When making a proposal to your boss, take his or her opinion into account! Your opinions and positions become more important. 230111

Hello. This is Inishitenmei from Seito Juku. This time, we will talk about how to get other people to join in. What do you do when you want other people to join in, or when you happen to get together with someone and want to build a cooperative relationship?

The conclusion is to take the other person's opinion into account. Even if you are not involved in the process, if you feel that your opinion is being reflected, you will be interested. Is that thing going well?

I naturally find myself interested in stories that I am involved in, and I check them regularly. When someone says that their opinion was the basis for something, I'm curious to know what the outcome will be.

If you are an office worker, if you want to get your boss's approval, I think it's a good idea to incorporate your boss's opinions to a large extent. If possible, it may be a good idea to write down your boss's opinion first and emphasize that it is the basic premise.

Even if you forget about the part you incorporated your boss's opinion into unless you look at it again, your boss will surely remember it and care about it. The bigger the proposal that incorporates your boss's opinion becomes, the more you can build a complicit relationship with your boss.

And it might be a good idea to bring up the topic from time to time. Oh, that was because we took on board the opinion of our boss, Mr. A. As with anything, it's important to have the decision-maker with authority on your side as much as possible.

For that reason, a self-centered proposal will not be accepted, no matter how great it may be. In order to get your opinion across, you need to explain how attractive your proposal is to you.

Also, if the boss thinks that their opinion is being reflected, he or she will be more willing to cooperate. I would also be interested in articles written about me. How many people have read them, whether they have a good impression, etc.

The person who is most interested in you is yourself, so even if your proposal goes through, you are the one who is most interested in you, so provide something that will be beneficial to you.

Whether you know this one story or not will make your opinion and position more important. If you want to get your opinion across, take the opinion of the decision maker and disclose it in a way that the other party can understand. Isn't that great? Now you're in the ranks of top-class employees. Well then.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230111 Advertising revenue is an interesting idea! If you are an artist, why not aim for both art and sales promotion?

Hello. This is Inishie Tenmei from Seito Juku. This time, I'm writing an article about advertising revenue. When it comes to advertising revenue, many people think that it's something that you can earn by pasting ads on your website and getting clicks.

I also have the opportunity to earn advertising revenue, so since I run a blog, I can't help but be conscious of advertising.

When we think of advertising, television commercials are probably the most obvious example, but in the original idea behind this medical school rewrite, we thought that by treating advertising as one of the artist's works, including product promotion, we could expect to create an interaction between sales promotion and art.

For example, if I were a singer-songwriter and I wrote a song that involved a certain product, I could stream that song on social media such as YouTube, and be able to combine my artistic endeavors as a singer with my sales efforts to sell the product.

If you say that TV commercials are also a form of art, that might be close to my sense. The theme songs of anime are a good example of that. This time, in Ijuku Rewrite, we use artists' works to promote products, but this time we'll take a more in-depth look at advertising.

I think there is a psychological study that shows that people tend to like each other more when they have frequent contact with each other. People tend to like each other more if they continue to talk to each other every day, even if it's just a simple greeting, than if they only talk occasionally for a long time.

Advertising also takes advantage of this psychology. When we see the same advertisement many times, our favorable impression of the advertisement gradually increases. When we go shopping at a supermarket, we see a certain product and think, "Oh, that's the product in that commercial. I'll buy it."

However, too many exposures may not lead to favorable impressions. If the same ad is constantly being shown, and people see it even though they don't want to see it anymore, they may no longer have a positive impression of the product in the ad.

I would be happy if someone I like kept pestering me, but I would feel uncomfortable if someone I don't like kept pestering me. Nowadays, advertisements are also being devised in various ways to somehow get into the eyes of consumers in order to make money.

However, if people have negative feelings about a product because they see too many ads, then that's just putting the cart before the horse. I think companies spend money on advertising to make people feel good about their products. It's hard to accept that a product is perceived as annoying even after spending money on it.

I have doubts about advertising. Is it really cost-effective? Companies spend huge amounts of money on advertising just to promote themselves. Is that advertising money really necessary? Large companies should be able to naturally increase their awareness without advertising.

However, small and medium-sized enterprises must start by getting people to know about their products. In that sense, it can be said that it is not large companies that can sell their products just by leaving them in stores that really need advertising, but small and medium-sized enterprises that must start by getting people to know about them.

However, unless you are a reputable small or medium-sized business, you cannot afford to spend money on advertising, so in the end, the products of large, well-funded companies become more and more well-known through advertising. If you advertise, you have to keep advertising. Even if you spend money on advertising and gain recognition temporarily, your products will only sell for a short time. Advertising is a tough thing.

If possible, I would like to think of ways to earn revenue from this blog other than advertising revenue. It's no good if ads that you can't control are displayed on your blog. Advertising revenue is an interesting idea, but I would like to aim for a revenue source that goes beyond that. Well then.

Q. How do you enjoy your leisure time? A. I don't have any vacation, but I hope you all enjoy your free time and have a special experience.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. "It's a way to enjoy your vacation." I don't have any vacations in general. Even during New Year's, I'm on a normal schedule 365 days a year. On top of that, if I had a vacation, what would I enjoy?

If I had a day off, I would like to go to a festival. Because my life is usually filled with work, I want to have a special experience on my days off. But sadly, it's been so long since I last went to a summer festival. It's not that I don't like festivals, but I just didn't feel the need to go.

Or I would like to go to a resort and walk by the hotel pool or on the sandy beach. However, please bear with me as I am about to tell you a story that is not exactly a dream. I say that I want to go to summer festivals and go to resorts, but I don't think I would be able to enjoy the experience if I went to such entertainment facilities because I would be working all the time.

I'm constantly checking my phone or computer to see if there's work I need to get done. You might say, "It's important to switch between on and off. Working at a resort is a waste of money."

I think so too. Since you've come all the way here to have fun, turn off your smartphone and computer and have fun. However, even if I go swimming for fun, I'll get bored of the experience in a day. Above all, work is more exciting and fun.

My hobby is blogging, so I certainly enjoy it, but I don't think I would enjoy writing if I were to mass-produce writing that nobody would read. I can keep working hard because there is someone who reads my articles.

In that sense, I and my readers are having fun through the blog. You can have fun in an online environment without huge pool equipment or food stalls. I want to say, is it really necessary to separate on and off when it comes to vacation?

People who don't like work may say that a life of work is boring. However, if work itself becomes play, you don't need a vacation every day. In other words, you can enjoy a fun and never-boring vacation every day.

I want to tell everyone to enjoy their free time and refresh themselves to the fullest. However, I would like to ask one more favor. I would like to ask you to change your perspective on the work that you do to earn your daily living.

This will free you from the daily routine of waiting for leisure time and allow you to appreciate the wonderfulness of your daily life. If you have time off from work, try doing something special. Although it's fine to just sleep on vacation, try to do something you wouldn't normally be able to do.

This will bring about synergy with your work and allow you to spend your time more meaningfully. However, it is different for everyone. No matter how much I say that you need to make efforts to enjoy your work, there are also serious professionals who say that work is not play.

There are many different people and many different ways of thinking. What I have said today is merely my opinion. However, I'm sure there are many people who think how great it would be if they could enjoy their work like they enjoyed playing.

Human life expectancy is likely to continue to increase. In the future, work will become one of the major pillars of life. I would like to give you an opportunity. First, please imagine yourself doing well at work.

Then, use your brain desperately to think about how you can make the current situation better. When you do, the door to a new world will appear before you. Good luck. See you later.

Q.What did you cherish when you were a child? A. Toys such as card games, and now my body, which I put effort and time into, is a treasure.

What was the most important thing to you as a child? It was Seito Medical School's Inishie Destiny. When I was in elementary school, I enjoyed card games, manga, and games, but now all I have are the leftover normal cards that my parents sold without my permission.

I may have been angry about this, but when I found out, I was strangely calm. "Oh, so she sold it, mother. If you take the M away, you're a stranger." But for me, it was a good opportunity.

If you become an adult and keep your favorite toys forever, it means you haven't become a full-grown adult yet. It's in the way, it's in the way. In that sense, I have a backup of this blog, but I might be quite annoyed if my parents reset it.

I'll be fine if I hide my computer in the attic. My toy now is my blog. I'm prepared to keep writing until I die, but I'd like to find someone to take over this blog after I retire. It's not a big blog yet though.

The added article is the secret blog. The things that were important to me as a child are not the things I take out and look at every time, but the toys that I occasionally remember and reminisce about if they are in a storage case in my dresser.

Of course, there were many rare cards in my collection, so if I had kept them, they might have become very expensive. Sorry about the cards. Children's values and adult values are very different, but children have their own ethics and sense of justice, and adults have the same.

Children are inexperienced and cannot see through the essence of things, and they only think about the immediate future. Just like the marshmallow test, life is like a chicken race, and the more you pull, the bigger the payout when you win.

Buy! Buy! Buy as much as you can! Investments also increase profits exponentially. Every time you win, the amount of profit you receive will be greater than proportional to the exponential curve. If you make a 30% profit every year, you will get 1.3^10=13.7 times the amount in 10 years, but in 20 years, you will get 190 times the amount.

Where is the fantasy product that will make 30% every year!? If you don't release it, I'll pick your eyeballs. It may be difficult to make a 30% profit every year from an investment, but it's a good example of an exponential growth that snowballs.

How to resist the temptation to waste time and keep trying. When I was a child, I loved playing card games. I had endless time.

However, what I value as an adult is time and effort as self-investment. It has changed from something I can touch to something I can't touch as an adult. That's all. Well then.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230109 An authoritative leader and an emphatic manager work together to handle matters

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. From now on, I will be posting rewritten articles from the medical school and articles written in an easy-to-understand way so that even elementary school students can understand them. The theme of this article is authority.

It can be said that it is a basic skill that bigwigs are equipped with. In an article about authority for adults, when you hear the word authority, you imagine a B-grade horror movie with merciless carnage. What is authority? In my opinion, it is a way to control others through fear. Ah, it's scary.

By having military power, an organization such as a nation can prevent terrorist acts such as rebellions. It is easy to control people through fear. However, it can also be said that authority can only sit in its relax chair if it has a minimum level of support.

Authority or support? I think either is fine. When you are unknown at the very beginning, it is difficult to gain support, so you need to be in a position such as a title. However, as you gain positions and experience, you will gradually gain support and trust.

Authority as a position turns into support. Support gives you a bigger position, which leads to more support. If it is beneficial to society, authority will also become like Mito Komon. Can't you see this?!

That being said, there are leaders and managers in the world. Both are management positions, but a leader shows the vision to those around them. A manager's job is to develop human resources and raise the motivation of those around them.

I want my manager to learn words that motivate me so that he can motivate me. What words motivate me? That's it.

In my opinion, leaders and managers have their pros and cons, and I have an image of leaders as strong people. They are the ones who pull others along and give them an opportunity. When a leader shows a vision, it becomes possible for a larger organization to achieve results, rather than just individuals.

Managers are accommodative people, so rather than being cooperative leaders, they can be seen as managers who create cooperative relationships in the workplace. In this case, which of the leader and the manager should be the boss? More specifically, which should have the power?

The only absolute law that is generally correct is that people grow old and die. However, one possible pattern is that a manager whose job is to cooperate with others should act as a stopper for a leader whose job is to achieve results.

The leader can try his hand at flipping the table like the stubborn old men of old, but this means that there needs to be someone to hold the table down at the moment it is flipped.

No, that doesn't make sense. Some people may say that, but the leader is the company's main earner. No matter what others say, a little selfishness is acceptable, but when it's about to develop into a fatal mistake, the power of the top to stop it is needed.

I expect this top authority to be a manager. If the stereotype of a selfish leader is true, then by adjusting the selfish leader, they will be able to make up for the shortcomings of their selfishness and fully demonstrate their abilities.

To sum up, I think it would be good if the leader's main job was to make a lot of money and let the employees have good dreams, and the manager was there to coordinate that. I always think it would be great if there were two people at the top and we could build a relationship where the two tops complement each other.

It may be difficult to find a leader who excels in both managerial coordination and practical skills as a player, but there must be leaders who excel in only one of them. As I have said many times before, this is about managers in a single organization.

It's not a universal story that can be used anywhere, like a goldfish candy. Let's just say that it's just one role pattern. However, if a strong leader and a manager who can coordinate work together, it's like a golden club for a demon.

I would like to see the battle scenes of that game on an LCD screen.

[Article about authority for children]. When you hear authority, you probably imagine a really scary and crappy horror movie. What is authority? In my opinion, it is a way to control the other person through fear. Oh, so scary.

A nation, a group of people, also has weapons to protect itself from attacks by other nations and its own people. It is easy to control people through the fear of weapons and other things.

However, it can also be said that authority can only sit in its relaxing chair if it has the necessary support. Does authority come first, or does it come first to be supported? I think either is fine.

When you first start out as an unknown, it's difficult to gain support, so you need to assume a role or a position. However, as you gain more roles and experience, you will gradually gain support and trust.

The authority of a position changes into support. Support gives a larger role, which in turn leads to more support. If it is beneficial to society, then authority also becomes like Mito Komon. Can't you see this?!

Role → Experience → Support → Mito Komon

That being said, there are leaders and managers in the world. Both have the role of bringing people together, but a leader's job is to talk about the vision to those around them. A manager's job is to develop the people in the company and motivate them.

I want my manager to learn words that motivate me so that I can be motivated. What words motivate me? That's it. For me, leaders and managers have good and bad points, and I have the image that leaders are strong.

A leader is someone who pulls others along and gives them motivation. By showing a vision, a leader can achieve results not just as a single person, but as a larger organization.

A manager's role is to bring people together, so you can see them as creating relationships in the workplace that bring people together. In this case, which should be higher, the leader or the manager? More specifically, which should have the power?

There is no one absolute law that is correct in the world other than that we grow old and die. However, one pattern is that it may be good for managers, whose job is to bring people together, to act as a checkerboard for leaders, whose job is to produce results.

The leader can challenge the others with his special move of flipping the table, like the stubborn old men of old, but this means that there will be someone to hold the table down when it is flipped.

No, that doesn't make sense. Some people may say that, but a leader is someone who increases the company's money. No matter what others say, some selfishness is tolerated, but when it seems like you're heading towards a big mistake, you need a top authority to stop it. I expect this top authority to be a manager.

If this is your idea of a selfish leader, then by bringing the selfish leader together, you will be able to cover up the negative aspects of the selfish part and allow them to fully utilize their abilities.

To summarise what we've discussed so far, I think the leader should be expected to increase the money vigorously and make it their main job to make people at work dream big, with a manager to coordinate this.

I always think it would be great if there were two top people who could create a relationship where they could improve each other. It may be difficult to find a top person who is both excellent at managing as a manager and excellent at playing as a player, but there must be a top person who is outstanding in just one of them.

As I have said many times before, this is a story about how to bring a group of people together. It is not a typical story that can be taken anywhere, like the "Kintaro" candy. Let me just say that it is just one pattern.

However, if a strong leader and a manager who can coordinate things work together, it's like a deadly combination. I'd like to see the battle scenes of that game on my smartphone screen.

Q.What do you think about living a long life? A.Whether you want to live a long time depends on the person, but I want to live a long life, so I am pursuing research as part of that effort.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. I would like to talk about the topic "What do you think about living a very long life?"

I think it takes a long time of hard work to live a very long life. Even if the oldest person alive today were to reach 120 years old, I don't think they would reach that age. You can find out the current oldest person by looking in the Guinness Book of World Records, but I think people today would die of old age by the time they reach 120 years old.

Perhaps the organs in the body would rot, which would be fatal. I think that as we get older, we get wrinkles, we shrink, and various other "causes of death" occur. Even if aging is caused by oxidation or glycation, we would not believe that we could extend our lifespan by being that careful.

If oxidation and glycation are suppressed, cells will be activated and people will live longer, but that is just one aspect of it. Recently, when I read online news, I often see news that says that wild animals do not age.

This means that wild birds and butterflies do not live long enough to live out their lifespan, and of course, if you look at pet dogs and cats, the slow aging decline that occurs with long-term captivity is common.

It's not that wild animals don't age, but rather that wild dogs and cats cannot live for 15 or 20 years, and therefore cannot live long enough for their internal organs to rot. In the first place, even a minor illness or tooth decay can be a life-or-death blow to wild animals.

We humans, dogs, and cats can see a doctor and receive appropriate medicine and surgery, so we rarely die from minor illnesses. The difference between wild animals and humans is probably whether they live in a protected environment or not.

This alone is the difference between many wild animals who die within a year and humans who can live up to nearly 120 years. Following this logic, if humans want to live to be 200, 300 or even 500 years old, they need something other than a protected environment.

It could be a therapeutic environment that cures any disease, or a special way of taking in nutrients, or a method of maintaining bones and muscles. I believe that for human aging, antioxidants such as vitamin C and a special way of taking in carbohydrates, which are sugars, are important at the skin and cellular levels.

Of course, if we think about the fact that we get shorter as we age, that is, our bones get shorter, we worry about calcium deficiency. Or, there may be more advanced reasons why people get shorter.

Even if we could live a long life, if we were bedridden or looked horrible, we might not choose to continue living. If we could live a long life but not have any romantic relationships, we might wonder if we really need to live a long life.

I think it's not bad to live a long life if you have hobbies and things to enjoy other than love. However, if your life is too long, you may get bored of something, such as being bored with being alive. When it comes to getting nutrients, I think a baby's diet can provide a hint.

As the name suggests, babies grow by drinking milk if they are mammals. At least we humans can survive on milk alone when we are babies. Milk is said to be a complete nutritional food, and it contains a wide variety of nutrients.

For example, the carton of milk I am holding in my hand right now contains the following information (per 200ml glass): energy 140kcal, carbohydrates 9.5g, protein 6.8g, salt equivalent 0.2g, fat 8.3g, and calcium 230mg.

At the very least, we can say that we need this amount of nutrients to survive. An interesting thing to do would be to look at the daily nutrient requirements of an adult and find out how many ml of milk you would need to drink to survive on milk alone.

Is it possible for an adult to live on milk alone? It sounds like an interesting endeavor.

So I've been writing about this for a long time, but when it comes to living a long life, I think if a person wants to live a long life, they should make an effort to do so. Try various things, come up with your own theory, and put it into practice.

The outcome is whether or not we can exceed our maximum lifespan, but whether or not we can find value in it. I would like to establish my own anti-aging theory based on the ideas I have written so far. I would like to disclose the results of my research on this blog.

It's almost 7am and time for everyone to wake up. I'm a night owl and I work late at night, so it might be interesting to think about whether being a morning person or a night owl will help me live longer.

That's it for Hotaru no Hikari. My blog may contain a lot of information, but I think there is still a lot of space to fill in between the lines. My sentences are too concise, so I think it would be fine to make them a bit more verbose.

The New Year is over and a new year is beginning, but I hope you will continue to support us.

Q.Which do you think about more often, the future or the past? A. Definitely the future! If you had to give priority to appetite or appearance, which would you choose?

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. This time, the theme is "Which do you think about more: the future or the past?"

First of all, I have amnesia. I'm not kidding. When I'm engrossed in my hobby research, I forget if I had eaten a meal an hour ago. I don't care about the past, I only look to the present and the future.

Now, I would like to tell you a little story. Which do you prioritize: satisfying your appetite or maintaining your appearance? For example, let's say you are in an environment where you can eat as much delicious steak or sushi as you want. Let's say you love that kind of food and can eat as much as you want.

But sadly, the more people eat to satisfy their appetite, the fatter they become. There are often overweight people overseas, and this is the result of them choosing to satisfy their appetite rather than maintain their appearance.

Here, I would like to think about the nature of appetite and beauty. Appetite is temporary, and no matter how delicious something is, you will hardly remember it the next day. Of course, there are some flavors that bring back memories, like the French food served at someone's wedding. The taste of your mother's cooking is also like that.

On the other hand, maintaining your appearance has the advantage of lasting for a long time. If you start paying attention to your appearance, you can maintain your beauty for 5 to 10 years. Appetite is temporary and therefore stimulating. If you eat delicious food, you will not feel the need to worry about your weight.

However, physical beauty is a gradual stimulus that lasts for a long time, and is sustained by human relationships. In economics, this concept is called flow and stock. Appetite is a flow, a temporary desire, whereas physical beauty is a stock that can be accumulated.

Surprisingly, if your lifestyle is bad, you may be able to look younger with just a little effort. On the other hand, your appetite may increase, but it will not decrease because you are prioritizing temporary pleasure. This is also the reason why the standard of living rises.

Going back to the first topic, if I had to choose between being future-oriented or past-oriented, I would say I'm future-oriented. I would say that things that build up and keep getting younger, like physical beauty, are more important than things that don't remain in your memory once they're over, like appetite.

In that sense, this blog says "study study," because the more you study, the more knowledge you accumulate. Future-oriented means accumulating what can be accumulated from the past to the present, and planning your life in a way that allows you to reap the benefits from that in the future.

Here's a little bit of trivia. Some people find that eating the foods they like makes them gain weight. For these people, the advice is to save the last bite. Saving the last bite may give you the feeling that your meal is over and that your appetite has been satisfied before you've finished the whole meal.

Some may argue that for a gourmet, the last bite is the best, but that bite is the deciding factor between being able to eat what you like and still maintain your figure, and becoming overweight or overweight.

The last bite is important. Disposing of food waste may be a hassle, but it's one way to maintain your appetite and your appearance. The last bite. See you later.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230104 Before you study, let's have a strategy meeting with me! I have written my strategy in this article.

This rewrite represents my determination to take on the challenge of blogging.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. This rewrite is about how boldly I, who stayed up all night, can tackle the high ground of a blog.

It's now 11:30am and almost lunchtime. What should I have for lunch? I'll dash to the convenience store after I finish writing this article. I sincerely hope that this medical school rewrite will unleash my potential.

Well, in the original story, I'm talking about taking on number theory or quantum mechanics. No, that's fine. I'm motivated. But the point is, it's easier said than done.

I am eager to tackle the medical field, so I would like to boldly tackle number theory and quantum mechanics and deepen my research in medicine, mathematics, and physics. One thing I would like to try is changing the order in which I read textbooks.

I am promoting a new pattern of reading: read the first chapter, the table of contents, and the last chapter, then read the last chapter, then the sixth chapter, the fifth chapter, the fourth chapter, and so on, all the way to the first chapter. Writing a blog also requires knowledge. There are many ways to acquire knowledge, but the most cost-effective way is to read a textbook.

Of course, reading Wiki and the like can also be considered meaningful in terms of reading.

First, let's have a strategy meeting before we start reading. As I said before, we'll read the first chapter, then the last chapter in reverse order, back to the first chapter, so that's fine for now.

There may be things you don't understand during the process. What is this terminology? I don't understand this theory even after reading the explanation. You can take out an introductory book and look up each point before you start, but I think I would rely on Wikipedia.

First of all, whether it's a textbook on number theory or physics, I think it's a good idea to get a rough idea of the subject from Wikipedia. Of course, the main thing is the textbook, but it's also good to use Wiki or an introductory book as a sub.

I think you can learn a lot just by doing this. Output what you learn in a blog and keep a good memory and record.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230101 If you devote three hours a day to effort, what will happen in a dozen years?

For those of you who don't want to spend every day lazing around.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. I would like to start by telling you a story from my life. Allocate three hours a day to hard work. From my perspective, this is something I can confidently say I have continued to do for the past ten years.

Yes. I studied three hours a day for over ten years. In my case, I studied, but what I was able to do after ten years was that I immediately became able to write sentences.

I've been blogging for less than a year now, but thanks to the learning I've done under the guise of studying, I've come to understand the important points of anything I do.

As with anything, there is a trick to winning. In human relationships, there is a theory in any sport that you should be proactive in talking to others. What I have been learning under the guise of studying has allowed me to accurately grasp how to make something go well when starting something new.

Recently, I have been trying to study medicine, and I think about whether we use medical knowledge when we think about what nutrients we need. There are all kinds of recipes for carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fiber, vitamins, etc., but basically, we live on nutrients such as carbohydrates that can be broken down into smaller molecules.

If you've ever lived alone, you'll understand that a man like me who lives alone doesn't bother to cook for himself, and instead makes simple meals with pre-made bento boxes. One day, and this was recently, I thought to myself, "Isn't it okay if I don't eat meat, fish, or vegetables properly, as long as I'm getting the nutrients I need?"

Thinking about food from a medical perspective in terms of nutrients makes you think that if it's cheap and helps you maintain a healthy body, it might be okay to eat things that are closer to molecules than bento boxes, or rather, that such simple meals might be better for your health.

Even if you're living alone and can't cook, it's fine to eat bento every meal, but that bento itself doesn't necessarily guarantee your health. Even if you think it's okay to eat a bento with lots of vegetables, wouldn't it be enough to drink liquid vegetable juice? And wouldn't liquid juice be less taxing on your stomach?

If you study for three hours a day, every day, you will be able to write sentences like the one above easily and will also be able to look at food from a different perspective than usual.

I began to think that if I prioritized medicine, I could survive on a diet of only frozen broad beans, which contain plant-based protein (about 120 yen at convenience stores), and fruits rich in vitamins (frozen bags cost about 200 yen), with the added security of vegetable juice.

The idea is that a light, plant-based diet is better for your body than heavy, fatty meat dishes. Some people may be resistant to the idea of studying, but if you think of it as a way to gain new insights, there won't be many people who are opposed to it.

Are the habits we take for granted and that we learn from our parents and teachers really correct? If we realize this, we will realize that our current habits are not the best, and that there is a higher level to improve.

Our habits are a collection of long-standing knowledge that has been established by our predecessors. However, this knowledge is not the best and there is nothing that can be improved upon, but rather it is the second best at the moment. Such knowledge can be improved with some ingenuity.

Times change, and so do the people who live with them. Our habits are based on knowledge from decades ago, and we face the challenge of whether that knowledge is fitting well into the current environment.

I've been studying for a long time, and I thought that maybe I don't get much stimulation from new knowledge, but I was inspired by a book I bought just a few days ago. It's not just me who is making progress, but the whole world around me is also moving forward little by little.

So, this time, I learned that studying this changes the way you see the world, and that as long as you get your nutritional intake, humans can live healthily without eating packed lunches, but just vegetable juice and frozen beans and fruit.

I believe that society is more stable when it has diversity and a variety of ways of thinking. I, too, make sure to study three hours a day in order to generate new ideas.

It's almost time for the firefly light. In order to not get left behind by the flow of society and to lead it forward, we need to learn a little bit every day. For me, that's three hours a day.

This varies from person to person, so it doesn't matter if you're studying for a qualification or doing a sport as a hobby. If you have time to put in effort, you can make progress. To do this, make effort a habit. The fact that the habit of effort makes people win will continue to be the case, even as times change.

That's all. Thank you very much. This was the medical school rewrite. Happy New Year.

Q. How can I create a comfortable space for reading and writing? A. Put things you need within reach and use storage cases often to keep your room tidy.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. The theme this time is "How do you create the perfect space for reading and writing?"

I want to create a space where I can reach out and get anything I need. I think it's great for people who can read or write in their rooms and stay focused for a long time. If you can focus on one thing in a single task, there's no problem as long as the things you prepared at the beginning are around you.

However, some people are not good at single-tasking and are good at multitasking. That's exactly what I'm like, my mind wanders from one place to another. In that case, I'll pick up another book, stop reading and start blogging, write notes, or do this and that.

However, apart from people who are truly single-tasking and don't stop until they finish something once they've decided to do it, I think that multitasking and always working on the thing that interests you the most is much more productive.

Since I'm working on the thing I'm most interested in at the time, my concentration is probably at its maximum. I don't try my hand at other things for 10 or 20 minutes just because I'm trying my hand at a lot of things. I try to do something else after an hour or two, but I can say that I'm concentrating at my maximum for those hours.

There is time between tasks, that is, there is rest time, but I don't take breaks. Maybe that's why I get worn out after 3 or 4 hours. If I'm doing research on my hobby, after about 9 hours of total concentration, I don't have any motivation left in my body.

I can't say for sure which is better, single-tasking or multitasking, but I think I might be able to multitask for a little longer overall if I take a break between tasks. This is a challenge for me, so I'll think about it carefully.

Now, to the main topic, the best space for reading or writing is a quiet space without noise, where you can get what you need right away. To do that, your room needs to be tidy. It's a waste of time to search for what you need every time.

My room tends to get quite messy, but I have some tips to keep it tidy. First, the kotatsu table is in the center of the room. I work on a storage case that is half the height and half the width of the kotatsu table, that is, about a quarter of the size of the kotatsu table.

In my case, I put everything on the kotatsu table, so clutter spreads from there to the whole room. Therefore, by putting things on a small storage case instead of the kotatsu table, the amount of things I can put on it is limited, and it doesn't get cluttered.

Furthermore, when my room is messy, it's mostly because of books I'm reading. So by putting the books in a storage case, I can keep the books from getting scattered, and ultimately keep my room tidy.

In other words, what I need in my room is a storage case with a ceiling large enough to study in, and a storage case to put books in. In the end, people who have tidy rooms tend to use a lot of storage cases, whether they do it consciously or not.

I would like to use storage cases wisely to create a productive workspace that is not cluttered. I encourage you to give it a try too. Most of the time, clutter is caused by one thing. For me, it's books, and for women, it might be clothes. By storing that, you can keep your room clean.

That's all for now. Well then.

Medical School Rewrite!! 20231227 Three major policies: ① Be kind ② If you are greedy, you will only get a little ③ Understand TPO

Yes. This is the inishie komachi of Seito Medical School. Today, I will be rewriting the medical school policy.

My two biggest policies up until now have been ①Be kind and ②If you are greedy, you will only get a little. Recently, I wanted to make "Be confident" my policy, but I thought that ③Be aware of the time, place and occasion would be more appropriate.

That's the end of the story, but let me give you an example. For example, if you are kind, you have the kindness to lend a hand when someone is in trouble. If you decide to lend a hand to one person every day, you will see the situation around you in a different light.

You will always be thinking about whether someone is in trouble, and you will gradually become better at being considerate. If being kind is a positive position, there is also a negative position of not being evil.

However, if you compare a person's goal of absolutely getting 80 points or more with their goal of getting 120 points, in most cases the person who first aims for the peak of 120 points will likely get a higher score than someone who sets a goal of 80 points, which is lower than 120 points, regardless of whether they actually achieve 120 points.

People are drawn to their goals. Low goals make people lazy, but high goals often motivate people. Of course, goals that are too high and impossible to achieve are out of the question, but it can be said that goals that are a bit above what people can achieve are best for people.

In that sense, going one step further and telling someone to be kind rather than being evil will bring about better results for the other person. Next, the saying goes that if you are greedy, you will only get a little, and this is true for gambling and anything else, so if you are lucky enough to win a certain amount, it is important to lock in your profits and not aim for more.

Even if you don't call it gambling, if you buy stocks and get greedy and think that the price will go up, you should have locked in your profits at a reasonable time, but the market may become confused and cause a major crash. It's like a great depression.

Or, even if you're dating a cute girl, you might still be unsatisfied and keep looking up, which could lead to you letting go of the woman who actually became your girlfriend, only to discover sadly that that was the ceiling.

I loved you! The girl of my dreams was a blue bird! How sad, isn't it? Surprisingly, even with stock investments, you may be able to earn a larger amount of money by locking in profits at a certain stock price and investing in new stocks.

When investing, it is necessary to cut losses and lock in losses, but it is equally important to decide when to lock in profits.

And lastly, it's not "have confidence" but "know the time, place and occasion". You can see the importance of having confidence by watching top people. Since he is a winning stag beetle based on the premise that he will definitely win, he is in a positive spiral where victory brings more victory.

Such people climb ever higher and increase the value of their existence. On the other hand, ordinary people win and lose and don't even know why they are the way they are.

In fact, there is a strategy, or trick, to win any game, and you need to learn it to win. Most people don't realize the importance of this, and act on their whims at the time, which means there are times when things go well and times when they don't.

In other words, you need reproducibility, and especially reproducibility to win. People who are good at games or anything analyze the tricks and make them their own. In other words, being confident comes from having the reproducibility to win no matter how many times you play the same game.

However, I would like to give the last policy as "knowing the time, place, and occasion". The reason is that knowing the time, place, and occasion is similar to being humble. Dress and act in a way that is appropriate for the situation. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

If you are the boss in the organization and make the rules, you don't need to worry about time, place, and occasion. If the team members feel comfortable in the organization, they will be active as members for a long time.

However, if you are not in a position to make rules and are a newcomer, and you do not follow the rules, you cannot be said to be aware of the time, place, and occasion. Of course, if you have competed in other organizations and have the ability to make rules, you can ask your boss to let you participate in making rules.

In other words, in any organization or group, there is a leader who makes the rules. Knowing the time, place, and occasion means that those who are not in such a position follow the rules and follow the customs of the place.

If you are extremely talented, many boss characters will try to embrace you. Then you will be able to wear blonde hair or revealing clothes that are out of place in the TPO. In other words, be humble and don't be overconfident in anything.

In that sense, "Be confident" and "Know the time, place and occasion" are polar opposites in terms of humility. In other words, I believe that humility is more valuable than being confident and going all out. However, please note that these are just my personal values. Well then.

When making a proposal to your boss, take his or her opinion into account! Your opinions and positions become more important. 230111
