What I'm thinking of is staying up all night (1-2 hour nap) on the first day, sleeping 8 hours on the second day, staying up all night on the third day, sleeping 8 hours on the fourth day, and so on, alternating between night and day shifts. I feel it would be a good idea to include this. I think it's enough to work 12 hours a day, but if you aim for exactly 12 hours, you'll lose motivation before the 12 hours are up.
