Hello. This is Nada. It's important to be able to immerse yourself. No matter how long you practice, growth depends on time x quality. If you immerse yourself in it and forget about eating and sleeping, great results may be waiting for you. For me, if I have time in the day to do what I like, I can use that day more meaningfully. Anything you do requires concentration, so unless you're doing something you like to a certain extent, it's difficult to concentrate completely. There are probably many ways to approach this, but I would like to use the same concentration that I show in my research hobbies in reading.
What I'm thinking now is that posture is important when practicing, such as reading. Poor posture increases the burden on your body and reduces your concentration. I sometimes read books while sleeping, but I think it's a more effective use of my time if I sit down and read a book. If you want to improve your concentration, meditation is good, but if you can find something that you can't help but enjoy while doing it, you'll be able to do it faster. If you devote yourself to it and work on it every day, even if it starts out as a hobby, it may eventually turn into a job where you can earn a living. Personally, there are things that I can completely immerse myself in for about 12 hours, forgetting to eat and sleep, but it seems to yield better results than doing it over several days. This means that you can see the whole picture better if you read a book in one day rather than spending days reading it. Some people can spend the rest of their lives in easy mode if they keep doing what they're immersed in.
Returning to the topic of posture, perhaps a slightly hunched back is just right. See you soon.
