Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. Who is the ideal person for me? When talking about the ideal person, the first person that comes to mind is a business owner. In order to transform society, we need people who use business to shape a more comfortable society. The top person is the manager.
However, even though a manager is a leader, whether or not he or she can be respected is a different matter. A selfish person who acts only with his or her own interests in mind does not deserve respect, even if he or she is a manager. The most important thing is not selfishness, but altruism. We quickly sense the needs of those around us, turn them into products and services, and make the world a better place.
Rather than worrying only about our own company, we share profits with various stakeholders, from shareholders to employees, customers, and local communities.
Ideally, I'd like to continue making hits. It would be great if I could become one of these managers and mass produce hits, but I also need the cooperation of those around me to create hits. Without the cooperation of those around you, the game called work will not deepen and you will not be able to do anything big.
Personality and humanity are important for hitting a hit, but what is important for hitting a home run? All the greatest people in history have hit at least one huge home run. If a great person were simply brilliant and did a great job, it would be difficult to gain people's sympathy. These great people became legends because they set home run records based on their own stories.
There are some great people who died in tragic ways or lived tragic lives. I don't think modern society is wrong in its values of respecting people who can be called geniuses or greats, and treating them as role models for society.
Being a genius or a great person may be painful and sad, but it is also true that being willing to step into such a position and change the world has greatly improved our lives. By the time they change the world, they are often long gone and will be honored by future generations. Some people say that geniuses are admired and people of character are respected, but I think that the more famous a genius was, the more he or she was also a person of character. However, for those of us who are not geniuses or greats, it is important to improve our daily behavior and not cause incidents that will be featured on TV, before considering our personality or humanity.
Beyond that, if there is something to strive for and aim for the top, wouldn't it be good if you could improve your humanity little by little? I'm still at the age where I still have dreams of reaching the top in something, so I'd like to keep an eye on various things and find games that look interesting. Good luck everyone. See you soon.
