I am eager to tackle the medical field, so I would like to boldly tackle number theory and quantum mechanics and deepen my research in medicine, mathematics, and physics. One thing I would like to try is changing the order in which I read textbooks.

I am promoting a new pattern of reading: read the first chapter, the table of contents, and the last chapter, then read the last chapter, then the sixth chapter, the fifth chapter, the fourth chapter, and so on, all the way to the first chapter. Writing a blog also requires knowledge. There are many ways to acquire knowledge, but the most cost-effective way is to read a textbook. 

Of course, reading Wiki and the like can also be considered meaningful in terms of reading.

First, let's have a strategy meeting before we start reading. As I said before, we'll read the first chapter, then the last chapter in reverse order, back to the first chapter, so that's fine for now. 

There may be things you don't understand during the process. What is this terminology? I don't understand this theory even after reading the explanation. You can take out an introductory book and look up each point before you start, but I think I would rely on Wikipedia. 

First of all, whether it's a textbook on number theory or physics, I think it's a good idea to get a rough idea of ​​the subject from Wikipedia. Of course, the main thing is the textbook, but it's also good to use Wiki or an introductory book as a sub.

I think you can learn a lot just by doing this. Output what you learn in a blog and keep a good memory and record.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. I would like to start by telling you a story from my life. Allocate three hours a day to hard work. From my perspective, this is something I can confidently say I have continued to do for the past ten years.

Yes. I studied three hours a day for over ten years. In my case, I studied, but what I was able to do after ten years was that I immediately became able to write sentences.

I've been blogging for less than a year now, but thanks to the learning I've done under the guise of studying, I've come to understand the important points of anything I do. 

As with anything, there is a trick to winning. In human relationships, there is a theory in any sport that you should be proactive in talking to others. What I have been learning under the guise of studying has allowed me to accurately grasp how to make something go well when starting something new. 

Recently, I have been trying to study medicine, and I think about whether we use medical knowledge when we think about what nutrients we need. There are all kinds of recipes for carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fiber, vitamins, etc., but basically, we live on nutrients such as carbohydrates that can be broken down into smaller molecules.

If you've ever lived alone, you'll understand that a man like me who lives alone doesn't bother to cook for himself, and instead makes simple meals with pre-made bento boxes. One day, and this was recently, I thought to myself, "Isn't it okay if I don't eat meat, fish, or vegetables properly, as long as I'm getting the nutrients I need?"

Thinking about food from a medical perspective in terms of nutrients makes you think that if it's cheap and helps you maintain a healthy body, it might be okay to eat things that are closer to molecules than bento boxes, or rather, that such simple meals might be better for your health. 

Even if you're living alone and can't cook, it's fine to eat bento every meal, but that bento itself doesn't necessarily guarantee your health. Even if you think it's okay to eat a bento with lots of vegetables, wouldn't it be enough to drink liquid vegetable juice? And wouldn't liquid juice be less taxing on your stomach? 

If you study for three hours a day, every day, you will be able to write sentences like the one above easily and will also be able to look at food from a different perspective than usual.

I began to think that if I prioritized medicine, I could survive on a diet of only frozen broad beans, which contain plant-based protein (about 120 yen at convenience stores), and fruits rich in vitamins (frozen bags cost about 200 yen), with the added security of vegetable juice. 

The idea is that a light, plant-based diet is better for your body than heavy, fatty meat dishes. Some people may be resistant to the idea of ​​studying, but if you think of it as a way to gain new insights, there won't be many people who are opposed to it. 

Are the habits we take for granted and that we learn from our parents and teachers really correct? If we realize this, we will realize that our current habits are not the best, and that there is a higher level to improve.

Our habits are a collection of long-standing knowledge that has been established by our predecessors. However, this knowledge is not the best and there is nothing that can be improved upon, but rather it is the second best at the moment. Such knowledge can be improved with some ingenuity.

Times change, and so do the people who live with them. Our habits are based on knowledge from decades ago, and we face the challenge of whether that knowledge is fitting well into the current environment. 

I've been studying for a long time, and I thought that maybe I don't get much stimulation from new knowledge, but I was inspired by a book I bought just a few days ago. It's not just me who is making progress, but the whole world around me is also moving forward little by little. 

So, this time, I learned that studying this changes the way you see the world, and that as long as you get your nutritional intake, humans can live healthily without eating packed lunches, but just vegetable juice and frozen beans and fruit. 

I believe that society is more stable when it has diversity and a variety of ways of thinking. I, too, make sure to study three hours a day in order to generate new ideas.

It's almost time for the firefly light. In order to not get left behind by the flow of society and to lead it forward, we need to learn a little bit every day. For me, that's three hours a day.

This varies from person to person, so it doesn't matter if you're studying for a qualification or doing a sport as a hobby. If you have time to put in effort, you can make progress. To do this, make effort a habit. The fact that the habit of effort makes people win will continue to be the case, even as times change.

I want to create a space where I can reach out and get anything I need. I think it's great for people who can read or write in their rooms and stay focused for a long time. If you can focus on one thing in a single task, there's no problem as long as the things you prepared at the beginning are around you.

 However, some people are not good at single-tasking and are good at multitasking. That's exactly what I'm like, my mind wanders from one place to another. In that case, I'll pick up another book, stop reading and start blogging, write notes, or do this and that. 

However, apart from people who are truly single-tasking and don't stop until they finish something once they've decided to do it, I think that multitasking and always working on the thing that interests you the most is much more productive.

Since I'm working on the thing I'm most interested in at the time, my concentration is probably at its maximum. I don't try my hand at other things for 10 or 20 minutes just because I'm trying my hand at a lot of things. I try to do something else after an hour or two, but I can say that I'm concentrating at my maximum for those hours.

There is time between tasks, that is, there is rest time, but I don't take breaks. Maybe that's why I get worn out after 3 or 4 hours. If I'm doing research on my hobby, after about 9 hours of total concentration, I don't have any motivation left in my body. 

I can't say for sure which is better, single-tasking or multitasking, but I think I might be able to multitask for a little longer overall if I take a break between tasks. This is a challenge for me, so I'll think about it carefully. 

Now, to the main topic, the best space for reading or writing is a quiet space without noise, where you can get what you need right away. To do that, your room needs to be tidy. It's a waste of time to search for what you need every time. 

My room tends to get quite messy, but I have some tips to keep it tidy. First, the kotatsu table is in the center of the room. I work on a storage case that is half the height and half the width of the kotatsu table, that is, about a quarter of the size of the kotatsu table. 

In my case, I put everything on the kotatsu table, so clutter spreads from there to the whole room. Therefore, by putting things on a small storage case instead of the kotatsu table, the amount of things I can put on it is limited, and it doesn't get cluttered. 

Furthermore, when my room is messy, it's mostly because of books I'm reading. So by putting the books in a storage case, I can keep the books from getting scattered, and ultimately keep my room tidy. 

In other words, what I need in my room is a storage case with a ceiling large enough to study in, and a storage case to put books in. In the end, people who have tidy rooms tend to use a lot of storage cases, whether they do it consciously or not.

I would like to use storage cases wisely to create a productive workspace that is not cluttered. I encourage you to give it a try too. Most of the time, clutter is caused by one thing. For me, it's books, and for women, it might be clothes. By storing that, you can keep your room clean.

Yes. This is the inishie komachi of Seito Medical School. Today, I will be rewriting the medical school policy.

My two biggest policies up until now have been ①Be kind and ②If you are greedy, you will only get a little. Recently, I wanted to make "Be confident" my policy, but I thought that ③Be aware of the time, place and occasion would be more appropriate. 

 That's the end of the story, but let me give you an example. For example, if you are kind, you have the kindness to lend a hand when someone is in trouble. If you decide to lend a hand to one person every day, you will see the situation around you in a different light.

You will always be thinking about whether someone is in trouble, and you will gradually become better at being considerate. If being kind is a positive position, there is also a negative position of not being evil. 

However, if you compare a person's goal of absolutely getting 80 points or more with their goal of getting 120 points, in most cases the person who first aims for the peak of 120 points will likely get a higher score than someone who sets a goal of 80 points, which is lower than 120 points, regardless of whether they actually achieve 120 points.

People are drawn to their goals. Low goals make people lazy, but high goals often motivate people. Of course, goals that are too high and impossible to achieve are out of the question, but it can be said that goals that are a bit above what people can achieve are best for people. 

In that sense, going one step further and telling someone to be kind rather than being evil will bring about better results for the other person. Next, the saying goes that if you are greedy, you will only get a little, and this is true for gambling and anything else, so if you are lucky enough to win a certain amount, it is important to lock in your profits and not aim for more. 

Even if you don't call it gambling, if you buy stocks and get greedy and think that the price will go up, you should have locked in your profits at a reasonable time, but the market may become confused and cause a major crash. It's like a great depression. 

Or, even if you're dating a cute girl, you might still be unsatisfied and keep looking up, which could lead to you letting go of the woman who actually became your girlfriend, only to discover sadly that that was the ceiling.

I loved you! The girl of my dreams was a blue bird! How sad, isn't it? Surprisingly, even with stock investments, you may be able to earn a larger amount of money by locking in profits at a certain stock price and investing in new stocks.

If you are extremely talented, many boss characters will try to embrace you. Then you will be able to wear blonde hair or revealing clothes that are out of place in the TPO. In other words, be humble and don't be overconfident in anything.

In that sense, "Be confident" and "Know the time, place and occasion" are polar opposites in terms of humility. In other words, I believe that humility is more valuable than being confident and going all out. However, please note that these are just my personal values. Well then.

Hello. This is Destiny Inishie as Tenmei. I have been calling myself Tenpu until now, but I have decided to borrow Tenmei again. The details of the matter are introduced by Seito Medical School. 

The reason why I chose Tenmei is because there was a great man from the past named Nakamura Tenpu, and I took Tenpu from him, and on this site I called myself Tenpu for a short period of time. 

By the way, Seito Medical School is run by Nada, and it can be said to have a special reading that feels like tears. Even though it's called Nada, it's called Namida Sou Sou.

 I intend to keep Seito Medical School, but I don't mind giving Seito Medical School to someone close to me. That's why I would like to continue my activities with Tenmei, which I took from Nakamura "Ten"fu's "Opening up the destiny "life"".

I feel like you had to pay it back depending on how gambling-like or public it was. I'm not sure, so I'll look into it thoroughly and report it in a one-week report or report. 

In addition to bankruptcy, there is also a system called welfare, and if you cannot work or have no one to support you, it can be said that it is the right of the people to receive this system. Of course, you also need to show an attitude that you have an obligation to work in return.

This time, I'd like to talk about my nickname. I call myself Tenpu on Seito Medical School's sister site, Seito Medical School. I started calling myself Tenpu around this time, but I borrowed my nickname from Nakamura Tenpu. 

I'm currently reading Nakamura Tenpu's book "Opening up Destiny," and instead of Tenpu, I'm trying to change my nickname to Tenmei, taking the "destiny" life from this book. 

When a human is alive, the first kanji is "life," but I wonder if there is a kanji with a similar meaning. Then, this fate life also has life in the sense of living, so it can be said to have the same meaning. 

Furthermore, going one step further, the heart also represents being alive. Here, I would like to go in the middle. In other words, I will take the second life and name it Tenmei. In the flow of Tensei → Tenmei → Tenshin, I will borrow Tenmei, which is the middle one. 

There is a proverb about this Tenmei that says "do your best and wait for Tenmei," so I would like to use it whenever I have the chance as my favorite phrase. Do your best and wait for heaven. Isn't that good? It suits me. 

I was looking for other good kanji for Tenmei (Heaven's Destiny), and I found Tenmei (Heaven's Destiny). It was "Tenmei no Seidou" (Heaven's Destiny) from the game Puzzle and Dragons. 

So, while I was reading "Unfolding Destiny", I came across the following sentence. 

"Yoga is a slang word that means to connect. In yoga training, it means control. In yoga philosophy, it means the union of the universe and humans. To that end, yoga is practiced in eight stages." 

In a sense, this nickname Tenmei may be the union of the universe and me. It also said, "Life is something that connects the heart and life." It gives me goosebumps. 

At Seito Medical School, I call myself Nada (Tears), but at Seito Medical School, I would like to call myself Tenmei (Heaven's Destiny). It may take a while for first-time visitors to realize that I am the same person who writes the blogs on both sites. 

However, the destiny and the tears are the same person, and I am myself. That's why I want to place emphasis on "doing my best and waiting for the destiny". Do your best and believe in the power of heaven. That's good. 

"What is easily gained is easily lost." 

I also want to work hard and become a master of blogging. It means that trying to make money easily is not really good for you. A similar policy of mine is "If you are greedy, you will only get a little." 

Furthermore, Nakamura Tenpu always says to be positive, in terms of being positive or negative. In other words, being positive is "be kind" and being negative is "don't be evil." This "be kind" is also one of my two major policies, and it goes together with "If you are greedy, you will only get a little." 

It means that the positive statement of being kind is better than the negative statement of not being evil. I've realized the importance of having confidence lately. I'm thinking of adding a new one to my policy. "Be confident." That's pretty good, isn't it? 

All first-class people have confidence in themselves. I can say that it is important for me to have confidence in myself too. I say that I am average whenever I have the chance. If you measure the average by yourself, (ability/1 person), then any ability will be average. 

However, as readers of my blog may have noticed, I may be quite talented. I can say that I am at a stage where I will stop calling myself average and start thinking of myself as talented. 

"Have confidence." I can't help but tighten my hands. 

Now, let's all move on to the next stage. Let's try different methods instead of the same ones. As you try more and more, your abilities will improve and you will become more skilled.

This is the first theme. It's about my blog. Have a game-like experience with the blog. Seito Medical School is a site that promotes medicine, but I would like to be able to do medical research with readers. 

I'm planning to buy used medical books on Mercari soon, so it would be nice if there was someone who would join me in research after that. It would be nice to post the results of medical research. 

The next theme is about the relationship between Seito Medical School and Seito Medical School. Rewrite articles written at Seito Medical School at Seito Medical School. Rewrite articles written at Medical School at Medical School. 

There is a way to practice programming called pair programming. It is a method in which two programmers practice programming at the same time, with one writing a program and the other giving advice on it. 

This allows for the creation of high-quality, easy-to-read programs. It's like a rally between the Shijuku and the Ijuku. 

Next theme. This site is currently creating articles with reports, one-week reports, and rewrites. The reports were about writing about what I noticed and learned during the day, but from now on I would like to post the results of my research.

For the one-week report, I would like to place emphasis on learning and write it in a position that goes beyond a university report and is closer to a researcher's paper. It's somewhere between a university report and a researcher's paper. 

So it includes my opinions and new discoveries. I would like to use the rewrite as a bridge between the report and the one-week report. It would be good if I could create articles with rewrites when I don't have any material. 

Next theme. I came up with a sorting method called average sorting. I will post an explanation of how to sort on Seito Shijuku. Average sorting is done by finding the average value from the first column and dividing it into left and right depending on whether it is greater than that. 

From these divisions, we further find the average and divide the numbers on the left side into small and large. We do the same for the right side and divide them into small and large. 

This creates four groups. We then find the average for each of the four groups, and then find the average so that we have eight groups and divide them into small and large. By repeating this process, we thought it might be possible to arrange the numbers in order.

 It would be great if we could actually explain this at Shijuku using numerical examples.
