Hello. This is Nada. I would like to play a game about the impact dragons have on the ecosystem. First, the purpose of this game is to find common elements from multiple random keywords and create something new.
I digress, but lately I've been licking Ame-chan when I go out. I find it useful because I don't have to think about unnecessary things when I'm licking Ame-chan. That's why the first keyword is candy. Recently, I've been thinking about how far the law actually goes. This means that the law is only as good as the judge's interpretation. So the second keyword is law. And since this blog is called Clear File, I would like the third keyword to be file.
First, from laws and files to legal documents and then carrots and sticks. I don't know anything about the law, so I can't talk about it in depth, but in a criminal case, it can be used as a whip to punish someone. Are laws made with the whip as the fundamental principle? "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" from the Code of Hammurabi. One question arises here. Is there no such thing as a legal carrot? The law may be a carrot for victims. However, is it possible to legally confer benefits to a party in a state where there is no other party to the lawsuit? I think one of them is subsidies. This is funding provided by the government when it wants to promote something. I think it would be good to have a law that actively provides a carrot, rather than something like a subsidy.
It's interesting when you think about it in concrete terms. Please think about what this means for you too. You may discover something new. See you soon.
