Let's live in the era of underachievement! ! 2 months since I started threading! ? The number of followers is over 6,700 as expected! !

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time we will talk about how to conquer SNS. "I heard that Nabe-kun started Threads around this time, but how is he doing? I don't think he's been inducted into the Hall of Fame or even on the blacklist in such a short period of time!? Long live the blacklist!!"

The number of followers on the thread has now exceeded 6,700 people, but I am wondering if it is okay to continue with the thread. If it were up to me, 6,700 followers would be a huge number, and I'm sure he's a good young man full of motivation and boldly aiming for goals and tries.

However, the blogs I currently run on Blogger are the English version of "Seitoushi International Seito Shijuku," the Spanish version of "seitoi international school spain," and the Japanese version of this blog on .com. Blogger has another site.

As I mentioned in a previous article, as with this blog and other blogs, you can freely copy and paste it for use as long as you include a link.

In addition to these four blog sites, I have a thread, and to be honest, even though I have 6,700 followers, I haven't had a single inflow in April, which is a miracle I'm demonstrating here.

That's strange. strange. It was a near-pin mistake that wasn't supposed to happen.

You can only follow up to 7,500 people on threads. In terms of my current situation, I am following 7,500 people and 6,700 of them have become followers. I'm wondering if it's okay to continue with this thread.

``The good thing about Nabe-kun is that he boldly follows everyone.I think it's great that he can follow strange people, who normal people would hesitate to follow, without any prejudice. Yo"

To be honest, all I want to do is drink miso soup in the morning and enjoy the social media era. To do this, you will first need to have the ability to make your own miso by even trying out the fantasy of making miso from soybeans.

``For a while, Nabe-kun's favorite dish was to eat miso soup with rice, but I would like to have a serving size that goes well with the spicy nature of miso soup.''

In the article before this article was rewritten, there was a story about coffee milk. The story is that coffee, which is only bitter, can be made into a sweet drink that even children can drink by mixing it with milk. Like Coffee Milk, I strive every day to become the ideal adult who can talk to children honestly.

I'm currently in my mid-30s, but I'd like to work hard for the next 7 or 8 years as I'm still building up my skills. By that time, I will be in my early 40s and will be a fully grown adult. You probably have the ability to have a friendly conversation with someone you are meeting for the first time.

The world of the Internet, whether it's threads or other SNS, is a microcosm of society. If you say something interesting, it will become popular and your followers will increase. While real society still includes many factors other than luck, including innate factors such as connections, in Internet society, some people show their faces or remain anonymous, but ability is more important than in real society. I think that's what I mean.

I feel like many SNS influencers have some kind of solid ability. In that respect, I'm worried about how I should market myself. Some may say that I'm fine as is, but maybe I'm aiming to become a manager or a teacher.

I don't know if there will be a bright new age ahead of me, but I want to spend the next 7 or 8 years focusing on blogging until my heart burns out, which means I'm in my early years, to the point where I can become financially independent. thinking about.

"Hey, Nabe-kun. Please tell me what you do when you're in the middle of the day. If it's something I can use as a reference, I can give you an ice cream bar. Just say it."

My background is basically to study and research, and then push the results onto the Internet through blogs and video distribution. Of course, my blog site and web videos may be aimed at mass media. There is a possibility that they will eventually hire people and start distributing information on a large scale. What?

I may be currently belonging to something (a company?), but my goal is to become truly independent and stand on my own two feet at the age of 42.5. At that age, I might even be married and have children.

For now, I believe that I have already come full circle in my life. "Nabe-kun, if you have a fever and are dizzy, then don't worry. It's a sedative!? For now, I'd appreciate it if you could talk to me calmly and not get swallowed up by the flames of passion. What!?"

In the real world, everyone has a period when they are starting out, so my starting point is this blog and video distribution. There are still only a few videos produced, so I would like to mass-produce them from now on. However, the products I sell are basically written information. I just want to keep that in mind and keep the bus engine running. Puppuu.

The advantage of textual information is that it is easy to translate. If you're aiming to go global, blogging may be closer than videos. I hope you have a good day today. See you soon.

As a side note, it's currently spring in Japan, but if you sleep with a neck warmer on during this warm season, your sleep quality will be much better. If you wear a neck warmer and read a difficult book, you will fall asleep immediately and wake up refreshed in a short time. Everyone please try it.

Is there any meaning in preparing articles in advance? ? I think it's more important to update regularly than to create stock

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from Seito Medical School Clear File. This time, I'm going to rewrite the medical school, so I'm going to stock up on extra articles.

I don't think there's much point in stocking up on extra articles. In the original article of this rewrite, the stupidly honest Watanabe talks about how he can't create extra articles in advance.

At this point, I don't think there is any problem with that. Once you write an article, whether it's 4 or 5 articles a day, I think it's fine to submit them all.

The problem is that even if you promise to write regularly, say six articles a week, you can't stick to it. You can write six articles at the beginning of the week and then finish this week's mission.

However, my feeling is that if you want to earn a stable viewership rate through your blog or video streaming, you need to make your readers watch your work as a continuous habit.

You can earn a steady number of page views by asking people to go to that site today to view the work.

Blogging and video streaming are like snowballs. If you roll the snowball seriously and in an interesting way, the viewers will become more and more included in the snowball and you will be able to earn many page views. I don't know how many years it will take until then, but I can say that those who continue to publish their works honestly will be able to acquire many readers who can be called fans.

In the original article before the rewrite, I talked about the preparation of the work and the one-line-per-second method that was popular at the time. This is a method of reading one line per second, but without any context, the story shifts from the article preparation method to the one line per second method.

Nowadays, even if you can read quickly, it is meaningless if your understanding and memory cannot catch up with the line-per-second method, which can also be called a reading technique, but at the time, he spoke with full confidence.

Of course, I don't want to lower myself than I was a few years ago. Even when I read what I wrote back then, scales still fall from my eyes. I am the same person I was a few years ago when it comes to twists and turns, so from my point of view, there are things to look at objectively.

Even I, looking back on it now, can honestly say that it probably isn't right. I think opinions are divided as to whether I have grown up or become an adult.

This story is good so far, but to excuse myself in the past, I would like to use simple study methods such as simply copying important parts on paper or reading out loud, rather than using the one line per second method. I'd say it's more effective.

This article is about what to do with the stock of articles, so it would be nice if I could expand on that topic a little more, but at the time it seemed like I was aiming to monetize by having extra stock.

As I also know from reading notes on writing sites, it is quite difficult to charge a fee in exchange for reading articles. Unless I really like the article or the author, I don't think I'll turn my idle money into money on the Internet and give it to the author.

I think this process of depositing money is really difficult. I would be willing to pay 100 or 200 yen if the article was very useful and it was easy to send money.

In that sense, I basically buy any book I want, and I can say that the information medium of books is a business where it is easy to get people to pay for it.

There is also an old business model called paid e-mail newsletters, but if you pay for such a business, it means that the information is very useful or that you are a big fan of the author.

Since information is basically available for free on the Internet, it may be difficult to get people to pay for the information unless it is clearly profitable, such as how to make money.

In that sense, subscriptions are an interesting business model. If the author's fans pay a fixed amount each month, it will be a stable source of income.

I believe that the current business model for blogs and video distribution is to post advertisements and earn money from advertising revenue. I also want to do business by selling useful information, so I would like to put the useful information I handle on a USB memory and sell it for about 160,000 yen.

160,000 yen means an iPhone! ? Some readers may be surprised, but I believe that the value lies in the information, and if I can sell a 160,000 yen USB memory, I can say that I am an expert in business, so I did a lot of trial and error. I hope that the USB memory will sell as a result.

I would like to make a living if I could sell one USB memory every month. Please note that the contents of my USB memory are related to my research, so if you are interested, please contact me in the comments section. I will sell it as soon as it is completed! !

I also want to write e-books, so I'm thinking of keeping the price around 1,680 yen. As soon as the products are available, we will announce them on our blog, so if you are interested, please contact us.

When I say research, I mean things related to medicine, which I have been focusing on recently, and things I have been researching for a long time, such as number theory, especially prime factorization. Once again, if you are interested, please let us know in the comments section. We will respond sincerely.

So that's all for this medical school rewrite. A few years ago, I was thinking of monetizing the extra articles I wrote, but now I'm trying to sell them as USB sticks and e-books. It makes you feel the flow of time. Please feel free to contact us. that's all. See you soon.

Opening up the destiny of Tenpu Nakamura! The company gives experience and salary

This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time I will report my diary notes from Saturday, December 2nd.

・Generate ideas through synergistic effects

・Gods and Buddhas die when you go to sleep at night, and come back to life when you wake up in the morning

・Nakamura Tempu's ``Develop your destiny''

・The company gives you experience and salary

・Afterword

Generate ideas through synergy

When you hear someone's idea, you may think that it is an application of specific knowledge. Someone's knowledge and ideas are not disconnected like a deep valley, but new ideas are created by developing knowledge. Sometimes it feels like someone's idea is an application of a specific piece of knowledge, but in reality, the idea should be the synergistic effect of many pieces of knowledge.

On top of that, if you can eliminate the problem of preconceptions, the more knowledge you have, the richer your ideas will be. The important thing to note here is that the more knowledge you have, the more your biases will increase. If you can avoid this, you will become a knowledgeable idea king.

Gods and Buddhas die when they sleep at night, and come back to life when they wake up in the morning.

This is the next theme. The other day, I listened to Taro Aso's response to a question on YouTube. I remember that the lawmaker who asked the question said, ``The most important thing is air, but for Mr. Aso, what is the second most important thing?'' I don't remember much about his response, but he gave the following obvious answer. ``In the morning, I wake up with hope, during the day, I work hard, and at night, I go to sleep with gratitude.'' In response to this response, I felt as if the missing words in my mind were filled in. ``Gods and Buddhas die when they go to sleep at night, and come back to life when they wake up in the morning.'' Well, that's all there is to it. Yes, let's go next time! !

Tenfu Nakamura's "Opening up your destiny"

The next theme is Tempu Nakamura. I have recently started using the pen name Ampuu on Seito Shijuku, a sister site of Seito Medical College. This time, I'm reading Amakaze's ``Developing Your Destiny,'' and I've read up to the first chapter. What caught my attention was the idea that people say things based on their own experience and academic knowledge. When I write blogs, I often write about things I've learned from books or things I've actually experienced. It is said that people like stories, and an original story that is unique to that person is valuable. Original stories like this one are also highly ranked in Google searches these days.

As of now (12/3, 01:30), I would like to improve the English translation site of Seito Shijuku. As for the blogger site, it started this year and currently only has about 250 page views. I'll also put a link below, so if you're confident in English, please drop by.

Existentialism. I'll study next time.

The next theme is philosophy. Existentialism. I've heard of it, but I can't picture it in detail. Philosophy, according to Nakamura Tempu, is ``the study of exploring the causes of phenomena.'' You can say that we are asking why physical phenomena occur in the world every day, and what their meaning is. Tenfu says. “What are God and Buddha?” Of course, I don't have a clear answer either, and when someone asks me a question like this, all I can say is give me another half a century. It was about philosophy. If I have time, I would like to read some philosophy books to understand existentialism and come up with my own answers.

the company gives salary and experience

The next topic is independence or freelancing. Many office workers would like to quit their jobs and change jobs or start their own businesses. The reward for the work is too little. It wasn't until I was in my 30s that I began to realize that I wanted to be independent and work as a freelancer. This perspective is from the employer's perspective, and it makes me wonder why they aren't giving me more pay.

On the other hand, from the employer's perspective, the employer's argument may seem a little selfish. Many employers probably believe that their employees are not just paid a salary, they are also given experience on the job. It's hard to believe that someone who has taken the pains to develop the skills they've developed since they were new employees would quit because they're dissatisfied with their pay. Managers may think that younger employees are offered experience as they are paid less.

However, these days, people in their 20s, known as Generation Z, seem to quit their jobs if the workplace is too lenient and they cannot gain experience. If the employer is in a position to provide salary and experience, even if they pay a high salary, they will quit because they will not be able to gain experience. That's a troubling problem. I also have a strong desire to be independent, so I think I can understand people who want to be independent.

However, it is also important to feel grateful to your current company for raising you as an employee to the point where you can become independent. Rather than complaining because you'll never get what you want, I think it's not too late to wait a little longer and decide whether or not you really want to go independent. You can recover as much as you want in your 20s, so it's definitely better to try new things.

If you feel that the salary is low, think about why it is low, and if you feel that the salary is so lenient that you cannot gain experience, you can change the environment around you before going independent. The story up to this point is also a warning to myself. In the words of Tempu Nakamura, ``Thinking in the human mind creates everything in life.'' By slightly changing your way of thinking and doing a lot of trial and error, you may be able to make a big difference in your current environment. See you soon.

Afterword

If we had the financial resources, we could absolutely win elections if we provided all citizens with a basic income of 2 million yen every year. If we wanted to pay 2 million yen per person every year, we would have a budget of 240 trillion yen each year.

Think about what life is! Aeon's founding story! Set tasks in the recruitment!

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time, it's about the diary notes for Friday, December 1st. From now on, I would like to include a table of contents at the beginning of the article.

・Thinking about what life is

・Aeon's founding story

・Not only B to C but also B to B! Setting issues

and postscript in the recruitment interview

<Thinking about what life is>

Having a life means that an object should have its degree of freedom (will) when experiencing past experiences. Actual past experience means that when you look at your past memories, if there is something in those memories that moves freely without being bound by memories, it can be considered to have life. This defines life from a philosophical perspective, but what makes it different from the previous explanation of life defined materially. It is also possible that this philosophical definition of life means something symbolic.

Life, previously defined in physical terms, is a giant filtration device. It filters energy, supplies it throughout the body, and excretes what is not needed. Or, the on-off movements of gravity and homeostasis shape the mechanisms of heartbeat and breathing.

I don't know if there is a connection between this philosophical definition and the physical definition of life. You may be able to associate it with eternity as you pursue medicine, or you may not be able to associate it with eternity. What is life? This is a universal biological problem.

<Aeon's founding story>

I'm currently reading a book about Aeon's founder. It's quite interesting, and although I haven't read half of it yet, I recommend it to everyone. I gained the perspective that management is built on trust and consideration. Trust and consideration are extremely important elements for human relationships in society.

Aeon's founder, Chizuko, is a woman and therefore sensitive, so she practiced ``tea'' and ``flower'' after work on Sundays for employees who were on shift on Sundays and couldn't take time off. Because of this, she seems to have received the reputation at the time that if she were to get a wife, she would be a good choice.

If you're a business owner, I think it's important to not only hold cooking classes and study sessions, but also to do things that are essentially good for your employees. At the very least, I think it would be a good idea to keep pushing forward with what I think is good.

<Not only B to C but also B to B! Setting issues in the recruitment interview>

If I were the president of a major online shop, I would sell products not only B to C (Business to Customer), but also B to B (Business to Business). I think we will also consider services that we can trade with. Once again, I would like to come up with an idea of what B to B is in an online shop.

Furthermore, if I were a company manager, I would work on recruiting staff by ``giving candidates assignments and having them write a report within the deadline.'' For example, candidates may be given a month to work on improving work efficiency or difficult problems, and have them work on them and compile them into three A4-sized sheets of material. This method will give you an idea of how skilled the candidate is. Of course, it is not absolutely necessary to solve the problems; the key is to see if there is anything worth seeing.

<Postscript> I would like to post the diary note report on Seito Medical School, and the developed version as a rewrite of it on Seito Shijuku. See you soon~.

Learn high school chemistry before studying quantum chemistry! Those who can adapt will survive! ?

This is Nada from Seito Medical School. Today's report is about my diary notes from November 29th (Wednesday) and November 30th (Thursday).

First of all, this is knowledge that caught my attention while studying quantum chemistry. 1 calorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g of water by 1 degree. I haven't studied much chemistry, so I felt that the amount of heat in a chemical formula was just a random value, that is, the quantity itself didn't have much meaning, but even 1 cal... I found out that it makes sense. If I take 1kcal of energy, will my motivation increase 1000 times?

Continuation of quantum chemistry. Genetic information is spelled out using the codes adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G), and cytosine (C). The field of quantum chemistry is the introduction of chemical formulas to this genetic information. I also want to study chemistry through my high school textbooks and approach my goals.

This is the next theme. Selling merchandise is interesting. If you go to a thrift store or BOOKOFF, you may find some bargains. Stores don't take the trouble to check how much each product is selling for online, so they can sell at a lower price and sell at a higher price for a profit. When a book I bought for 600 yen was sold for 2,000 yen, I felt a thrill in my heart, as if I were carrying an expensive piece of jewelry in my pocket.

This is the next theme. It's strange that in nature, it's not the strongest things that survive, but the things that can change that survive. Human beings are definitely at an advantage because they are smart, but if they don't have the ability to adapt, they could become extinct all at once. On top of that, it is important in human society to have a sense of urgency, thinking that this is your last chance.

Are you a morning person or a night owl? My memory advocates the theory of 12 hours a day with no holidays

Hello. This is Tenfu from Seito Shijuku. The theme this time is: Are you a morning person or a night owl? Until a few years ago, I lived in the morning. I woke up at 2 a.m. and studied until it was time to start work. In order to wake up at 2 a.m., I needed to go to bed early at night, and since I was working part-time at the time, I would be out for eight hours before taking the train back to work.

Lately, I've been a night owl, but I've been studying, blogging, and researching my hobbies from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. In that sense, I may be a daytime person. I have an income separate from my work, so I have no problem living on my own as long as I work moderately.

While looking at this theme of whether I'm a morning person or a night owl, I suddenly thought that I should wake up at 2 a.m. again and pursue my research and blogging life from there. I feel like waking up in the morning was accompanied by a feeling of exhilaration. Even if you stay up all night working on something, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment by the time the sunrise turns orange. It's now 6:30am. It looks like the sun will rise soon.

What I'm thinking of is staying up all night (1-2 hour nap) on the first day, sleeping 8 hours on the second day, staying up all night on the third day, sleeping 8 hours on the fourth day, and so on, alternating between night and day shifts. I feel it would be a good idea to include this. I think it's enough to work 12 hours a day, but if you aim for exactly 12 hours, you'll lose motivation before the 12 hours are up. In that sense, it might be better to work 12 hours instead of intending to work 16 hours.

When I was a morning worker, I would work about 16 hours a day, including study time, and I'm still impressed by how often I was able to push myself. Nowadays, people are advocating 12-hour workdays with no days off, but the experience of working 16-hour days for several years is what led them to advocate the 12-hour workday theory.

If you want to be one step ahead of others, you need to work harder than others. By not only working hard but also being creative, you will be able to make a big difference in results in the same amount of time. If you take care of each day and write down what you did that day in your notebook, you should be able to score 120 points. You can also use the contents of your notes as material for your blog. See you soon.

If you try to get everything, it won't be fun. Because there is something missing, what you have shines

Hello. This is Nada from Seito Medical School. This time I will report on my notes for November 28th (Tuesday). I won't write my schedule this time.

picture~. On this November 28th, I received enlightenment. It's something like this:

`` There are great currents in the world, and it is important to follow them. '' In other words, our role is to flow in the great river called fate. And going against that trend and trying to get something that you shouldn't be able to get is a violation of the rules.

`` If you try to get everything, it won't be interesting. What you have shines because you lack something. '' For example, let's say you don't have money or are not happy. It may be a cliché, but the reason you can feel happy is because you are also aware of unhappiness. There are very few people who are born happy forever. We can accept happiness as happiness because we have something to compare it to.

You can enjoy the times when you don't have enough because you have something missing. Even if you live in poverty and don't have any money, when you look back on it after you become rich, it will become an irreplaceable memory. In other words, once you have everything, all of it suddenly fades away. Humans are fascinating because they are not perfect. God alone is perfect and sufficient.

This is the next theme. I often study all day long, but I think it's important to take a 30-minute break every three hours of studying. During that 30 minutes, you can clean up, work out, or sleep. It's also a good idea to play a game of online shogi to take a break. A 30-minute break can make or break your long study life. Not only studying but also work, if you take a 30-minute break in between your 3 hours x 3 = 9 hours of work, in addition to your lunch break, you may see a big difference in your productivity. Please, try it.

This is the next theme. Suppose you want to ask a group of voters to equally vote for two candidates out of a number of candidates. How do you think you can get exactly half of the voters to vote? My answer may be sudden, but I think it would be good if we could toss a coin and make an arrangement such that if heads go to Mr. A and if tails go to Mr B. The probability that the coin will turn heads becomes closer to 1/2 as the number of voters you want to vote increases. This effort does not require any money or discussion among voters. All you have to do is toss first and ask people to vote for Mr. A for heads and Mr. B for tails.

This is the next theme. I have faced some challenges in the field of quantum mechanics. I thought that if you could understand just the mathematical formulas in physics, you would be able to master the subject of physics. However, in advanced physics, such as quantum mechanics, I honestly had no idea what calculations were being performed. So I read a book on the topic of quantum chemistry, and it seemed like quantum mechanics was about calculating the positions and velocities of electrons around atoms. This is a story about what that K shell is.

In order to predict the movement of electrons around the nucleus, a calculation formula called the Schrödinger equation is used, but the Schrödinger equation, called a second-order partial differential equation, is difficult to solve, and if you solve it, you can win a prize of 100 million yen. It's a boss-level equation that comes out. I thought that when the Schrödinger equation is divided into kinetic energy and potential energy, instead of adding them, we could multiply them. Well, I'm also new to studying, so I don't really know if it's useful to convert addition to multiplication.

Kinetic energy + potential energy = total energy

          ⇓⇓⇓

kinetic energy x potential energy = total energy

P.S.: Regarding how to obtain excellent human resources, what kind of human resources will be active in the company? I would like to explore this from a human resources perspective.

When making a proposal to your boss, take his or her opinion into account! Your opinions and positions become more important. 230111

Hello. This is Inishitenmei from Seito Juku. This time, we will talk about how to get other people to join in. What do you do when you wan...
