Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time I'm rewriting a medical school, but I'd like to write about how my values have changed recently. This is a rewritten article about a new study method, but even though it's new, it's an article from about 5 years ago, so it's a long time ago now.
At that time, I was focusing on the second hand one line method. I wanted to read a lot of books quickly, so I devised a method of reading a line before the second hand of the clock clicked. If you try to read one line in one second, you won't be able to read it out loud if you read it out loud, so you can read it at a glance.
Does reading it out loud make it stick in your memory, or does it stick in your memory just by glancing at it without saying it out loud? I think it was a challenging attempt for me.
Another method I recommend besides the second hand one line method is to pretend to be the character. It was a challenge for me to become a character in a novel and empathize with them, allowing me to have various simulated experiences and deepen my humanity.
The second hand one line method and the empathetic method cannot be expected to be effective because the second hand one line method will not remain in your memory unless you are skilled at it, and the empathetic method is mainly a method that can be used for reading stories such as novels and can be used in real life. I think it's a method.
Currently, the study methods that I think are most effective are to simply write things down on paper, and to read the text slowly while tracing it with your finger. Of course, the second hand one-line method is a method from 5 years ago, so in 5 years' time, we may have come up with a method that is even more advanced than the method of tracing sentences with your finger.
So far it's good. So to speak, it was a planned arrangement, and I just wrote what I had decided to write in advance. Now comes the main point. From here you can see two guardian dogs sitting and waiting in front of the gate on either side. It's a boss battle. Please be careful.
If I have free time each day, I would like to devote the first six hours to research. Medical research is currently at its peak, and I would like to reach the perfect point in medical research within 6 hours.
In the next few hours, I'd like to write a rewrite article and then summarize the research I've done just before as a medical report. Now, if I have free time in a day, I can write two articles.
Additionally, the rest of the time is free time and you can read your favorite books. Basically, I read light and easy books such as novels, magazines, and business books during this time.
I haven't bought magazines for a long time. However, yesterday I decided to buy a magazine aimed at older women. The magazine came with a bonus pouch, but at first I laughed and thought it was a toy.
Do women buy magazines because they want a toy pouch like this? However, the magazine costs around 1,500 yen, and when she got home and took out the pouch, I was impressed.
What moved me was that it was a 1,500 yen pouch that came with a magazine as a bonus, and I realized that it was probably made in Japan and was made of decent materials. If 500 yen out of 1500 yen is for magazines, 1000 yen will be the income from this pouch. Question marks lined my mind: How much did this pouch cost and how did they make a profit?
It was an attempt that I planned to buy something that I wouldn't normally buy within my living expenses without thinking about it, but I was moved by the book, a magazine that I don't usually buy, and the bonus that I didn't expect at all. I did it. This feeling cannot possibly be conveyed in words.
By the way, I don't usually buy senbei, but this time I bought a slightly expensive senbei along with the magazine. The flavor was yuzu miso, so it was delicious, but when I took a bite later, I realized that the sugar content was also amazing.
So, in the end, what I wanted to say is that every day I had free time, I spent the entire day studying and researching. And a blog. So, from now on, instead of doing it all day, I decided to make it a half day and use the remaining half day as free time.
Do things you wouldn't normally do, buy things you wouldn't normally buy, and eat things you wouldn't normally eat. I also have a desire to get married, but I don't think I'll get married until I'm in my 40s. In my 30s, I want to enjoy life by doing what I like.
It's good to live a life where you just study and research as a hobby, but I want to improve my life satisfaction by reading novels and magazines instead of just reading hard books. The challenge for people in their 30s is to improve their quality of life. My values are probably new to people in their 50s and 60s today.
In the past, people who didn't get married and did what they wanted as much as they wanted were considered to be picky. However, nowadays there are many people like me, and in fact, it can be said that people like me are relatively common. You only live once. I think it's somehow uninteresting to live a normal life like a normal person, focusing only on staying on the track that has been laid out for you.
This is a matter of my values, but when I look back on my life, I want to live a life with no regrets. Nowadays, there are many places to meet people, such as matching apps. You can live an original life without forcing yourself to fit into a normal framework.
So, how was the boss battle? I think I was able to easily defeat the boss character without getting stuck in the quagmire of a long battle. It was a common sense boss battle, so to speak. This time it's a good break, so I'll stop here, but if I do something different, I'll let you know. Let's go to CM! ! I wish you good luck. See you soon. .
