Result or Process? Become a man who can get viewership ratings. It is good to have a result first and a process next. by Nada 20231114

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This year's theme is "Process or Results." I think this is similar to the theme of genetics versus environment in biology. Process means the path to the result. It hurts when I pull out my nose hair with tweezers. The result is the score after the process. It was definitely better to cut it with nose hair scissors than to pull it out with tweezers. 120 points! !

・There is a well-known stereotype that Japan emphasizes the process, while Western countries emphasize the result .

・A man who has never

made any effort since he was a boy. ・I desperately started studying, which I had never done before.

・It was the moment when I realized the importance of the process of effort.

・The result comes first, and the process All you need

is a numerical result.

I am obligated to study for three hours a day so that I do not slack off in my efforts. If you study 3 hours a day for a year, you will have a total of 1000 hours, which is enough to pass a decent qualification exam.

Now, the theme here is whether you would evaluate yourself if you failed this qualification exam. If you are evaluating something, you are focusing on the process. I wanted to get a doctorate in trains, but ended up getting a doctorate in dogs. Have a drink here. Wi. Even though I failed the exam, it is true that I studied and gained knowledge, so I can say that my level is much higher than if I didn't study for the exam. If you place emphasis on the process, this kind of experience value will also be included in your evaluation.

On the other hand, if you focus on results, you only look at the fact that you failed the test. In the end, I decided that there was no point in studying for a year if I couldn't pass the exam I was aiming for. Especially if it's a job that you can't get without a qualification. I will be studying for another year. Ugh! ! I failed. It will be a lifelong shame to have to sit at desks in the same classroom as my juniors.

There has long been a well-known stereotype that Japan emphasizes the process and the West emphasizes the result. Personally, I have a premise of results first, and then evaluate what I did as a process. That means prioritizing results.

The owner of this blog was a man who never made any effort since he was a boy. More than anything, he now understands that in order to live advantageously in life, it is important to have the ability to build up through effort. However, from a certain point on, he began desperately trying to do something he had never done before. It all started when I saw the drama Dragon Zakura, but at the time, I mistakenly thought that if I studied hard enough, I would be able to go to the University of Tokyo.

Fortunately, I was not able to get into the University of Tokyo, but I continued to study hard even after entering university, and as I mentioned earlier, I was able to get into the habit of studying for three hours a day. I was able to successfully graduate from university, and that was the moment when the blog owner realized for the first time the greatness of his efforts. I remember being excited, thinking that if things could change so much after those few years of study, what would happen if I continued studying even after I became an adult?

It is better if there is a result first and a process as well, which means that the result is the most important thing above all else. There must have been multiple paths to reach that result. Since I am writing this article, I am blogging. There are currently about 100 articles, so it means that I have completed a certain number of articles in the process. However, the result is an increase in the number of viewers who view our blog, and after the result of viewers comes the process of 100 articles. In my previous life, four generations ago, my blog posting stalled around the 100th post. Don't be prejudicial to me.

I never say that the numbers are everything. Numbers are important, but it can also be said that the means used to obtain the numbers, in other words, whether the law is being followed and whether there is anything that makes someone feel uncomfortable, is also important. I think that's the conclusion. What do you think, guys. See you soon.

Knowledge comes to those who are willing to give it to them. Become a center where knowledge and people gather. by Nada 20231112

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time, it's about output. What comes to mind when you think of output? If you're an artist, it's your work, and if you're a company employee, it's the creation of materials. I am also working on the output called blogging, and this output is about information and knowledge.

When recommending output such as a report to students who do nothing but input, there is no productivity in just reading the materials. It may sound harsh, but they are no different from kindergarten or elementary school students. In order to be considered THE/university student, it is necessary to regularly submit output in the form of reports and papers.

However, you are probably already aware that output is not a simple thing that can be eaten in one bite. There are generally three types of output. First, it is an output for memorizing it myself. Memory matters. Next is the output to convey to others. For example, a professor talks about poo to a student. And finally, it is an output to communicate new discoveries that have never been made before. This applies to articles that report research achievements.

Now, most people will focus on the first output for memorization. Miraculously, some of the output data will be put to practical use. You can't ride a bicycle in Japan unless you have insurance.

On the other hand, this blog is about explaining what I, Nada, the blog owner, have learned in an easy-to-understand way, and where Nada, an amateur researcher, shows off his research results. It can be said that it is an intermediate blog of the second output.

In the past, output meant memorization. However, as computers became widespread and humans could no longer compete with memory, information via the Internet became less valuable and became a so-called commodity, like a ubiquitous anonymous piece of soap.

Until now, people were valued just because they knew information. A good example is the village elder. However, we are now in an era where information that everyone knows does not give us an advantage when competing with those around us. Recently, many people have come to know that stock prices will rise when financial conditions are eased, and it is no longer possible to differentiate from one another.

Therefore, know-how such as this blog that is only known to those in the know has come to be classified as knowledge rather than information. Of course, if this blog becomes famous, there is a possibility that much of the know-how posted on this blog will become a commodity and lose its value. Hurry now! ! That's what I mean.

Knowledge spreads day by day, becomes a commodity, and becomes information. On the other hand, new knowledge is being created one after another, and everyone is probably desperately inputting their input so as not to be left behind in the face of social changes. However, in the future, we will not only need to use this new information for ourselves, but also to spread it to those around us and use it as material for new innovations.

Some people with useful knowledge will always win. To achieve this, you will be at an advantage if you have a system that allows new knowledge to gather around you. New knowledge gathers where knowledge is exchanged. To do this, you also need to convey your useful knowledge to those around you as an output. If you continue to spread your knowledge without hesitation, a system will eventually be created in which new knowledge will be concentrated around you.

It may be important to be aware of this point. This story may also be useful for some people. That's what it is. I wish you good luck. See you soon.

Freedom and unfreedom, responsibility and irresponsibility, rights and obligations. Analyze these three elements along the axis of time, work, and money. by Nada 20231112

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time, I would like to use three types of paired words and explore their characteristics. Suppose there are three keywords: freedom and unfreedom, responsibility and irresponsibility, and rights and obligations. What kind of relationship do you think these three keywords have? Freedom, responsibility, and rights seem to be of high value to us. On the other hand, when I think of inconvenience, irresponsibility, and obligation, I feel narrow and oppressed. However, if we rearrange this based on the criteria of time, work, and money, we can make the following interesting classifications.

Free time means vacation. That is, time without work. We spend money during this time. On the other hand, when I say inconvenience, I mean my time is controlled. In other words, free time is time for work. We are making money during this time.

Next is responsibility and irresponsibility. Responsible time means public, work time. You have a lot of work responsibilities and spend company money on the job. Conversely, non-responsible time is time that is private and not working. Private time comes with personal responsibilities, but I have very few professional responsibilities other than being an employee of a company. When I was responsible, I spent the company's money, but when I was irresponsible, I spent my own personal money. In other words, whether you are responsible or not, from a certain point of view, both of you end up spending money.

Finally, it's about rights and obligations. You have the right to live even if you cannot work. Alternatively, you can receive government services, and if you are a shareholder, voting rights are also one of your rights. At this point, I think it's best to think of it as a right to receive services. Whether you earn or spend money is a case by case basis. On the other hand, I would like to imagine the obligations of citizens, such as the obligation to work and the obligation to pay taxes. I recommend that it is your duty as a citizen to work. Whether you spend or earn money is a case-by-case decision.

Up to this point, my values have been included to a great extent, and to some extent my biases have also been applied. These three elements, freedom and unfreedom, responsibility and irresponsibility, and rights and obligations, are likely to be seen as having a high value for people, that is, freedom, responsibility, and rights, but when viewed from the perspective of work. This shows that it is possible to classify them into inconvenience, responsibility, and obligation.

It might be interesting to dig a little deeper into this. In addition, the story so far includes a lot of my values, so it's possible that some people, for example, find high value in inconvenience, irresponsibility, and obligation. Up to here for this time. See you soon. (*I would like to express these relationships using mathematical formulas)

My business model is to create a platform that goes directly to a company's homepage. by Nada 20231111

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. I have always had the habit of thinking about new businesses, and the most successful business I've seen recently is SNS (Social Networking). In terms of its ability to attract customers, SNS has hundreds of millions of users, so I would like to explore other ways to make money without relying on advertising revenue. Of course, SNS is not a business that I started, so I would like to think about a new business model in my own way.

One of the things I think is that a platform that collects corporate HPs (homepages) is doing the right thing. On SNS, individuals and companies created their own accounts and used those accounts to direct users to their sites. In that sense, I was able to access the company's website, albeit indirectly.

The business model I would like to suggest is that we should create a platform that indirectly leads people to the homepage but directly to the company's homepage. In order for users to access a company's website, there needs to be some kind of incentive, or reward. For users, there is a certain benefit because they go out of their way to search and come to the website.

For example, I recently saw a news report that job hunters collect information from company websites. At that time, I think it would be convenient to have a job hunting support HP platform. Also, if it is a restaurant, if you present the QR code of the company's website at the time of checkout to get a coupon, users will be motivated to look at the website. Another option is to allow manufacturers to purchase products directly from HP at a lower price.

The recent trend is to consolidate everything on one platform, and this HP platform may be part of that trend. Of course, platform operators also need to take measures to make it easier to access corporate websites. However, this is a business that I just came up with, so there is still some room for improvement. My desire is to create a perfect model that people will have no choice but to buy. In that sense, the above proposal is still weak. I'll think about it a little more, so please consider it if you'd like. If you come up with a good idea, I won't complain if you use it without letting me know. I wish you good luck. See you soon.

Moderate stress produces good performance! ? There is a ceiling to the amount of effort, but there is no ceiling to the quality. by Nada 20231111

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This is a rewrite of Seito Shijuku on stress and performance. I think everyone has found themselves in stressful situations. I believe that some people who have taken early retirement and some people who are loved by many people are currently so relaxed that they can be said to have no stress at all.

I want to say I think that the cause of stress is mostly due to human relationships. Relationships between family members, relationships at school, and relationships at work. If you check these three relationships, 1 if you have stress, 0 if you don't have stress, 000 means heaven where human relationships are not bad at all, and 111 means hell where human relationships are the worst. It can be divided.

However, in 2019, when I was writing this original article, books that advocated the idea that ``moderate stress is related to good performance'' were selling well, and I wondered if I should be content with just the right amount of stress. I was feeling it. I don't know how the latest research deals with stress and performance, but it may be true that it is necessary to feel nervous about everything in order to correct yourself.

The tension is not the kind where you wonder when something bad will happen to you, but the kind of tension where even the slightest laxity will lead to defeat.

If you, the reader, are a student or office worker and are worried about next month's test or next season's performance, you can guess that your previous test or performance was poor. It's no wonder he's excited to try again this time to make up for his previous loss. However, just thinking about it is not enough; you can definitely predict that you will lose again this time based on the amount of study time and effort you put in last time. In other words, in order to win, you need to strengthen both the quantity and quality of your efforts.

People can grow by increasing the quantity and quality of their efforts, not just in studies or work. When I was a student, there were kids around me who didn't seem to have anything to do with studying, and because I was a kid myself, I secretly looked down on them a little bit. In other words, it means that I can study better. We attended the same school until middle school, and then went to different high schools after high school, but I was banished to the island and sent to a high school in a remote area. I'm making an excuse here, but when I was in junior high school, I had higher grades.

When I became an adult, I found out about his future career path through Facebook, and it seemed like he went to a certain prestigious university, and I realized that his impression of him had changed considerably from my impression of him when I was in elementary and junior high school. . That being said, I don't have any regrets, but I was wondering if I could have followed the same path as him.

Going back to the topic, big stress can destroy you, but it might be better to have some stress. Now that I think about it, I wrote in an article a few days ago that I have a habit of biting my nails, but I tend to bite my nails more when I'm fulfilling my research or blogging, and I find it hard to produce results through my research or blogging. This can be said to be because it is moderately stressful, and producing results itself is moderately stressful.

This is a long story, so I'll end it soon, but I think it's a good idea to use the PDCA cycle to improve the quality and quantity of your daily efforts. There are 24 hours in a day, so there is an upper limit to the amount of effort, but there is no upper limit to the quality of effort, which depends on your ingenuity. While maintaining a high level of effort, gradually improve the quality of effort. For this reason, you need a certain amount of stress and tension. I also want to continue to grow together with my readers. Some people say I have a lot of room to grow, so I want to maximize that room. Thank you very much for watching. Have a nice day tomorrow. See you soon.

(This assignment) There wasn't much humor in it, so I'd like to edit this article again and add more funny parts. I'll write it again next time.

Looking at distant scenery or looking at a computer from a distance improves your eyesight and aligns your eyes. by Nada 20231110

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time it may just be my imagination, so please try it yourself. You may have heard the old legend that seeing far away improves your eyesight. For example, people on the ground seen from the top of a skyscraper or a distant mountain seen from a window. I used to think that my poor eyesight was something I was born with. Therefore, the bad eyesight was alleviated by wearing glasses. However, it turns out that like IQ, vision is acquired, that is, it improves after birth. In fact, the aforementioned legend that visual acuity improves when you see far away means that visual acuity is changing independently of genes.

The main cause of poor eyesight is probably a lack of focus, but it can be said that focusing can be done by looking into the distance. However, if you simply look at mountains in the distance, it seems that there is no productivity other than improving your eyesight, so I think it would be a good idea to start by reading books.

Gradually move the distance from which you hold the book further away, and read the book closely so that you can see the letters in the distance. By concentrating on the text you are reading, your eyesight will gradually improve. Next, if you are using a computer or reading a newspaper, by looking at these objects from a distance with the naked eye, you will be able to focus on distant objects, and your eyesight will gradually improve.

It is likely that the position of the eyes will also move to a more regular position. As a side effect, your eyes may improve and you may become a handsome or beautiful woman. I also have astigmatism in only one eye, but the astigmatism may also be due to a problem with the position of the eye, and the lens may be out of focus because it is misaligned from its correct position. This is just my assumption, but it has been said for a long time that seeing far away improves your eyesight, and it would be a waste to treat that as a superstition. That's all for now. See you soon.

Are your past self and present self the same person? Deja vu is finding commonalities between your past self and your present self. by Nada 20231110

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. I have always felt a sense of déjà vu. In Japanese, it can be translated as déjà vu, but déjà vu is the feeling that you have seen the same scenery before, even though it is new to you. Or, even though it's your first time doing something, you can use it to say that you've had the same experience somewhere before. Perhaps you feel that way because there is a part of you that overlaps with an old memory that has sunk deep into your memory, and your intuition determines that you have already experienced it.

Even if I change my appearance or shape, there are many things that are essentially the same, and I come across similar scenery in many different places than I expected, so I can interpret this as feeling like déjà vu. It was written in some material that there seems to be a concept of treating your past self and your current self as different people. Also, I'll do my own research on this, but I think déjà vu is actually the opposite, finding commonalities between your past self and your present self. Of course, the further apart the past and present are in time, the more difficult it is to realize the same situation, so we can say that we are talking about time differences that allow us to identify with our past selves. Feeling déjà vu may be more likely to occur when the situation is characteristically the same, and when intuition is superior, that is, when intuition is superior to reason.

For the past few years, I've been experiencing a sense of deja vu wherever I go, and it's really just stopped for the past few months. The last two or three years have been a roller coaster of my life, and up until now I had been thinking and acting logically, but now I have learned to act as I see and feel intuitively. It has changed to When I lived with reason and logic, I was bound by common sense like other people, but when I lived intuitively, I felt like I was walking a tightrope on a bicycle, or walking along a precipice. However, when I act according to my intuition, I often end up reaching the ceiling. I'm also careful not to break the law just because I think intuitively, but I've realized that the easiest way to live is to rely on intuition and use reason as an aid. Of course, there are hurdles to overcome, and the key is how far you can believe in yourself. Furthermore, it will no longer be like living a so-called normal life.

However, if you want to be able to make good decisions that can be called lucky, try the Fast Chess Theory. When a chess player looks at the board, he can instantly predict the next move, but even after thinking about it for a long time, he can't seem to come up with a better move. First Penguin, First Chess. Everyone, please listen to the voice of your intuition. It should be safe for everyone to use intuition as an aid to reason. Have a nice day today. See you soon.
