Be the person who makes the rules! ? Many of my rules shape us!

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File.

This article is about creating rules. Speaking of rules, my rule to wake up at 5 a.m. and write two blog articles can also be considered a rule. I make a number of rules for myself.

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day because it contains caffeine, and I drink 1000ml of milk a day. The most important thing when creating a personal rule is that it is something that can be continued for a long time and is effective.

The accumulation of personal rules shapes a person's daily life. When we say we always eat the same food, we can say that we want to maintain a healthy status quo by following our own rules.

In other words, habits are a form of rules, and if they are truly effective, you may be able to see great results if you continue to follow them.

Speaking of rules, I've been struggling with introducing mathematical assumptions into something that I haven't been able to do lately. I view mathematics as a science of assumptions, and I believe that the more assumptions you make, the more the laws of mathematics will change.

Even if the formula is simple, by introducing innovative rules, you may find a very efficient calculation method.

I want to create new ways of thinking from elementary mathematics, the mathematics learned in elementary school and mathematics learned in junior high school. Of course, I would like to cover high school level mathematics and even university level mathematics as part of my knowledge, but if I want more people to understand the laws of numbers, I would like to study simple mathematics. I think more people will appreciate it.

I have always thought that the future of science is in jeopardy unless we make knowledge simple enough for the general public to understand, rather than having difficult subjects become the preserve of a few elite elites.

There are theories that only a handful of people understand and theories that are easy to understand that anyone can understand, and of course there is a difference in whether they are valid or not, but which theory is more popular because more people understand its value? There is no doubt that it is an easy theory that anyone can understand.

It seems that there are often difficult papers that even famous mathematicians, let alone ordinary people, who take on difficult mathematical problems throw away their papers, but no matter how difficult the paper is, there are only a few people in the world who will appreciate it. If so, then that paper is equivalent to abandoning its own value.

By creating simple rules and fleshing them out in a simple manner, theory can be widely applied and become the foundation for creating new values. I myself am involved in mathematics research and spend my days struggling to come up with groundbreaking assumptions.

There are many rules in society as well. Laws are the best example; the world is shaped by each and every rule. When rules are created within an organization, it can be said that the people who create the rules are in charge of the organization.

If rules don't fit together, it will create a contradiction, so as you add rules one by one, it becomes important to have a sense of balance with other rules.

As a personal rule for myself, I would like to wake up every morning at 5 a.m. and immediately write two articles. ``Be the person who makes the rules!'' There's no doubt about it.

If we're talking about mathematics, the results of changing the rules will immediately appear as calculation results. Find assumptions in mathematics. Throughout the thousands of years of mathematics history, many mathematicians have emphasized changing assumptions. However, there may not be that many mathematicians who have made the assumptions they want.

My future challenge is to acquire the ability to continuously generate new mathematical assumptions. Based on that, I would like to upload the research results to this blog. It may be a long and thorny road, but we will do our best to meet your expectations. that's all. See you soon.

Let's learn with the English version of Wikipedia! ! The problem with Japanese textbooks is that they are difficult to understand! ?

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File.

What does science mean to us? Is it an iron-clad castle that towers far into the sky, or is it a means to make society more prosperous and comfortable?

I think that if someone has been self-taught for a long time, there is a high possibility that they have experienced a blank period and a slump. If you come across a high wall that you cannot understand, you may take a temporary break or give up.

I want to say Trial and error is good when you're in a slump, but once you study a different field, that is, tackle a new subject, you'll be more likely to produce results than if you continue with the subject you're in a slump on.

Of course, after you've dabbled in other fields to some extent, it might be a good idea to tackle the original problem that caused you to fall into a slump. When you hit a wall during your long life of self-study, it may be better to simply look for another route instead of trying to break down the wall and get over it.

In my case, I have been working on university-level and graduate-level subjects these days, using university-level groups, rings, and fields as an introduction to mathematics content. When I started studying the introductory section, I had a vague feeling that it would take a lot of patience and time to understand these technical terms using only Japanese textbooks.

So, I bought other reference books and tried to do the calculations on my own without asking anyone. The result is a technical term called Lie algebra, but I was completely exhausted just looking up specific examples.

Then, I realized something. The question is, do you learn about difficult content on foreign language sites as well as on Japanese sites? In particular, since America is the home of learning, I felt that it would be more efficient to read materials in a foreign language. Of course, I don't want to lower the quality of Japanese textbooks.

However, I had a suspicion that Japanese researchers were rewriting textbooks written by overseas researchers in a way that was difficult to understand. Therefore, I compared the Japanese version of the wiki and the English version of the site. Below, quoting:

`` A group in mathematics is a group that has associativity and an identity element and an inverse element when a binary operation and its target set are viewed together. Groups are considered to be one of the fundamental algebraic structures , providing a basic framework for various constructions in mathematics and physics in general. Groups are themselves objects of study, and the field is called group theory . ” (wiki quote: Group (mathematics))

“In mathematics , a group is a set with an operation that satisfies the following constraints: the operation is associative and has an identity element , and every element of the set has an inverse element .” (wiki:group)

how is it. The Japanese quotation above and the English quotation below are not the same sentences, but they have very similar meanings, and those who understand basic English words can read the English sentences below from simple junior high school level English. You can see that it's done.

If you are reasonably confident in your English, try searching for "group mathematics wiki." When you read it, there are links to the technical terms in blue, so if you don't understand them, I recommend you to jump to the links.

Even if you don't understand something in a textbook that is famously known as a classic in Japan, if you look it up on the Japanese version of the wiki, it will be difficult to understand and the average person will run away after reading it for 10 seconds, but if you look it up on the English version of the wiki, you will find it difficult to understand. I think the quality is good because there are a lot of users, and there is a lot of information.

To be honest, I've heard that self-study can only get you to a certain level, and that you need a master to go beyond that.

If I had tried to continue studying and researching only in Japanese, I would have probably hit a wall at some point.

One way to avoid this situation is to make full use of English version wikis and calculation tools that are written in a universal language like English, and the day will come when you will be able to read difficult mathematical papers that I cannot easily complete. Probably.

I wish you good luck. See you soon.

Run a blog site and do business with companies! ? Prioritize experience until your 30s! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, we will talk about BtoB. If this blog site starts BtoB, I have very low expectations. "The Nabecchi site lacks spirit. You have to have the guts to write 1,000 practice swings every year in the dojo of blogging. If you want to write 1,000 articles a year, you have to read three posts a day. hey"

This blog will also be celebrating its 5th anniversary in 3 months. The number of valid articles on this blog is 348 articles. This article is the 349th article.

"No, Nabecchi. If I had written one article a day, I could have achieved 365 articles in a year long ago. Nabecchi doesn't like swinging the bat honestly, but I'm not sure how much If you increase the number, you'll have more to draw out.I'll imagine finding that machine in the drawer and having a rendezvous with it in the future.Just don't push yourself too hard and do your best!

Just five years ago, I just started this blog, and I was meditating on the BtoB (business-to-business) business, thinking that it would be great if I could entrust the management of this blog to the company I'm starting and be able to communicate with other companies I do business with. Ta. It's a very large-scale story, but my motto is that there is no word in my dictionary that says "Impossible", a quote from Napoleon.

It's been 5 years since then. what are you doing? What am I doing? Maybe you got a promotion at work and started talking about your family, saying you've added a new member to your family. I continue to pursue my dreams and continue to be a dream chaser. Furthermore, what about five years from now? Am I still chasing my dreams or am I settling down and starting to live a normal life?

To be honest, I may not have high expectations for this blog site. The dream of turning this blog into a corporation and communicating with other companies is one goal and only one goal. More than that, I want to gain various experiences and expand my abilities while I'm still young.

I haven't been working that hard these days. People in their 20s work 16 hours a day. He used to be an invincible person who worked seven days a week, but now he wants to work 12 hours a day and aims to work 12 hours with the intention of working 16 hours. By devoting all of their private time to work, they are trying to shift the privileges that come with being young to the experience that comes with being older.

For example, if you are a celebrity, you are often admired for your appearance when you are young. There will be various encounters. You can take full advantage of the privilege of being young and have many experiences. However, once you start to lose your youth, you need to fight based on your ability, which has nothing to do with your appearance. If you're an actor, even if you were popular based on your looks when you were young, you won't be able to survive unless you compete as a talented actor or play a special role when you get older.

Maybe you'll even get married. I'm not an actor or anything, but I think being an actor starts after you get married. By getting married, the fans who were hoping to catch up with her will probably disappear completely. What will you use as a weapon then? It probably requires being able to do the job, or having personal connections or special skills. For example, when it comes to actors, people who have used their youth as a weapon need to cultivate their skills in order to survive.

Our blog site also aims to differentiate itself from other blogs by providing special information that can only be found on my site when people search for this blog. In other words, it is the result of my studies, the results of my research, and the record of my actual experiences. I think it would be great if I could provide value to people who find this interesting.

I would like to pass on the chair I made to future generations, so although it's not a platinum ticket to the University of Tokyo, I think it would be great if I could sell the Aussie Crazy Ticket.

``Nabecchi's selling point is that he feels calm when you're around Nabecchi. Nabecchi has also acted as a leader at various gatherings, so he seems to understand very well that you shouldn't push the boiled food around. If you don't push yourself too hard and have a sense of stability, asking yourself, "Is this really the right price?", any organization will be invincible.

I think that if you have experienced the top and bottom, you usually don't need it. This is because experiencing the top and bottom levels will help you understand what an organization is.

You only live once. I want both extremes. By experiencing the top and bottom of society, you can live a life like a roller coaster off the normal rails. Of course, I want to be at the top when I get older, but experience is a treasure. Rather than living an ordinary life, I am aiming for the kind of humanity that allows me to tell tales of heroism that I will never tire of hearing even when I am old.

This blog has not yet achieved monetization. In that sense, I have been at the bottom of my blog for five years without making any money. Of course, even though it's been 5 years, the period in which I was fully operational was the first 3 months and the past year. In other words, you will only be working for a little over one year out of the five years.

Well, I'm sure you'll agree that I won't be able to reach 365 articles even after 5 years, but I can't wait to think about the next 5 years. In fact, it's already the end of April this year. We would like to make great progress with the goal of reaching around 600 articles in total.

It would be great if I could master my blog or web videos to the point where I could sell Jesus Crazy Tickets.

"Nabecchi. I'm starting to feel sleepy as I listen to the story. I recommend that you end the story at a good point. It would be a good idea to recall the story of the principal from Nabecchi's school days and end the sleep spell. Middle. Some of you must have noticed that Hanabecchi was talking about something very important. Nabecchi should just be satisfied with that."

With that in mind, I would like to conclude the discussion now. If I continue to develop my own site and spread the word overseas in foreign languages, I'm sure there will be companies that will look to me and B2B stories. Until then, I think it's best to think of it as just a basic exercise and continue to churn out articles.

Experience the top and the bottom. I feel that an extreme life that deviates from statistics is exciting and allows us to enjoy the suspenseful drama of a spy movie. Let's enjoy each day. There are things that you will discover if you try boldly. If you're in your 20s, you'll attack with the intention of dying for that goal.

When you're in your 30s, you'll probably see a different perspective than when you were in your 20s. Therefore, I think it would be a good idea to maintain a balance between attacking and defending without ever stopping attacking. I wish you all the best and good luck. See you soon.

This is a continuation of hyperhidrosis! ? Let's think about treatment methods for diabetic neuropathy and hyperhidrosis! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. From now on, I would like to start mass-producing articles by quoting wikis and internet articles, and leaving the wiki links as they are.

This article is a continuation of the previous article on hyperhidrosis, and I would like to consider treatment methods for hyperhidrosis based on diabetic neuropathy.

Ultimately, the most important point in this article is that hyperhidrosis, which is suspected to be caused by autonomic imbalance, may be caused by excessive sweating because the sympathetic nervous system is dominant.

Below is the previous article on hyperhidrosis.

<<Diabetic neuropathy: secondary disease, autonomic imbalance>>

Diabetic neuropathy involves problems with peripheral nerves throughout the body. Damage to the autonomic nervous system causes symptoms such as abnormal sweating. The cause is that sorbitol, which is converted from excessive glucose intake, accumulates in nerve cells, or that end products of glycation accumulate. Treatment drugs include aldose reductase inhibitors.

/* (Question 6) What is the relationship between foods containing a lot of sorbitol and diseases related to hyperhidrosis and autonomic imbalance? Find out about aldose reductase inhibitors . */

Aldose is a monosaccharide with a carbonyl group (aldehyde group) at the end of the carbon chain. The carbonyl group and structural formula are as follows.

What is a carbonyl group ? A carbonyl group is one of the substituents in organic chemistry , and is a divalent functional group expressed as -C(=O)-. Aldehydes , ketones , carboxylic acids , and It exists in esters , amides , and ketene derived from

/* Organic chemistry is the study of the manufacturing methods, structures, uses, and properties of organic substances. The term organic originally referred to substances obtained from living organisms, but in modern times it is no longer used to refer to substances obtained from living organisms. */

/* In a chemical structure, a substituent is a compound that is partially attached to a central parent compound. There is also a classification of functional groups, which represent the entire compound, and characteristic groups, which represent partial compounds. A functional group can be created by combining several characteristic groups. */

/* The carbonyl group in this article has a structural formula that includes the functional group -c(=o)-, which is one of the substituents, and the aldose mentioned at the beginning is this -c(=o)- It is a monosaccharide with a functional group called nitric acid at the end of its carbon chain. */

What is a structural formula? `` In the field of chemistry , a structural formula is a diagrammatic representation of the molecular structure of a compound determined by structural chemistry methods, and it is a diagram that represents the molecular structure of a compound as determined by structural chemistry methods . ” (Wiki quote )

// Add a clear explanation

" Sorbitol is a type of sugar alcohol obtained by reducing glucose and converting aldehyde groups to hydroxyl groups . It is also called sorbit or glucitol . It has a sweet taste and is used as a food additive . ” (Wiki quote)

/* Aldose is a "monosaccharide" with a carbonyl group at the end of the carbon chain, and sorbitol is a "sugar alcohol" obtained by converting an aldehyde group to a hydroxyl group. Is there any other relationship between aldose and sorbitol other than their relationship to sugar? */

/* Is it rational to use drugs that suppress aldose to suppress sorbitol, which is the cause of diabetic neuropathy? */

// Since it is a type of diabetes, aldose and sorbitol may be related in terms of controlling sugar levels.

(Point 3) The autonomic nervous system is divided into the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Let's live in the era of underachievement! ! 2 months since I started threading! ? The number of followers is over 6,700 as expected! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time we will talk about how to conquer SNS. "I heard that Nabe-kun started Threads around this time, but how is he doing? I don't think he's been inducted into the Hall of Fame or even on the blacklist in such a short period of time!? Long live the blacklist!!"

The number of followers on the thread has now exceeded 6,700 people, but I am wondering if it is okay to continue with the thread. If it were up to me, 6,700 followers would be a huge number, and I'm sure he's a good young man full of motivation and boldly aiming for goals and tries.

However, the blogs I currently run on Blogger are the English version of "Seitoushi International Seito Shijuku," the Spanish version of "seitoi international school spain," and the Japanese version of this blog on .com. Blogger has another site.

As I mentioned in a previous article, as with this blog and other blogs, you can freely copy and paste it for use as long as you include a link.

In addition to these four blog sites, I have a thread, and to be honest, even though I have 6,700 followers, I haven't had a single inflow in April, which is a miracle I'm demonstrating here.

That's strange. strange. It was a near-pin mistake that wasn't supposed to happen.

You can only follow up to 7,500 people on threads. In terms of my current situation, I am following 7,500 people and 6,700 of them have become followers. I'm wondering if it's okay to continue with this thread.

``The good thing about Nabe-kun is that he boldly follows everyone.I think it's great that he can follow strange people, who normal people would hesitate to follow, without any prejudice. Yo"

To be honest, all I want to do is drink miso soup in the morning and enjoy the social media era. To do this, you will first need to have the ability to make your own miso by even trying out the fantasy of making miso from soybeans.

``For a while, Nabe-kun's favorite dish was to eat miso soup with rice, but I would like to have a serving size that goes well with the spicy nature of miso soup.''

In the article before this article was rewritten, there was a story about coffee milk. The story is that coffee, which is only bitter, can be made into a sweet drink that even children can drink by mixing it with milk. Like Coffee Milk, I strive every day to become the ideal adult who can talk to children honestly.

I'm currently in my mid-30s, but I'd like to work hard for the next 7 or 8 years as I'm still building up my skills. By that time, I will be in my early 40s and will be a fully grown adult. You probably have the ability to have a friendly conversation with someone you are meeting for the first time.

The world of the Internet, whether it's threads or other SNS, is a microcosm of society. If you say something interesting, it will become popular and your followers will increase. While real society still includes many factors other than luck, including innate factors such as connections, in Internet society, some people show their faces or remain anonymous, but ability is more important than in real society. I think that's what I mean.

I feel like many SNS influencers have some kind of solid ability. In that respect, I'm worried about how I should market myself. Some may say that I'm fine as is, but maybe I'm aiming to become a manager or a teacher.

I don't know if there will be a bright new age ahead of me, but I want to spend the next 7 or 8 years focusing on blogging until my heart burns out, which means I'm in my early years, to the point where I can become financially independent. thinking about.

"Hey, Nabe-kun. Please tell me what you do when you're in the middle of the day. If it's something I can use as a reference, I can give you an ice cream bar. Just say it."

My background is basically to study and research, and then push the results onto the Internet through blogs and video distribution. Of course, my blog site and web videos may be aimed at mass media. There is a possibility that they will eventually hire people and start distributing information on a large scale. What?

I may be currently belonging to something (a company?), but my goal is to become truly independent and stand on my own two feet at the age of 42.5. At that age, I might even be married and have children.

For now, I believe that I have already come full circle in my life. "Nabe-kun, if you have a fever and are dizzy, then don't worry. It's a sedative!? For now, I'd appreciate it if you could talk to me calmly and not get swallowed up by the flames of passion. What!?"

In the real world, everyone has a period when they are starting out, so my starting point is this blog and video distribution. There are still only a few videos produced, so I would like to mass-produce them from now on. However, the products I sell are basically written information. I just want to keep that in mind and keep the bus engine running. Puppuu.

The advantage of textual information is that it is easy to translate. If you're aiming to go global, blogging may be closer than videos. I hope you have a good day today. See you soon.

As a side note, it's currently spring in Japan, but if you sleep with a neck warmer on during this warm season, your sleep quality will be much better. If you wear a neck warmer and read a difficult book, you will fall asleep immediately and wake up refreshed in a short time. Everyone please try it.

Is there any meaning in preparing articles in advance? ? I think it's more important to update regularly than to create stock

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I'm going to rewrite the medical school, so I'm going to stock up on extra articles.

I don't think there's much point in stocking up on extra articles. In the original article of this rewrite, the stupidly honest Watanabe talks about how he can't create extra articles in advance.

At this point, I don't think there is any problem with that. Once you write an article, whether it's 4 or 5 articles a day, I think it's fine to submit them all.

The problem is that even if you promise to write regularly, say six articles a week, you can't stick to it. You can write six articles at the beginning of the week and then finish this week's mission.

However, my feeling is that if you want to earn a stable viewership rate through your blog or video streaming, you need to make your readers watch your work as a continuous habit.

You can earn a steady number of page views by asking people to go to that site today to view the work.

Blogging and video streaming are like snowballs. If you roll the snowball seriously and in an interesting way, the viewers will become more and more included in the snowball and you will be able to earn many page views. I don't know how many years it will take until then, but I can say that those who continue to publish their works honestly will be able to acquire many readers who can be called fans.

In the original article before the rewrite, I talked about the preparation of the work and the one-line-per-second method that was popular at the time. This is a method of reading one line per second, but without any context, the story shifts from the article preparation method to the one line per second method.

Nowadays, even if you can read quickly, it is meaningless if your understanding and memory cannot catch up with the line-per-second method, which can also be called a reading technique, but at the time, he spoke with full confidence.

Of course, I don't want to lower myself than I was a few years ago. Even when I read what I wrote back then, scales still fall from my eyes. I am the same person I was a few years ago when it comes to twists and turns, so from my point of view, there are things to look at objectively.

Even I, looking back on it now, can honestly say that it probably isn't right. I think opinions are divided as to whether I have grown up or become an adult.

This story is good so far, but to excuse myself in the past, I would like to use simple study methods such as simply copying important parts on paper or reading out loud, rather than using the one line per second method. I'd say it's more effective.

This article is about what to do with the stock of articles, so it would be nice if I could expand on that topic a little more, but at the time it seemed like I was aiming to monetize by having extra stock.

As I also know from reading notes on writing sites, it is quite difficult to charge a fee in exchange for reading articles. Unless I really like the article or the author, I don't think I'll turn my idle money into money on the Internet and give it to the author.

I think this process of depositing money is really difficult. I would be willing to pay 100 or 200 yen if the article was very useful and it was easy to send money.

In that sense, I basically buy any book I want, and I can say that the information medium of books is a business where it is easy to get people to pay for it.

There is also an old business model called paid e-mail newsletters, but if you pay for such a business, it means that the information is very useful or that you are a big fan of the author.

Since information is basically available for free on the Internet, it may be difficult to get people to pay for the information unless it is clearly profitable, such as how to make money.

In that sense, subscriptions are an interesting business model. If the author's fans pay a fixed amount each month, it will be a stable source of income.

I believe that the current business model for blogs and video distribution is to post advertisements and earn money from advertising revenue. I also want to do business by selling useful information, so I would like to put the useful information I handle on a USB memory and sell it for about 160,000 yen.

160,000 yen means an iPhone! ? Some readers may be surprised, but I believe that the value lies in the information, and if I can sell a 160,000 yen USB memory, I can say that I am an expert in business, so I did a lot of trial and error. I hope that the USB memory will sell as a result.

I would like to make a living if I could sell one USB memory every month. Please note that the contents of my USB memory are related to my research, so if you are interested, please contact me in the comments section. I will sell it as soon as it is completed! !

I also want to write e-books, so I'm thinking of keeping the price around 1,680 yen. As soon as the products are available, we will announce them on our blog, so if you are interested, please contact us.

When I say research, I mean things related to medicine, which I have been focusing on recently, and things I have been researching for a long time, such as number theory, especially prime factorization. Once again, if you are interested, please let us know in the comments section. We will respond sincerely.

So that's all for this medical school rewrite. A few years ago, I was thinking of monetizing the extra articles I wrote, but now I'm trying to sell them as USB sticks and e-books. It makes you feel the flow of time. Please feel free to contact us. that's all. See you soon.

Opening up the destiny of Tenpu Nakamura! The company gives experience and salary

This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time I will report my diary notes from Saturday, December 2nd.

・Generate ideas through synergistic effects

・Gods and Buddhas die when you go to sleep at night, and come back to life when you wake up in the morning

・Nakamura Tempu's ``Develop your destiny''

・The company gives you experience and salary

・Afterword

Generate ideas through synergy

When you hear someone's idea, you may think that it is an application of specific knowledge. Someone's knowledge and ideas are not disconnected like a deep valley, but new ideas are created by developing knowledge. Sometimes it feels like someone's idea is an application of a specific piece of knowledge, but in reality, the idea should be the synergistic effect of many pieces of knowledge.

On top of that, if you can eliminate the problem of preconceptions, the more knowledge you have, the richer your ideas will be. The important thing to note here is that the more knowledge you have, the more your biases will increase. If you can avoid this, you will become a knowledgeable idea king.

Gods and Buddhas die when they sleep at night, and come back to life when they wake up in the morning.

This is the next theme. The other day, I listened to Taro Aso's response to a question on YouTube. I remember that the lawmaker who asked the question said, ``The most important thing is air, but for Mr. Aso, what is the second most important thing?'' I don't remember much about his response, but he gave the following obvious answer. ``In the morning, I wake up with hope, during the day, I work hard, and at night, I go to sleep with gratitude.'' In response to this response, I felt as if the missing words in my mind were filled in. ``Gods and Buddhas die when they go to sleep at night, and come back to life when they wake up in the morning.'' Well, that's all there is to it. Yes, let's go next time! !

Tenfu Nakamura's "Opening up your destiny"

The next theme is Tempu Nakamura. I have recently started using the pen name Ampuu on Seito Shijuku, a sister site of Seito Medical College. This time, I'm reading Amakaze's ``Developing Your Destiny,'' and I've read up to the first chapter. What caught my attention was the idea that people say things based on their own experience and academic knowledge. When I write blogs, I often write about things I've learned from books or things I've actually experienced. It is said that people like stories, and an original story that is unique to that person is valuable. Original stories like this one are also highly ranked in Google searches these days.

As of now (12/3, 01:30), I would like to improve the English translation site of Seito Shijuku. As for the blogger site, it started this year and currently only has about 250 page views. I'll also put a link below, so if you're confident in English, please drop by.

Existentialism. I'll study next time.

The next theme is philosophy. Existentialism. I've heard of it, but I can't picture it in detail. Philosophy, according to Nakamura Tempu, is ``the study of exploring the causes of phenomena.'' You can say that we are asking why physical phenomena occur in the world every day, and what their meaning is. Tenfu says. “What are God and Buddha?” Of course, I don't have a clear answer either, and when someone asks me a question like this, all I can say is give me another half a century. It was about philosophy. If I have time, I would like to read some philosophy books to understand existentialism and come up with my own answers.

the company gives salary and experience

The next topic is independence or freelancing. Many office workers would like to quit their jobs and change jobs or start their own businesses. The reward for the work is too little. It wasn't until I was in my 30s that I began to realize that I wanted to be independent and work as a freelancer. This perspective is from the employer's perspective, and it makes me wonder why they aren't giving me more pay.

On the other hand, from the employer's perspective, the employer's argument may seem a little selfish. Many employers probably believe that their employees are not just paid a salary, they are also given experience on the job. It's hard to believe that someone who has taken the pains to develop the skills they've developed since they were new employees would quit because they're dissatisfied with their pay. Managers may think that younger employees are offered experience as they are paid less.

However, these days, people in their 20s, known as Generation Z, seem to quit their jobs if the workplace is too lenient and they cannot gain experience. If the employer is in a position to provide salary and experience, even if they pay a high salary, they will quit because they will not be able to gain experience. That's a troubling problem. I also have a strong desire to be independent, so I think I can understand people who want to be independent.

However, it is also important to feel grateful to your current company for raising you as an employee to the point where you can become independent. Rather than complaining because you'll never get what you want, I think it's not too late to wait a little longer and decide whether or not you really want to go independent. You can recover as much as you want in your 20s, so it's definitely better to try new things.

If you feel that the salary is low, think about why it is low, and if you feel that the salary is so lenient that you cannot gain experience, you can change the environment around you before going independent. The story up to this point is also a warning to myself. In the words of Tempu Nakamura, ``Thinking in the human mind creates everything in life.'' By slightly changing your way of thinking and doing a lot of trial and error, you may be able to make a big difference in your current environment. See you soon.

Afterword

If we had the financial resources, we could absolutely win elections if we provided all citizens with a basic income of 2 million yen every year. If we wanted to pay 2 million yen per person every year, we would have a budget of 240 trillion yen each year.
