Q.What do you think about living a long life? A.Whether you want to live a long time depends on the person, but I want to live a long life, so I am pursuing research as part of that effort.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. I would like to talk about the topic "What do you think about living a very long life?"

I think it takes a long time of hard work to live a very long life. Even if the oldest person alive today were to reach 120 years old, I don't think they would reach that age. You can find out the current oldest person by looking in the Guinness Book of World Records, but I think people today would die of old age by the time they reach 120 years old.

Perhaps the organs in the body would rot, which would be fatal. I think that as we get older, we get wrinkles, we shrink, and various other "causes of death" occur. Even if aging is caused by oxidation or glycation, we would not believe that we could extend our lifespan by being that careful.

If oxidation and glycation are suppressed, cells will be activated and people will live longer, but that is just one aspect of it. Recently, when I read online news, I often see news that says that wild animals do not age.

This means that wild birds and butterflies do not live long enough to live out their lifespan, and of course, if you look at pet dogs and cats, the slow aging decline that occurs with long-term captivity is common.

It's not that wild animals don't age, but rather that wild dogs and cats cannot live for 15 or 20 years, and therefore cannot live long enough for their internal organs to rot. In the first place, even a minor illness or tooth decay can be a life-or-death blow to wild animals.

We humans, dogs, and cats can see a doctor and receive appropriate medicine and surgery, so we rarely die from minor illnesses. The difference between wild animals and humans is probably whether they live in a protected environment or not.

This alone is the difference between many wild animals who die within a year and humans who can live up to nearly 120 years. Following this logic, if humans want to live to be 200, 300 or even 500 years old, they need something other than a protected environment.

It could be a therapeutic environment that cures any disease, or a special way of taking in nutrients, or a method of maintaining bones and muscles. I believe that for human aging, antioxidants such as vitamin C and a special way of taking in carbohydrates, which are sugars, are important at the skin and cellular levels.

Of course, if we think about the fact that we get shorter as we age, that is, our bones get shorter, we worry about calcium deficiency. Or, there may be more advanced reasons why people get shorter.

Even if we could live a long life, if we were bedridden or looked horrible, we might not choose to continue living. If we could live a long life but not have any romantic relationships, we might wonder if we really need to live a long life.

I think it's not bad to live a long life if you have hobbies and things to enjoy other than love. However, if your life is too long, you may get bored of something, such as being bored with being alive. When it comes to getting nutrients, I think a baby's diet can provide a hint.

As the name suggests, babies grow by drinking milk if they are mammals. At least we humans can survive on milk alone when we are babies. Milk is said to be a complete nutritional food, and it contains a wide variety of nutrients.

For example, the carton of milk I am holding in my hand right now contains the following information (per 200ml glass): energy 140kcal, carbohydrates 9.5g, protein 6.8g, salt equivalent 0.2g, fat 8.3g, and calcium 230mg.

At the very least, we can say that we need this amount of nutrients to survive. An interesting thing to do would be to look at the daily nutrient requirements of an adult and find out how many ml of milk you would need to drink to survive on milk alone.

Is it possible for an adult to live on milk alone? It sounds like an interesting endeavor.

So I've been writing about this for a long time, but when it comes to living a long life, I think if a person wants to live a long life, they should make an effort to do so. Try various things, come up with your own theory, and put it into practice.

The outcome is whether or not we can exceed our maximum lifespan, but whether or not we can find value in it. I would like to establish my own anti-aging theory based on the ideas I have written so far. I would like to disclose the results of my research on this blog.

It's almost 7am and time for everyone to wake up. I'm a night owl and I work late at night, so it might be interesting to think about whether being a morning person or a night owl will help me live longer.

That's it for Hotaru no Hikari. My blog may contain a lot of information, but I think there is still a lot of space to fill in between the lines. My sentences are too concise, so I think it would be fine to make them a bit more verbose.

The New Year is over and a new year is beginning, but I hope you will continue to support us.

Q.Which do you think about more often, the future or the past? A. Definitely the future! If you had to give priority to appetite or appearance, which would you choose?

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. This time, the theme is "Which do you think about more: the future or the past?"

First of all, I have amnesia. I'm not kidding. When I'm engrossed in my hobby research, I forget if I had eaten a meal an hour ago. I don't care about the past, I only look to the present and the future.

Now, I would like to tell you a little story. Which do you prioritize: satisfying your appetite or maintaining your appearance? For example, let's say you are in an environment where you can eat as much delicious steak or sushi as you want. Let's say you love that kind of food and can eat as much as you want.

But sadly, the more people eat to satisfy their appetite, the fatter they become. There are often overweight people overseas, and this is the result of them choosing to satisfy their appetite rather than maintain their appearance.

Here, I would like to think about the nature of appetite and beauty. Appetite is temporary, and no matter how delicious something is, you will hardly remember it the next day. Of course, there are some flavors that bring back memories, like the French food served at someone's wedding. The taste of your mother's cooking is also like that.

On the other hand, maintaining your appearance has the advantage of lasting for a long time. If you start paying attention to your appearance, you can maintain your beauty for 5 to 10 years. Appetite is temporary and therefore stimulating. If you eat delicious food, you will not feel the need to worry about your weight.

However, physical beauty is a gradual stimulus that lasts for a long time, and is sustained by human relationships. In economics, this concept is called flow and stock. Appetite is a flow, a temporary desire, whereas physical beauty is a stock that can be accumulated.

Surprisingly, if your lifestyle is bad, you may be able to look younger with just a little effort. On the other hand, your appetite may increase, but it will not decrease because you are prioritizing temporary pleasure. This is also the reason why the standard of living rises.

Going back to the first topic, if I had to choose between being future-oriented or past-oriented, I would say I'm future-oriented. I would say that things that build up and keep getting younger, like physical beauty, are more important than things that don't remain in your memory once they're over, like appetite.

In that sense, this blog says "study study," because the more you study, the more knowledge you accumulate. Future-oriented means accumulating what can be accumulated from the past to the present, and planning your life in a way that allows you to reap the benefits from that in the future.

Here's a little bit of trivia. Some people find that eating the foods they like makes them gain weight. For these people, the advice is to save the last bite. Saving the last bite may give you the feeling that your meal is over and that your appetite has been satisfied before you've finished the whole meal.

Some may argue that for a gourmet, the last bite is the best, but that bite is the deciding factor between being able to eat what you like and still maintain your figure, and becoming overweight or overweight.

The last bite is important. Disposing of food waste may be a hassle, but it's one way to maintain your appetite and your appearance. The last bite. See you later.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230104 Before you study, let's have a strategy meeting with me! I have written my strategy in this article.

This rewrite represents my determination to take on the challenge of blogging.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. This rewrite is about how boldly I, who stayed up all night, can tackle the high ground of a blog.

It's now 11:30am and almost lunchtime. What should I have for lunch? I'll dash to the convenience store after I finish writing this article. I sincerely hope that this medical school rewrite will unleash my potential.

Well, in the original story, I'm talking about taking on number theory or quantum mechanics. No, that's fine. I'm motivated. But the point is, it's easier said than done.

I am eager to tackle the medical field, so I would like to boldly tackle number theory and quantum mechanics and deepen my research in medicine, mathematics, and physics. One thing I would like to try is changing the order in which I read textbooks.

I am promoting a new pattern of reading: read the first chapter, the table of contents, and the last chapter, then read the last chapter, then the sixth chapter, the fifth chapter, the fourth chapter, and so on, all the way to the first chapter. Writing a blog also requires knowledge. There are many ways to acquire knowledge, but the most cost-effective way is to read a textbook.

Of course, reading Wiki and the like can also be considered meaningful in terms of reading.

First, let's have a strategy meeting before we start reading. As I said before, we'll read the first chapter, then the last chapter in reverse order, back to the first chapter, so that's fine for now.

There may be things you don't understand during the process. What is this terminology? I don't understand this theory even after reading the explanation. You can take out an introductory book and look up each point before you start, but I think I would rely on Wikipedia.

First of all, whether it's a textbook on number theory or physics, I think it's a good idea to get a rough idea of the subject from Wikipedia. Of course, the main thing is the textbook, but it's also good to use Wiki or an introductory book as a sub.

I think you can learn a lot just by doing this. Output what you learn in a blog and keep a good memory and record.

Medical School Rewrite! 20230101 If you devote three hours a day to effort, what will happen in a dozen years?

For those of you who don't want to spend every day lazing around.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. I would like to start by telling you a story from my life. Allocate three hours a day to hard work. From my perspective, this is something I can confidently say I have continued to do for the past ten years.

Yes. I studied three hours a day for over ten years. In my case, I studied, but what I was able to do after ten years was that I immediately became able to write sentences.

I've been blogging for less than a year now, but thanks to the learning I've done under the guise of studying, I've come to understand the important points of anything I do.

As with anything, there is a trick to winning. In human relationships, there is a theory in any sport that you should be proactive in talking to others. What I have been learning under the guise of studying has allowed me to accurately grasp how to make something go well when starting something new.

Recently, I have been trying to study medicine, and I think about whether we use medical knowledge when we think about what nutrients we need. There are all kinds of recipes for carbohydrates, proteins, dietary fiber, vitamins, etc., but basically, we live on nutrients such as carbohydrates that can be broken down into smaller molecules.

If you've ever lived alone, you'll understand that a man like me who lives alone doesn't bother to cook for himself, and instead makes simple meals with pre-made bento boxes. One day, and this was recently, I thought to myself, "Isn't it okay if I don't eat meat, fish, or vegetables properly, as long as I'm getting the nutrients I need?"

Thinking about food from a medical perspective in terms of nutrients makes you think that if it's cheap and helps you maintain a healthy body, it might be okay to eat things that are closer to molecules than bento boxes, or rather, that such simple meals might be better for your health.

Even if you're living alone and can't cook, it's fine to eat bento every meal, but that bento itself doesn't necessarily guarantee your health. Even if you think it's okay to eat a bento with lots of vegetables, wouldn't it be enough to drink liquid vegetable juice? And wouldn't liquid juice be less taxing on your stomach?

If you study for three hours a day, every day, you will be able to write sentences like the one above easily and will also be able to look at food from a different perspective than usual.

I began to think that if I prioritized medicine, I could survive on a diet of only frozen broad beans, which contain plant-based protein (about 120 yen at convenience stores), and fruits rich in vitamins (frozen bags cost about 200 yen), with the added security of vegetable juice.

The idea is that a light, plant-based diet is better for your body than heavy, fatty meat dishes. Some people may be resistant to the idea of studying, but if you think of it as a way to gain new insights, there won't be many people who are opposed to it.

Are the habits we take for granted and that we learn from our parents and teachers really correct? If we realize this, we will realize that our current habits are not the best, and that there is a higher level to improve.

Our habits are a collection of long-standing knowledge that has been established by our predecessors. However, this knowledge is not the best and there is nothing that can be improved upon, but rather it is the second best at the moment. Such knowledge can be improved with some ingenuity.

Times change, and so do the people who live with them. Our habits are based on knowledge from decades ago, and we face the challenge of whether that knowledge is fitting well into the current environment.

I've been studying for a long time, and I thought that maybe I don't get much stimulation from new knowledge, but I was inspired by a book I bought just a few days ago. It's not just me who is making progress, but the whole world around me is also moving forward little by little.

So, this time, I learned that studying this changes the way you see the world, and that as long as you get your nutritional intake, humans can live healthily without eating packed lunches, but just vegetable juice and frozen beans and fruit.

I believe that society is more stable when it has diversity and a variety of ways of thinking. I, too, make sure to study three hours a day in order to generate new ideas.

It's almost time for the firefly light. In order to not get left behind by the flow of society and to lead it forward, we need to learn a little bit every day. For me, that's three hours a day.

This varies from person to person, so it doesn't matter if you're studying for a qualification or doing a sport as a hobby. If you have time to put in effort, you can make progress. To do this, make effort a habit. The fact that the habit of effort makes people win will continue to be the case, even as times change.

That's all. Thank you very much. This was the medical school rewrite. Happy New Year.

Q. How can I create a comfortable space for reading and writing? A. Put things you need within reach and use storage cases often to keep your room tidy.

Hello. This is Inishie Destiny from Seito Medical School. The theme this time is "How do you create the perfect space for reading and writing?"

I want to create a space where I can reach out and get anything I need. I think it's great for people who can read or write in their rooms and stay focused for a long time. If you can focus on one thing in a single task, there's no problem as long as the things you prepared at the beginning are around you.

However, some people are not good at single-tasking and are good at multitasking. That's exactly what I'm like, my mind wanders from one place to another. In that case, I'll pick up another book, stop reading and start blogging, write notes, or do this and that.

However, apart from people who are truly single-tasking and don't stop until they finish something once they've decided to do it, I think that multitasking and always working on the thing that interests you the most is much more productive.

Since I'm working on the thing I'm most interested in at the time, my concentration is probably at its maximum. I don't try my hand at other things for 10 or 20 minutes just because I'm trying my hand at a lot of things. I try to do something else after an hour or two, but I can say that I'm concentrating at my maximum for those hours.

There is time between tasks, that is, there is rest time, but I don't take breaks. Maybe that's why I get worn out after 3 or 4 hours. If I'm doing research on my hobby, after about 9 hours of total concentration, I don't have any motivation left in my body.

I can't say for sure which is better, single-tasking or multitasking, but I think I might be able to multitask for a little longer overall if I take a break between tasks. This is a challenge for me, so I'll think about it carefully.

Now, to the main topic, the best space for reading or writing is a quiet space without noise, where you can get what you need right away. To do that, your room needs to be tidy. It's a waste of time to search for what you need every time.

My room tends to get quite messy, but I have some tips to keep it tidy. First, the kotatsu table is in the center of the room. I work on a storage case that is half the height and half the width of the kotatsu table, that is, about a quarter of the size of the kotatsu table.

In my case, I put everything on the kotatsu table, so clutter spreads from there to the whole room. Therefore, by putting things on a small storage case instead of the kotatsu table, the amount of things I can put on it is limited, and it doesn't get cluttered.

Furthermore, when my room is messy, it's mostly because of books I'm reading. So by putting the books in a storage case, I can keep the books from getting scattered, and ultimately keep my room tidy.

In other words, what I need in my room is a storage case with a ceiling large enough to study in, and a storage case to put books in. In the end, people who have tidy rooms tend to use a lot of storage cases, whether they do it consciously or not.

I would like to use storage cases wisely to create a productive workspace that is not cluttered. I encourage you to give it a try too. Most of the time, clutter is caused by one thing. For me, it's books, and for women, it might be clothes. By storing that, you can keep your room clean.

That's all for now. Well then.

Medical School Rewrite!! 20231227 Three major policies: ① Be kind ② If you are greedy, you will only get a little ③ Understand TPO

Yes. This is the inishie komachi of Seito Medical School. Today, I will be rewriting the medical school policy.

My two biggest policies up until now have been ①Be kind and ②If you are greedy, you will only get a little. Recently, I wanted to make "Be confident" my policy, but I thought that ③Be aware of the time, place and occasion would be more appropriate.

That's the end of the story, but let me give you an example. For example, if you are kind, you have the kindness to lend a hand when someone is in trouble. If you decide to lend a hand to one person every day, you will see the situation around you in a different light.

You will always be thinking about whether someone is in trouble, and you will gradually become better at being considerate. If being kind is a positive position, there is also a negative position of not being evil.

However, if you compare a person's goal of absolutely getting 80 points or more with their goal of getting 120 points, in most cases the person who first aims for the peak of 120 points will likely get a higher score than someone who sets a goal of 80 points, which is lower than 120 points, regardless of whether they actually achieve 120 points.

People are drawn to their goals. Low goals make people lazy, but high goals often motivate people. Of course, goals that are too high and impossible to achieve are out of the question, but it can be said that goals that are a bit above what people can achieve are best for people.

In that sense, going one step further and telling someone to be kind rather than being evil will bring about better results for the other person. Next, the saying goes that if you are greedy, you will only get a little, and this is true for gambling and anything else, so if you are lucky enough to win a certain amount, it is important to lock in your profits and not aim for more.

Even if you don't call it gambling, if you buy stocks and get greedy and think that the price will go up, you should have locked in your profits at a reasonable time, but the market may become confused and cause a major crash. It's like a great depression.

Or, even if you're dating a cute girl, you might still be unsatisfied and keep looking up, which could lead to you letting go of the woman who actually became your girlfriend, only to discover sadly that that was the ceiling.

I loved you! The girl of my dreams was a blue bird! How sad, isn't it? Surprisingly, even with stock investments, you may be able to earn a larger amount of money by locking in profits at a certain stock price and investing in new stocks.

When investing, it is necessary to cut losses and lock in losses, but it is equally important to decide when to lock in profits.

And lastly, it's not "have confidence" but "know the time, place and occasion". You can see the importance of having confidence by watching top people. Since he is a winning stag beetle based on the premise that he will definitely win, he is in a positive spiral where victory brings more victory.

Such people climb ever higher and increase the value of their existence. On the other hand, ordinary people win and lose and don't even know why they are the way they are.

In fact, there is a strategy, or trick, to win any game, and you need to learn it to win. Most people don't realize the importance of this, and act on their whims at the time, which means there are times when things go well and times when they don't.

In other words, you need reproducibility, and especially reproducibility to win. People who are good at games or anything analyze the tricks and make them their own. In other words, being confident comes from having the reproducibility to win no matter how many times you play the same game.

However, I would like to give the last policy as "knowing the time, place, and occasion". The reason is that knowing the time, place, and occasion is similar to being humble. Dress and act in a way that is appropriate for the situation. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

If you are the boss in the organization and make the rules, you don't need to worry about time, place, and occasion. If the team members feel comfortable in the organization, they will be active as members for a long time.

However, if you are not in a position to make rules and are a newcomer, and you do not follow the rules, you cannot be said to be aware of the time, place, and occasion. Of course, if you have competed in other organizations and have the ability to make rules, you can ask your boss to let you participate in making rules.

In other words, in any organization or group, there is a leader who makes the rules. Knowing the time, place, and occasion means that those who are not in such a position follow the rules and follow the customs of the place.

If you are extremely talented, many boss characters will try to embrace you. Then you will be able to wear blonde hair or revealing clothes that are out of place in the TPO. In other words, be humble and don't be overconfident in anything.

In that sense, "Be confident" and "Know the time, place and occasion" are polar opposites in terms of humility. In other words, I believe that humility is more valuable than being confident and going all out. However, please note that these are just my personal values. Well then.

Medical School Rewrite!! 20231227 Is a safety net necessary? We live a tightrope life! Change your name to destiny! ?

Hello. This is Destiny Inishie as Tenmei. I have been calling myself Tenpu until now, but I have decided to borrow Tenmei again. The details of the matter are introduced by Seito Medical School.

The reason why I chose Tenmei is because there was a great man from the past named Nakamura Tenpu, and I took Tenpu from him, and on this site I called myself Tenpu for a short period of time.

By the way, Seito Medical School is run by Nada, and it can be said to have a special reading that feels like tears. Even though it's called Nada, it's called Namida Sou Sou.

I intend to keep Seito Medical School, but I don't mind giving Seito Medical School to someone close to me. That's why I would like to continue my activities with Tenmei, which I took from Nakamura "Ten"fu's "Opening up the destiny "life"".

I may change my name a little from Tenmei. Seito Medical School may also have a connection with the feeling of Akira, so I may change my nickname to something like Namida Akira or Akira Akira. By the way, Tenmei and Nada are the same person. I appreciate your understanding.

Now, on to the main topic. Is a safety net important? There are various forms of safety nets, such as bankruptcy and welfare. As for bankruptcy, as I recall, there were debts that could be bankrupted and debts that could not be bankrupted.

I feel like you had to pay it back depending on how gambling-like or public it was. I'm not sure, so I'll look into it thoroughly and report it in a one-week report or report.

In addition to bankruptcy, there is also a system called welfare, and if you cannot work or have no one to support you, it can be said that it is the right of the people to receive this system. Of course, you also need to show an attitude that you have an obligation to work in return.

However, since you are receiving people's taxes, your morals are questioned, and I think it is best to rely on it after struggling desperately to collect the money. Bankruptcy is probably valid if you start a business or lose a lawsuit.

In Japan, I think you could only file bankruptcy once. I think you couldn't issue credit cards for several years. I hope I can look into this area carefully and post it on this blog.

I don't know about the rest of the world, but I don't think Japan is a country where people starve to death because they are short of money.

Of course, there are people who need semi-permanent support that makes them unable to work even if they say they are in financial trouble, and there are also people who want a preparation period before working, such as temporary bankruptcy.

For such people, I recommend that you consult with the national or local government first, rather than choosing death. What I want to say most in this article is to consult with a professional first. Everything.

Even if you work for a company, it goes without saying that reporting, communication, and consultation are important. First, find a place to consult. Contact your nearest city hall.

I'm sure that many places to consult will give you kind advice. Take that advice into consideration and proceed with things. It may be a series of things you are not used to, but once you have settled on one point, you will feel relieved. You will feel saved.

That's why I'm Hotaru no Hikari.

I know that each person has their own circumstances. However, there are times when it is too much for a person to just take on the responsibility of their own.

The quickest solution is to consult with a professional to share the burden. They are dealing with issues similar to your case on a daily basis.

I think you will find the best solution right away, so don't think that your situation is unique, but feel free to consult with the office, as if you are grasping at straws.

I'm sure there are many people who, in hindsight, realize that it wasn't such a big deal after all. Bankruptcy and welfare may seem extreme to the average person, but there is a lot of support available, such as advice about children and moving.

Please make use of it. By the way, I'm not an insider. Bye.

When making a proposal to your boss, take his or her opinion into account! Your opinions and positions become more important. 230111
