Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. A long time ago, I wanted to become a programmer and was studying. This time, I would like to write about computer-related books for the first time in a while. I will refer to Ryuta Yamada's ``The basics of his SE that you can understand all in one book''.

When I think of SE (systems engineer), I think of an annual income of 6 million yen. It's a little old, but I think the average salary was about that 10 or 15 years ago. By the way, the programmer's salary is 4 million yen. A feature of this SE job is that there is no fixed role. In other words, SE doesn't just have to do this because it's his job. The world is not satisfied with just that. By the way, SE is Japanese English and may not be understood overseas. In other words, from here on, we will talk about Japanese SE.

SE, or system engineer, is made up of the words system and engineer. A system can be said to be a "relationship between multiple things." Here, Wiki says, `` A system is an entire group or structure made up of elements that influence each other .'' (quoted from Wiki). it's difficult! !

Next, I will explain in my own way that an engineer is a person who uses engineering and technology to create products. Wiki, maybe! ! `` An engineer is a person who possesses specialized skills or possesses specialized talents and skills related to engineering .'' (quoted from Wiki). The combination of system and engineer is SE, or system engineer.

SE's job is to eliminate inconveniences in the world through system development. In other words, everything from the computer software to the electronic cards that are tapped at the ticket gates is the work of SEs. Here, the flow of system development is as follows.

First, define the requirements and decide what kind of system you want to create. We draw a blueprint for that purpose and implement the software according to that blueprint. Then, test whether the completed system works as expected. In my case, I have a methodology for writing this article, and in the same way, I use a four-step method for creating software. If the software were a multi-stage rocket, communications might be reaching the galaxy by now.
