Efficient management is possible by increasing the turnover rate of hospitals. by Nada 20230916

Hello. This is Nada.

Managing a hospital can be difficult. I've never run a hospital, but there's one thing I'm concerned about. Patients with long-term hospitalization and patients with short-term hospitalization are mixed together. Needless to say, patients hospitalized for long periods of time are seriously ill and require special care. It requires a lot of personnel and time, and you must be able to accompany them.

Therefore, efficient management becomes possible by treating short-term hospitalized patients and long-term hospitalized patients at specialized hospitals. It may not sound good, but by increasing the patient turnover rate like conveyor belt sushi, it is possible to efficiently discharge patients in a short period of time and with relatively little effort. On the other hand, by assigning specialized doctors and nurses to patients hospitalized for long periods of time, more specialized treatment is possible. As was the case with the coronavirus, it doesn't matter where you are hospitalized as long as you are moving within a familiar area. Even at a hospital far from where you live, you can expect accurate treatment in a short amount of time by seeing a specialist in the disease.

Specialized hospitals should have been established early on to prevent the coronavirus. If that were the case, there would not have been a burden on hospitals that do not specialize in the virus. This may be something to consider.
