for this blog site. The dream of turning this blog into a corporation and communicating with other companies is one goal and only one goal. More than that, I want to gain various experiences and expand my abilities while I'm still young.

I haven't been working that hard these days. People in their 20s work 16 hours a day. He used to be an invincible person who worked seven days a week, but now he wants to work 12 hours a day and aims to work 12 hours with the intention of working 16 hours. By devoting all of their private time to work, they are trying to shift the privileges that come with being young to the experience that comes with being older.

For example, if you are a celebrity, you are often admired for your appearance when you are young. There will be various encounters. You can take full advantage of the privilege of being young and have many experiences. However, once you start to lose your youth, you need to fight based on your ability, which has nothing to do with your appearance. If you're an actor, even if you were popular based on your looks when you were young, you won't be able to survive unless you compete as a talented actor or play a special role when you get older.

Maybe you'll even get married. I'm not an actor or anything, but I think being an actor starts after you get married. By getting married, the fans who were hoping to catch up with her will probably disappear completely. What will you use as a weapon then? It probably requires being able to do the job, or having personal connections or special skills. For example, when it comes to actors, people who have used their youth as a weapon need to cultivate their skills in order to survive.

Our blog site also aims to differentiate itself from other blogs by providing special information that can only be found on my site when people search for this blog. In other words, it is the result of my studies, the results of my research, and the record of my actual experiences. I think it would be great if I could provide value to people who find this interesting.

I would like to pass on the chair I made to future generations, so although it's not a platinum ticket to the University of Tokyo, I think it would be great if I could sell the Aussie Crazy Ticket.

``Nabecchi's selling point is that he feels calm when you're around Nabecchi. Nabecchi has also acted as a leader at various gatherings, so he seems to understand very well that you shouldn't push the boiled food around. If you don't push yourself too hard and have a sense of stability, asking yourself, "Is this really the right price?", any organization will be invincible.

I think that if you have experienced the top and bottom, you usually don't need it. This is because experiencing the top and bottom levels will help you understand what an organization is.

You only live once. I want both extremes. By experiencing the top and bottom of society, you can live a life like a roller coaster off the normal rails. Of course, I want to be at the top when I get older, but experience is a treasure. Rather than living an ordinary life, I am aiming for the kind of humanity that allows me to tell tales of heroism that I will never tire of hearing even when I am old.

This blog has not yet achieved monetization. In that sense, I have been at the bottom of my blog for five years without making any money. Of course, even though it's been 5 years, the period in which I was fully operational was the first 3 months and the past year. In other words, you will only be working for a little over one year out of the five years.

Well, I'm sure you'll agree that I won't be able to reach 365 articles even after 5 years, but I can't wait to think about the next 5 years. In fact, it's already the end of April this year. We would like to make great progress with the goal of reaching around 600 articles in total.

It would be great if I could master my blog or web videos to the point where I could sell Jesus Crazy Tickets.

"Nabecchi. I'm starting to feel sleepy as I listen to the story. I recommend that you end the story at a good point. It would be a good idea to recall the story of the principal from Nabecchi's school days and end the sleep spell. Middle. Some of you must have noticed that Hanabecchi was talking about something very important. Nabecchi should just be satisfied with that."

With that in mind, I would like to conclude the discussion now. If I continue to develop my own site and spread the word overseas in foreign languages, I'm sure there will be companies that will look to me and B2B stories. Until then, I think it's best to think of it as just a basic exercise and continue to churn out articles.

Experience the top and the bottom. I feel that an extreme life that deviates from statistics is exciting and allows us to enjoy the suspenseful drama of a spy movie. Let's enjoy each day. There are things that you will discover if you try boldly. If you're in your 20s, you'll attack with the intention of dying for that goal.

When you're in your 30s, you'll probably see a different perspective than when you were in your 20s. Therefore, I think it would be a good idea to maintain a balance between attacking and defending without ever stopping attacking. I wish you all the best and good luck. See you soon.

This is a continuation of hyperhidrosis! ? Let's think about treatment methods for diabetic neuropathy and hyperhidrosis! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. From now on, I would like to start mass-producing articles by quoting wikis and internet articles, and leaving the wiki links as they are.

This article is a continuation of the previous article on hyperhidrosis, and I would like to consider treatment methods for hyperhidrosis based on diabetic neuropathy.

Ultimately, the most important point in this article is that hyperhidrosis, which is suspected to be caused by autonomic imbalance, may be caused by excessive sweating because the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.

Below is the previous article on hyperhidrosis.

<<Diabetic neuropathy: secondary disease, autonomic imbalance>>

Diabetic neuropathy involves problems with peripheral nerves throughout the body. Damage to the autonomic nervous system causes symptoms such as abnormal sweating. The cause is that sorbitol, which is converted from excessive glucose intake, accumulates in nerve cells, or that end products of glycation accumulate. Treatment drugs include aldose reductase inhibitors.

/* (Question 6) What is the relationship between foods containing a lot of sorbitol and diseases related to hyperhidrosis and autonomic imbalance? Find out about aldose reductase inhibitors . */

Aldose is a monosaccharide with a carbonyl group (aldehyde group) at the end of the carbon chain. The carbonyl group and structural formula are as follows.

What is a carbonyl group ? A carbonyl group is one of the substituents in organic chemistry , and is a divalent functional group expressed as -C(=O)-. Aldehydes , ketones , carboxylic acids , and It exists in esters , amides , and ketene derived from

/* Organic chemistry is the study of the manufacturing methods, structures, uses, and properties of organic substances. The term organic originally referred to substances obtained from living organisms, but in modern times it is no longer used to refer to substances obtained from living organisms. */

/* In a chemical structure, a substituent is a compound that is partially attached to a central parent compound. There is also a classification of functional groups, which represent the entire compound, and characteristic groups, which represent partial compounds. A functional group can be created by combining several characteristic groups. */

/* The carbonyl group in this article has a structural formula that includes the functional group -c(=o)-, which is one of the substituents, and the aldose mentioned at the beginning is this -c(=o)- It is a monosaccharide with a functional group called nitric acid at the end of its carbon chain. */

What is a structural formula? `` In the field of chemistry , a structural formula is a diagrammatic representation of the molecular structure of a compound determined by structural chemistry methods, and it is a diagram that represents the molecular structure of a compound as determined by structural chemistry methods . ” (Wiki quote )

// Add a clear explanation

" Sorbitol is a type of sugar alcohol obtained by reducing glucose and converting aldehyde groups to hydroxyl groups . It is also called sorbit or glucitol . It has a sweet taste and is used as a food additive . ” (Wiki quote)

/* Aldose is a "monosaccharide" with a carbonyl group at the end of the carbon chain, and sorbitol is a "sugar alcohol" obtained by converting an aldehyde group to a hydroxyl group. Is there any other relationship between aldose and sorbitol other than their relationship to sugar? */

/* Is it rational to use drugs that suppress aldose to suppress sorbitol, which is the cause of diabetic neuropathy? */

// Since it is a type of diabetes, aldose and sorbitol may be related in terms of controlling sugar levels.

(Point 3) The autonomic nervous system is divided into the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Let's live in the era of underachievement! ! 2 months since I started threading! ? The number of followers is over 6,700 as expected! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time we will talk about how to conquer SNS. "I heard that Nabe-kun started Threads around this time, but how is he doing? I don't think he's been inducted into the Hall of Fame or even on the blacklist in such a short period of time!? Long live the blacklist!!"

The number of followers on the thread has now exceeded 6,700 people, but I am wondering if it is okay to continue with the thread. If it were up to me, 6,700 followers would be a huge number, and I'm sure he's a good young man full of motivation and boldly aiming for goals and tries.

However, the blogs I currently run on Blogger are the English version of "Seitoushi International Seito Shijuku," the Spanish version of "seitoi international school spain," and the Japanese version of this blog on .com. Blogger has another site.

As I mentioned in a previous article, as with this blog and other blogs, you can freely copy and paste it for use as long as you include a link.

In addition to these four blog sites, I have a thread, and to be honest, even though I have 6,700 followers, I haven't had a single inflow in April, which is a miracle I'm demonstrating here.

That's strange. strange. It was a near-pin mistake that wasn't supposed to happen.

You can only follow up to 7,500 people on threads. In terms of my current situation, I am following 7,500 people and 6,700 of them have become followers. I'm wondering if it's okay to continue with this thread.

``The good thing about Nabe-kun is that he boldly follows everyone.I think it's great that he can follow strange people, who normal people would hesitate to follow, without any prejudice. Yo"

To be honest, all I want to do is drink miso soup in the morning and enjoy the social media era. To do this, you will first need to have the ability to make your own miso by even trying out the fantasy of making miso from soybeans.

``For a while, Nabe-kun's favorite dish was to eat miso soup with rice, but I would like to have a serving size that goes well with the spicy nature of miso soup.''

In the article before this article was rewritten, there was a story about coffee milk. The story is that coffee, which is only bitter, can be made into a sweet drink that even children can drink by mixing it with milk. Like Coffee Milk, I strive every day to become the ideal adult who can talk to children honestly.

I'm currently in my mid-30s, but I'd like to work hard for the next 7 or 8 years as I'm still building up my skills. By that time, I will be in my early 40s and will be a fully grown adult. You probably have the ability to have a friendly conversation with someone you are meeting for the first time.

The world of the Internet, whether it's threads or other SNS, is a microcosm of society. If you say something interesting, it will become popular and your followers will increase. While real society still includes many factors other than luck, including innate factors such as connections, in Internet society, some people show their faces or remain anonymous, but ability is more important than in real society. I think that's what I mean.

I feel like many SNS influencers have some kind of solid ability. In that respect, I'm worried about how I should market myself. Some may say that I'm fine as is, but maybe I'm aiming to become a manager or a teacher.

I don't know if there will be a bright new age ahead of me, but I want to spend the next 7 or 8 years focusing on blogging until my heart burns out, which means I'm in my early years, to the point where I can become financially independent. thinking about.

"Hey, Nabe-kun. Please tell me what you do when you're in the middle of the day. If it's something I can use as a reference, I can give you an ice cream bar. Just say it."

My background is basically to study and research, and then push the results onto the Internet through blogs and video distribution. Of course, my blog site and web videos may be aimed at mass media. There is a possibility that they will eventually hire people and start distributing information on a large scale. What?

I may be currently belonging to something (a company?), but my goal is to become truly independent and stand on my own two feet at the age of 42.5. At that age, I might even be married and have children.

For now, I believe that I have already come full circle in my life. "Nabe-kun, if you have a fever and are dizzy, then don't worry. It's a sedative!? For now, I'd appreciate it if you could talk to me calmly and not get swallowed up by the flames of passion. What!?"

In the real world, everyone has a period when they are starting out, so my starting point is this blog and video distribution. There are still only a few videos produced, so I would like to mass-produce them from now on. However, the products I sell are basically written information. I just want to keep that in mind and keep the bus engine running. Puppuu.

The advantage of textual information is that it is easy to translate. If you're aiming to go global, blogging may be closer than videos. I hope you have a good day today. See you soon.

As a side note, it's currently spring in Japan, but if you sleep with a neck warmer on during this warm season, your sleep quality will be much better. If you wear a neck warmer and read a difficult book, you will fall asleep immediately and wake up refreshed in a short time. Everyone please try it.

Is there any meaning in preparing articles in advance? ? I think it's more important to update regularly than to create stock

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I'm going to rewrite the medical school, so I'm going to stock up on extra articles.

I don't think there's much point in stocking up on extra articles. In the original article of this rewrite, the stupidly honest Watanabe talks about how he can't create extra articles in advance.

At this point, I don't think there is any problem with that. Once you write an article, whether it's 4 or 5 articles a day, I think it's fine to submit them all.

The problem is that even if you promise to write regularly, say six articles a week, you can't stick to it. You can write six articles at the beginning of the week and then finish this week's mission.

However, my feeling is that if you want to earn a stable viewership rate through your blog or video streaming, you need to make your readers watch your work as a continuous habit.

You can earn a steady number of page views by asking people to go to that site today to view the work.

Blogging and video streaming are like snowballs. If you roll the snowball seriously and in an interesting way, the viewers will become more and more included in the snowball and you will be able to earn many page views. I don't know how many years it will take until then, but I can say that those who continue to publish their works honestly will be able to acquire many readers who can be called fans.

In the original article before the rewrite, I talked about the preparation of the work and the one-line-per-second method that was popular at the time. This is a method of reading one line per second, but without any context, the story shifts from the article preparation method to the one line per second method.

Nowadays, even if you can read quickly, it is meaningless if your understanding and memory cannot catch up with the line-per-second method, which can also be called a reading technique, but at the time, he spoke with full confidence.

Of course, I don't want to lower myself than I was a few years ago. Even when I read what I wrote back then, scales still fall from my eyes. I am the same person I was a few years ago when it comes to twists and turns, so from my point of view, there are things to look at objectively.

Even I, looking back on it now, can honestly say that it probably isn't right. I think opinions are divided as to whether I have grown up or become an adult.

This story is good so far, but to excuse myself in the past, I would like to use simple study methods such as simply copying important parts on paper or reading out loud, rather than using the one line per second method. I'd say it's more effective.

This article is about what to do with the stock of articles, so it would be nice if I could expand on that topic a little more, but at the time it seemed like I was aiming to monetize by having extra stock.

As I also know from reading notes on writing sites, it is quite difficult to charge a fee in exchange for reading articles. Unless I really like the article or the author, I don't think I'll turn my idle money into money on the Internet and give it to the author.

I think this process of depositing money is really difficult. I would be willing to pay 100 or 200 yen if the article was very useful and it was easy to send money.

In that sense, I basically buy any book I want, and I can say that the information medium of books is a business where it is easy to get people to pay for it.

There is also an old business model called paid e-mail newsletters, but if you pay for such a business, it means that the information is very useful or that you are a big fan of the author.

Since information is basically available for free on the Internet, it may be difficult to get people to pay for the information unless it is clearly profitable, such as how to make money.

In that sense, subscriptions are an interesting business model. If the author's fans pay a fixed amount each month, it will be a stable source of income.

I believe that the current business model for blogs and video distribution is to post advertisements and earn money from advertising revenue. I also want to do business by selling useful information, so I would like to put the useful information I handle on a USB memory and sell it for about 160,000 yen.

160,000 yen means an iPhone! ? Some readers may be surprised, but I believe that the value lies in the information, and if I can sell a 160,000 yen USB memory, I can say that I am an expert in business, so I did a lot of trial and error. I hope that the USB memory will sell as a result.

I would like to make a living if I could sell one USB memory every month. Please note that the contents of my USB memory are related to my research, so if you are interested, please contact me in the comments section. I will sell it as soon as it is completed! !

I also want to write e-books, so I'm thinking of keeping the price around 1,680 yen. As soon as the products are available, we will announce them on our blog, so if you are interested, please contact us.

When I say research, I mean things related to medicine, which I have been focusing on recently, and things I have been researching for a long time, such as number theory, especially prime factorization. Once again, if you are interested, please let us know in the comments section. We will respond sincerely.

So that's all for this medical school rewrite. A few years ago, I was thinking of monetizing the extra articles I wrote, but now I'm trying to sell them as USB sticks and e-books. It makes you feel the flow of time. Please feel free to contact us. that's all. See you soon.
