I seriously thought about SEO! After all, permalinks are important

Hello. This is Watanabe Tenmei from the clear file. This time, I would like to talk about SEO in Medical School Rewrite. Below is a link to the previous rewrite article.

https://nabenekocom.blogspot.com/2024/03/why-is-there-no-traffic-from-google.html

I recently started blogging again, but when I started blogging four and a half years ago, I was a beginner at blogging, but it was cool. I think what made me so excited was the fact that I was just starting out.

Now that I've started blogging again, I'm often impressed by how many blog topics I came up with one after the other back then, and the answer is simple: I was open about everything.

When I noticed something, I quickly turned it into a blog topic and revealed everything, which allowed me to mass-produce articles with a large amount of information. I would like to go back to my basics here.

I'm going to upload whatever I think, feel, or notice on my blog. On top of that, what I've been thinking lately, as I mentioned in the article before this rewrite, is that other bloggers are both readers and customers.

After all, blogging is done by people who like reading and writing, and who like writing more than taking and editing videos.

When you think of readers, you may think of Google searchers, not bloggers, but it can be said that it is difficult to convert search traffic visitors into repeat customers. I come across a site by chance and find an article that I want to read thoroughly over a long period of time, so I visit it every day.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this is unrealistic. After all, one of the things that people are most likely to be interested in is making money, and when it comes to blogs that contain know-how to make money, affiliate blogs may be more likely to attract traffic.

However, I think that blogs like mine, which are not about making money, will require a lot of effort to get people to read them enthusiastically.

If it wasn't really interesting, there wouldn't be that many people who would come to see it every day. I also think it would be okay to go back to the old style of telling stories about my blog's successes, with boring gags in them.

Well, at that time, four and a half years ago, I was embarrassed, but after these four and a half years, I realize that I am reaching the age where I can master the art of blogging.

Now, I wanted to talk a little more about SEO. In terms of SEO, I think if you use WordPress, you need to quickly rewrite the URL of the post tag.

This is a so-called permalink, but if you don't change this, if the title of your blog is in Japanese, part of the Japanese title will become a permalink, which is not good.

If you ask me in what way it's not good, it's not good enough to break the seal of the Great Demon King. No, on the contrary, the article will be sealed. “It’s scary.”

A permalink is the address of a blog article, and if it's in Japanese, I can't say for certain because I'm not familiar with it, but it's not good for SEO.

Chances are it won't come up in a search. No matter how long I wait, the boat never comes. Or better yet, take a submarine across the Pacific Ocean.

Once this permalink has been published, if you change it, the record of search traffic will disappear. In order to increase search traffic, a site needs to be frequently searched, and I think this is recorded in the permalink.

In other words, if you leave the permalink and the URL is in Japanese, you won't get any search traffic, and if you rewrite it, your browsing history will be erased.

In other words, permalinks are the next most important thing after the title and body. As of March 2024, Japanese permalinks may also be possible, so if you are interested, please check it out yourself. I'll look into it too if I have time.

Well, this article is about SEO, but I would also like to talk a little about what SNS is all about. In conclusion, I currently have about 6,350 followers on threads, but the search traffic is only 1 page per day.

I don't know if I'm not good at using social media, or if everyone else is too. I would like to try various things to increase the traffic to this blog from SNS.

If you think it's better not to expect an influx because it's a devil's gate, please let us know. I will use it as a great reference. that's all. see you! ! See you soon.https://watanabeinstitutejp.home.blog/2019/09/25/no-inflow-from-google-search/

Why is there no traffic from Google search? ? Have you studied SEO?

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. There may be people who have just started a blog and are not getting any traffic from Google searches. I don't care about PV either, but for the future I need to take steps to attract traffic from Google searches. I would like to think about why there is no influx.

Targeting the millennial generation! Affiliate related articles are memorandums, right?

Watanabe plans to fully disclose the know-how he has gained through blog management without hiding it . He doesn't think he'll lose any of his rivals by hiding it, and he hopes it will be helpful to his friends who came to see him. "Watanabe. The only thing you can hide is the buried treasure. Otherwise, you'll lose at the Battle of Sekigahara. Ponpokopon♪"

How I gained 147 Twitter followers in 2 days! Follow only

Let's change the title of our blog! Get out of a rut by making regular changes

Watanabe announced two days ago that he would be running his blog in a way that does not place emphasis on page views. We will focus on the content of your blog. However, not focusing on page views is only from a short-term perspective; in the long term, of course, we will focus on page views . Therefore, a major factor is traffic from Google search.

In the beginning, I think it's a good strategy to have people on WordPress and Twitter see your blog. After all, no one reads the blog and there have been no visitors for half a year, which must be a blank slate for the organizers. "Oh yeah, put bleach in your head."

However, if you can get some readers even before blogging becomes a habit, your strategy will be a good catalyst. The problem comes after the operation. Relying all the time on WordPress and Twitter followers is a very cost-effective method.

First of all, they are bloggers and salespeople. Therefore, the top priority is to have your blog viewed, and it takes a lot of effort to achieve the operator's goal of getting people to buy your products .

Please look be considered. If you opened a shop in town, would you be able to sell your products to the salesmen who come to your shop? Of course, the salesman may buy one or two items as an incentive to make the sale a success.

However, in order for the customer to become a repeat customer, the salesperson really needs to like the product, and it is not wise to continue buying the salesman's products for that reason. You can make more money by trying to get new customers who visit your shop to become regular customers than by selling to a salesman .

However, salespeople are still consumers. Therefore, it is not hard to imagine that if a salesman sells a product that will benefit him, he can make a profit. In other words, in terms of blogging, this is equivalent to an affiliate. By writing affiliate-related articles, you can attract the interest of other bloggers who are salespeople .

"Watanabe-chan is aiming to attract customers by disclosing all the know-how she has learned. She's doing a pretty good job. But I'm better at 3 pieces. Watanabe's 3 pieces!" As expected. Even when blogging, you need to acquire a business sense, and you also need to develop strategies from a marketing perspective.

I also write articles related to affiliate marketing. However, writing affiliate-related articles is not for the purpose of prioritizing other bloggers and making them superior customers and building an affiliate blog, but above all for my memorandum, and at the same time , I want to share my know-how. I just hope that by doing so, you will find it helpful.

That's why Watanabe is around 30 years old, so I feel it would be a good idea to write a blog targeting an audience that is mainly my age, that is, millennials in their 20s and 30s . That's why I write gags that will be understood by millennials, and conversely, I only understand the key points of millennials.

Therefore, instead of dealing with bloggers who can see immediate results, you need to acquire regular customers who are interested in your blog. ``Watanabe often talks about being a regular customer or a regular customer, but are there really any viewers who can keep up with Watanabe's rampage? It can't be helped, so I'll be the two-top guy. What the heck.''

SEO is fundamentally wrong! Have you read the instructions? can't complete the game

Now, let's move on to the main topic. Why is there no traffic from Google searches when you first start a blog? The lack of traffic may be because Mr. Google is not aware of it, but it may be because he fundamentally does not understand the SEO settings themselves .

There are probably people like Watanabe who, when they buy a video game, learn how to play it by feel without even reading the instructions. I think operating it intuitively is a big step in terms of just trying it out. Nothing happens if you don't do it. However, if you misunderstand the controls at the beginning, as you continue playing the game you will find yourself unable to clear the stages successfully.

When it comes to video games, they're kind, so you won't make a huge mistake if you don't read the instructions. But businesses like blogging aren't as hospitable as video games. If you search for our blog title, it will appear on the first line of the top page. Try asking Professor Google, "What can you do with economics, Mr. Watanabe?" (*As of November 14, 2019, the blog name has been changed to “IDEA Entity”)

Currently, I have made some edits to improve SEO, so I don't know if it will appear on the top page. However, before editing, the displayed ranking was good, but the displayed content was not what I expected. This result suggested that the SEO method might be wrong .

Also, if you search for "site:blog url", you can check whether Google recognizes the blog article page, but even if it does, it may not be included in the search results. So I consulted with Google again.

This led me to suspect that one possibility was that I had forgotten to edit the permalink part . It seems that if you don't edit this, the article title will be substituted as is, and when I looked into it, there was an opinion that the permalink was invalid in Japanese, and in fact, the permalink for this blog article was still in Japanese.

Therefore, Watanabe carried out a major renovation late at night yesterday. He only modified the permalinks, but he re-edited the permalinks of about 30 articles . If you rewrite the permalink, it seems that you will lose the domain power you had up until then, which means you have to go back to square one.

This mistake could have been avoided if he had researched SEO-related sites when he started his blog, but Watanabe started without reading the SEO manual. However, although I'm glad I realized this in the second month of blogging , I shudder to think that I had continued without noticing it for a long time. "Extra edition! Watanabe's mom runs"

However, we are still exploring SEO measures and have not verified whether Watanabe's knowledge is correct. So, I looked into the SEO of the bloggers who had liked me so far, but even when I searched for site:https... as mentioned above, there were some articles that weren't recognized by Google. I felt sad because I must have worked hard to write it.

Perhaps bloggers who have not been referred by Mr. Google are aware of this. He didn't care about SEO. However, after six months or a year of blogging, most of the traffic to the blog seems to come through Google . In other words, if you are not liked by Mr. Google, you will not be able to earn a huge number of page views.

If you realized the importance of SEO from this article, please try learning about SEO. I think it will be more efficient than ever.

So it's time for Hotaru no Hikari. ``Are you all doing well today, readers? If you earn cash, you'll be fine, Mr. Cash.'' Watanabe survives the Sengoku era with his blog. Sometimes someone's malicious arrow will pierce my heart. However, I believe that malice is Cupid's arrow, and I want to cherish the relationships between people. I hope all readers survive the battle of life. See you soon!

If I had to describe myself in one word, I would be a workaholic tuna person! If you get a skill, you won't have to worry about money when the time comes.

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time, the theme of the survey is "How would you describe yourself in one word?" Below are links to recommended articles.

If I had to describe myself in one word, I think the word workaholic would be appropriate. I have been working in a variety of jobs for over 10 years since I entered the workforce. My work is an extension of my hobby, so I feel self-satisfied with the fact that I'm socially productive.

A working adult's job may mean graduating from university (high school), getting a job, and performing duties as directed by the boss.

I consider this blog to be both a hobby and a job, and I believe that if this blog becomes popular in the future, I will be able to recoup the effort I have put into the blog so far.

In that sense, I'm not as old as someone in my 20s, but I can say that I'm like a tuna who dies when I stop swimming. When I was in my 20s, I tried to take ownership of my work and pushed myself hard, but now that I'm in my 30s, I've started to feel like I should slow down a little.

Whether it's work or research as a hobby, I'm happy as long as I'm getting the results I want. To produce results, you need time to concentrate, and you also need the understanding of those around you.

If I had to describe myself in one word, I would say that I am a workaholic, but in terms of my personality, I would say that I am more principled than serious. In other words, he is a philosopher of life.

"Why not use your special skill as a workaholic to work your way up the ladder?" A hermit who has mastered the working world will be able to give me some advice. However, I can say that the work that I am passionate about is more of a hobby than a job as a member of society.

``If you become a workaholic, you'll become a pickled tuna soaked in an energy drink!!'' That advice is true. In fact, I felt sore from caffeine.

Also, staying up all night isn't good. The synonym for workaholics is staying up all night for 3 days, but in the morning after doing 3 consecutive sessions, you can feel the living blood flowing through your body. Once again, I don't recommend it.

In particular, even though I didn't get any ground-breaking results when I won three times in a row, I felt like, ``I did it! It's as exhilarating as winning Chomolangma.''

I also have a vague feeling that it's better to stop being a workaholic when you're in your 40s or 50s. In fact, if you're in your 40s, you can still be a well-oiled corporate warrior. Force should work.

However, from my 20s until now, when I am in my mid-30s, I have worked hard to train myself in the name of work, so I am sure I can fly. Although it is a low-altitude flight, it can be said that there is a big difference between being able to fly and not being able to fly.

There are amazing people in the world. Some people say that there is no big difference between managers, but there is something different about those who have truly mastered something. There is an overwhelming difference in experience points, so when we try to compete, we end up losing every time due to Sundae's difference.

It's easy to understand when you think of chess or shogi, but a really strong person can make it look like a last-minute battle and win every time, or they can make a last-minute loss to their opponent in order to make a difference.

Just as you can speak techniques according to the level of the other person, you can do the trick of adjusting to the level of the other person because that level is a passing point that you passed a long time ago.

Returning to my story about workaholics, there is a possibility that workaholics will eventually become one of those who have mastered their work. This is because they are trying to acquire work techniques that are more efficient and effective than other members of society by practicing hard at work.

My job includes writing for this blog, but if I start making money from writing, I don't think it's a problem to call myself a professional.

I would like to write about my strategy here, but I am running this Clear File Seito Medical School blog, the English version of the Seito Medical School blog, and a thread on SNS.

You can monetize your blog by posting advertisements such as Google AdSense, but I am not very active when it comes to advertisements. This is because we are not actually selling the actual item.

Therefore, I think it would be great if I could write an e-book and sell e-books and later paper books to interested readers. Since you will probably have to pay your readers, you can expect that it will be more difficult to make money from e-books than from advertising revenue.

I think I will talk about this story again in a separate article. For me, work is a role-playing game. I realized that the real pleasure of life is to keep taking on new jobs and investing a lot of your precious time so that you can earn money even if you become penniless.

Having a job that allows me to earn money anytime, even just writing this blog, will be a pillar of my future. I think our readers have a variety of skills. Rather than watching TV or playing games every day, it may be the fruits of your efforts that will help you in the event of an emergency.

I wish my readers success. It was from Watanabe, a workaholic. Let's meet again! ! See you soon.

When I was a kid, the virtual world was the world of video games! The current virtual world is a blog that is a game of reality

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. Until now, virtual worlds were the worlds inside video games. I have also been obsessed with video games since I was a child. Watanabe is a gaming addict, but by the time he reached his 20s, he had completely stopped playing games. Well, this time I would like to think about the virtual world as it is a medical school rewrite. Below is a link to the previous rewrite article.

I don't deny games (I used to play a lot when I was a kid), but when I look at games from a certain angle, I realize that people who play video games or mobile games are doing something wasteful. I feel that way.

The good thing about video games is that you can experience a world that doesn't exist in reality. I believe that there have been games in the past where all the residents of a village were standing on their heads. When I find myself in such a strange, complete world in a different way, I feel like I am one of its inhabitants.

In the game, you steadily earn coins in the game, but the effort of earning coins, accumulating experience points, and leveling up is fun at the time, but when you look back on it after you get bored with the game, You may feel like you were wasting your time.

The reason I have such a cold view of games is that I was also a game geek, and looking back now, I wonder if I really needed the time I spent playing games when I was a kid.

Even if my life were to go back to square one, I would still be obsessed with gaming until I was 20 years old. I think it would have been more meaningful if I channeled that effort into more practical things like studying and gaining valuable experiences.

Of course, I'm not negative about my children playing games. The feeling you get when playing games is important even when you grow up and become a member of society. That fun, immersive experience is necessary if you want to become an adult who understands jokes. This is true whether it's a manga or a sports club.

I think my childhood experience working on games was necessary. The people I want to like are people who play games even after they grow up. Maybe it's a matter of values, but I think it's better to prioritize things like getting qualifications, falling in love, and playing with friends instead of playing games in order to earn real money and gain experience points. I feel that I am indebted to you.

Of course, I'm talking about this because I'm anonymous on the Internet, and I wouldn't go out of my way to say this to the person face to face in real life. This is a so-called story only here. When you grow up, you understand more about society than when you were a child, and I think it's wiser to use your time in ways that leave something behind, rather than wasting it on games that leave you with nothing.

Up to this point, I have been talking about my values such as thinking, feeling, and thinking, but instead of playing video games, I am talking about whether it would be more interesting to think of reality as a game and invest time in real things. . Collecting money and gaining experience points in real life is so much more fun than playing video games, but from a distance, I think it's a waste when I see adults enjoying video games.

For me, games are blogs and research hobbies, but as someone who played a lot of video games in my teens, I can say that they are much more exciting and interesting than video games. . Let's stop talking about video games.

Now, blogging is a current game, but blogging is also a virtual world. It's an internet world, and unless we actually drink together until we're hungover at an off-line meeting, it can't be called reality. Of course, the money generated from advertising revenue is real money, not game coins, but if you want to be anonymous, you can remain anonymous forever.

A virtual world may seem like a world that has no contact with the real world, but anything that is called virtual can continue to be virtual because it is connected to things somewhere.

One of my favorite movies is an animated movie called ``Summer Wars,'' and you could say that Summer Wars is also a movie about the connection between the virtual world and the real world.

Of course, if I remain anonymous on my blog, it will remain a virtual world for me. However, a blog is virtual in the sense that something like a computer or smartphone connects me to the blog. If you want to make it even more realistic, I think it would be a good idea to reveal your real name on your blog and become a celebrity.

It is up to you to decide whether to remain in the virtual world or to make it into the real world. This is not a story about how you should rule as the creator of the world, but a story about whether you can become a celebrity by succeeding at games such as blogging.

In that sense, unless you become a professional gamer in video games like e-sports, it seems like you have almost no chance of becoming a celebrity like blogging or video streaming. It can be said that you are more likely to be socially successful if you invest your time into real-life games rather than video games.

I think it's important to master everything. This is because dedicating several years to becoming a leading expert in a particular field is an important experience for living in society at large. Once you climb a reasonably high mountain, it becomes easy to climb other mountains.

You may climb one mountain many times, but you will gain more experience in life by climbing other mountains as well. If you view the virtual world as a game world, then mastering one virtual world will lower the hurdles to mastering another, allowing you to knock down the lowered hurdles and aim for the top of another mountain.

In the article before the rewrite, I concluded, ``The virtual world is just a place to have fun, and if you want to get financial benefits, you need to link it to the real world.'' In order to earn money, whether it's through advertising revenue from your blog, you'll need to write down your name, address, bank account, etc.

If you only have a free blog and don't want to expose your personal information, you can leave the virtual world of your blog as a virtual world and not link it to reality. In other words, the only relationship you have is your computer or smartphone and your blog.

In order to receive monetary rewards in real games, you will have to deal with the risk of personal information. Recently, there are singers who remain anonymous, and we may see a future where anonymity is seen as a benefit. Things in the world are impermanent. that's all. Let's meet again. See you soon.

Where is the virtual world headed? Virtual Bitcoin is also linked to things 20230314

This is Watanabe, the blog owner. These days, everything has the word "virtual" attached to it. Virtual reality VR, virtual currency, etc. As the game-like world expands, what should we focus on? This is just one idea.

table of contents

・I dream of taking out coins from a video game! It's up to you to make it a reality!

・The virtual world needs to be linked to the real world! Bitcoin is also linked to things

I dream of taking out coins from a video game! It's up to you to make it a reality!

If you think about it, the virtual world up until now was the world inside video games . When I was a child, I was also a gaming idiot who only played games. In the world of video games, there are many different stories, and I think most of the stories involve the main character we control playing an active role.

<Related articles>

Do you have the courage to complete your mission? ? You have enough time in your life, but how do you use it?

For example, the obsession of a weirdo! Attachment to normality robs eccentrics of their abilities! ?

When I played video games, I desperately collected in-game coins and experience points. I think most of the people in the forest were like that too. It seems that some of them were strong enough to take on a time attack to clear it in the fastest time.

In games like RPGs, the idea that if you put in the effort over time, you will eventually see results has greatly shaped who I am today. However, no in-game coins or experience points remain once you clear the game. Watanabe had many dreams during his sleep about how he could somehow bring the huge amount of in-game coins into reality . It's a very occult story, but I think there are many people who can relate to it.

In the end, all Watanabe was left with was the joy of completing the game and a few lessons learned . There is nothing left that can be seen.

"Watanabe-kun, you're expecting too much from games. Games are for virtual experiences. The secret of games is to do whatever you want in virtual reality! Yay!"

that's right. Watanabe had too high expectations for video games. Video games are virtual reality, not reality. However, recently it seems that the boundaries between virtual reality and reality are disappearing .

The fact that blogs are also a type of virtual reality confronts us with a certain reality.

“The blog also has off-line meetings, so it’s not just about writing. Let’s all have off-site meetings and be groggy! Puhyaa.”

In other words, it is up to the person blogging whether to make it virtual or real .

Even if it is a so-called virtual reality game, such as a recent smartphone game, the in-game coins can be sold to someone who wants it. In the end, the question comes down to what is virtual?

Until now, virtual reality was just a place to have fun.

"Let's enjoy BBQ with everyone in the forest. We'll feed them some imaginary bone-in meat and make them friends! Although we can't buy marbled meat."

However, depending on your own judgment, you can link to reality and become happy or unhappy.

I think it's not that risky to become famous just by making anonymous comments on the Internet. However, I think there is a lot of fear and anxiety when it comes to having to disclose your personal information in order to link it to reality .

"Watanabe. Show your face. You must have been popular when you were a student. If you're not lying, prove it. I'm the god of virality ♡"

In fact, everyone in the forest probably won't know whether his surname Watanabe is his real name or not. He may also be using a fake name. However, even if it were his real name, some of his friends might wonder, ``Why does Watanabe use his real name? He probably doesn't want to show his face. It's contradictory.''

Watanabe is a man full of contradictions, and he himself doesn't quite know what he wants to do. Watanabe often avoids accountability by saying, ``We're considering it.'' It may not be a matter of accountability, but there are bound to be some readers who are not satisfied with it.

What we can say at this point is that in some cases it may be linked to reality . You can reply that the use of the person's last name is a foreshadowing. In other words, it depends on the situation. In the end, it's an escape posture. I am a pathetic person. Well, this discussion has little to do with this article, so I'll stop for now.

The virtual world needs to be linked to the real world! Bitcoin is also linked to things

Will the space called virtual reality continue to expand? One of Watanabe's favorite movies is ``Summer Wars . '' This movie depicts an incident that occurs when the RSA code that Watanabe is researching, which uses prime factorization, is broken and the real world and virtual world are linked.

After all, a virtual world cannot exist on its own; it must be linked to the real world somewhere . Virtual currencies such as Bitcoin, which have recently experienced a resurgence, cannot exist solely as virtual currencies, and can be said to have meaning because of the practical benefits of being able to exchange them for things.

"How much money did Mr. Watanabe make from Bitcoin? You must have been paying attention to it from a very early stage. It's normal for working people to spend a little money, right?"

I have known about virtual currencies since the beginning. I've thought about investing many times, but in the end I never got around to it. I had been looking at money for quite some time, and even before that, I was looking at real estate investment. Watanabe is very sensitive to the needs of his time. If I had invested right away, I could have built up a fortune in the hundreds of millions, but I don't want to invest because I'm too nervous.

On this blog, Watanabe would like to share with everyone in the forest what he has noticed. Of course, we do not mediate financial products . That's because it seems like he needs some qualifications, and if he proposed without qualifications, it would have been a no-brainer.

The same goes for legal matters, but the act of obtaining money for some kind of professional consultation may qualify . If you accept money without qualification, you may be arrested, so you need to be careful.

So it was time to listen to Hotaru no Hikari with my friends. I thought about it for a day, and I think it would be a good idea to write a blog post to reach everyone in the forest.

So far, the story has flown in many directions, but the virtual world is just a place to have fun, and if you want to make financial gains, you need to link it to the real world . However, linking is an act that involves great anxiety, and you need to be careful.

I don't know if everyone wants to gain financial gain or not, but if you are a blogger and want to gain financial gain, it is better to think carefully before exposing your personal information to the real world. I think. I wish everyone good luck. See you soon.

What is a middle manager? I like being a coordinating leader, but I want to be a proactive leader.

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Seito Medical School. This time, I would like to rewrite about middle management as it is a medical school rewrite. Below is the pre-rewrite article.

Middle management. Hmm. I believe that the role of a middle manager is to provide a model for the workplace. In this blog, we believe that middle management positions are the key to communication and are necessary for creating a team atmosphere. If it's not my imagination, I feel that middle managers are the ones who take the initiative and work harder than anyone else.

Recently, there was a story on internet news about how a boss's role is to leave notes. I think it's a good idea to leave notes. By writing memos, the workplace will be clearer and more clear with instructions about who said what and how, and who should act in what way.

I'm basically the type of person who says, "Don't look at the trees, look at the forest, look at me!!", so my boss's role is to come to work earlier than everyone else and work more overtime than anyone else to make sure it's not wasted until the end. I am thinking. My way of thinking is rooted in the Showa era (I'm in my 30s), but I would say that I'm a proactive leader, where the boss works the hardest and the subordinates watch and follow the boss.

There are books that say that it is important for modern leaders to create a work environment, but above all, it is important for bosses to take the initiative to create valuable work and pass it on to their subordinates. I'm thinking.

Some bosses create unnecessary work, but the idea is that the boss's role is to find work that will contribute to sales, and it is the boss who asks his subordinates to do that work. If it is a normal business, it can be handled by the usual number of people. This is where the skill of a boss lies in finding new work that will improve performance.

It's also a really good way to improve your business. In any case, think of ways to make it better than the current situation. If business performance is improving, everyone is happy. When superiors improve their performance, their subordinates naturally strive to improve their performance as well. In other words, it is necessary to create a positive cycle.

Although he is a player-type leader, he does not simply handle his work casually. I take the initiative in my work, and while I'm at it, I even create a manual. Of course, it is necessary to delegate the creation of manuals to subordinates, but first, as a superior, you should show your subordinates an example. This is something I can do because I am a player-type leader.

After showing a basic example, have your subordinates try their best to find their own strategies through trial and error. In the article before the rewrite, I wrote that I was nervous about becoming a middle manager, but appealing to subordinates that I am doing my job is effective, and actually doing high value-added work, that is, contributing to sales. I'll find a job to do.

It's ok. A model case could be a boss who communicates in the latest fashion and brightens the atmosphere. However, I am a player who wants to take the initiative in not only creating an atmosphere but also increasing sales, so as a playing manager I am aiming for the star job of creating new jobs that will increase sales.

Once an employee has determined that a job will be profitable, he or she will create a manual and hand over authority to subordinates. Since the subordinate's performance will improve relatively easily, the workplace will be full of motivation, there will be no fruitless situation of holding each other back, and the subordinate will be willing to cooperate with the superior.

Of course, there are some people who don't want to work from morning until night, but if you can invest your time into work, you can work longer hours than others, have a decent amount of private time, and even take in new knowledge outside of work hours. I think it's an interesting experience.

In fact, it is a hardship to continue working like this until you are in your 50s, but in my opinion, you will gain more than you will lose even if you focus solely on your work during your 20s or until your mid-30s. People who keep their work and private lives strictly separate probably keep in mind that their lives follow the same rhythm from the time they get a job until they retire.

However, I think that this is where you should focus your efforts and that the results will not be bad if you concentrate on your work until you are in your 20s or mid-30s. Of course, there are things that can only be done when you are young, such as youth. Everyone has different values when it comes to this, so it's hard to say what's good.

However, as a lifestyle, by devoting yourself to work in your 20s or until your mid-30s, you can gain a far greater advantage over others in terms of job title and experience.

I think I can recover even if I'm in my 40s. I think there are many working adults in their 40s who were unable to get a full-time job during the job hunting ice age. However, if you have a certain qualification, it is possible to earn more than the average annual salary.

If you don't make that little bit of effort and remain a non-regular temporary employee forever, you're the one who's taking chances unexpectedly. There are many opportunities for financial success with just a little effort.

To that end, I don't think you will regret it if you break away from being the same as everyone else and take on a challenge, such as studying hard for a one-year qualification. This is also a matter of values, so if you say that there is no point in getting qualifications, I won't deny it. If so, you can make other efforts to break out of the status quo.

This is a long story, but I think that the role of boss must have the heaviest burden and responsibility. That's why you can receive a lot of authority and good treatment as your boss. Some people may think that my way of thinking is old-fashioned. The idea of ``Can you work 24 hours a day?'' in the Showa era.

However, I have not experienced the Showa era, and I was born in the Heisei era. As someone who was born in the Heisei era, I am saying that there is some truth to the way people worked in the Showa era. It might be a good idea for you to aim to become a coordinating communication leader. That's the latest trend, and that's probably why I don't want to jump on the bandwagon.

Well, in conclusion, values vary from person to person. The best solution may be to become a unique leader. That's all for now. Thank you for joining me in my story. Let's meet again. See you soon.

Let's solve the elliptic curve formula! Is the key to using Fermat's little theorem effectively? dragon blog

Hello. This is Tenmei Watanabe from Dragon Blog. Last time and the day before last, we explained two keywords for mixing in this article. In other words, it's about linear congruences and Fermat's little theorem. Do you remember? about me. It's not a friend I haven't seen in a while, but I would like to check these two keywords again.

Now, the first-order congruence expression is ``a and b are congruent modulo m.'' I'm trying to confuse the reader right away, but the expression a ≡ b (mod m) means that the remainders when a and b are divided by m are the same. In a fantasy world, my confusion strategy is to use things like evening primrose to solve confusion, but next time I'll use Fermat's Little Theorem, which is even more difficult.

Fermat's little theorem is an impregnable cipher with the formula a^(p-1)≡1 (mod p), where if p is a prime number, then a has a value from 1 to p-1 and becomes 1 with mod p. is. This time, I would like to talk about elliptic curve cryptography, so please think of the keyword "cipher" as a foreshadowing.

If you remember the name Euler's phi function from last time, you should remember that the correct name is a^φ(p)= 1 mod p. I'll put a link to the previous article here. I generally don't like to read articles, so if you fall and have to call an ambulance, I'll immediately transport you to a fantasy world and teach you a spell that will help you walk without legs. Is it a ghost? ? It's a little surreal (lol).

Well, I'll leave the idle gag here for the first time in a while. φ(p) is the number of numbers for which p is relatively prime. In other words, if p is a prime number 7, then there are 7-1 = 6, and if p is a non-prime composite number 9, there are 6, 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8. In this case, φ(7)=6 and φ(9)=6, respectively. In other words, if we multiply a six times and mod p, then if a and p are relatively prime, we get 1 mod p.

Well, I've explained it quite quickly and sloppily so far. This is a review, but if you want to know more, please refer to the previous and previous articles.

Now let's talk about codes. This is a story about the demon world called codes, so please continue to enjoy my story if you like.

When you think of codes, some people may think of the runes of ancient civilizations. From the point of view of modern people, the letters used in the distant past are truly worthy of the name cipher. Let's code! !

Among the codes that are often used in modern times, the codes that are commonly used in modern times are the RSA code, which involves decomposition of prime factors, and the elliptic curve code, which uses elliptic curves. RSA encryption, which is a prime factorization code, is used to send credit card pin numbers to the bank where you have your deposit account. On the other hand, what do you think about elliptic curves even if you ask an elderly person? It is used in codes related to cryptocurrencies, which may be said to be.

This time, I would like to introduce a method to easily find a solution for this elliptic curve. Hello everyone? Primary congruence? Fermat's little theorem? What was it? Instead, please try to prepare and review the previous article. If you do that, you should be able to see the beginning of my story.

Now, what is the elliptic curve cryptography used in Bitcoin? First, look at the following formula: This time, it is not meant to be multiplied by x, but expressed as a single variable. Be careful! !

y^2 ≡ x^3 + 7 mod p

Those who think that complicated surgical techniques should not be used. Please rest assured. Since the values of y and p are known in advance, only x is found. By the way, the symbol "^" means y^2, which is the square of y. In other words, y is multiplied twice. x^3 is x to the third power. In other words, it means x multiplied three times.

For example, let's say y=11, p=17. Actually, if you substitute the numerical values and organize them, you will get the following.

11^2 ≡ x^3 + 7 mod 17

121 – 7 ≡ x^3 mod17

x^3 ≡ 114 mod 17 ≡ 12 mod 17

x^3 ≡ 12 mod 17

Here, the remainder when dividing 114 by 17 is 12. One of the points is that the equation of this elliptic curve is a cubic congruence. In other words, it is a congruence of x to the third power. Let's apply Fermat's little theorem to this. Let's raise both sides to the 5th power.

x^(3×5) ≡ 12^5 mod 17

Since p=17 is a prime number, x^16 is 1mod17 if x and p are relatively prime. Then multiply both sides by x.

x^(3×5+1) ≡ x(12^5) mod17

x^16 mod 17 ≡ 1mod17 ①

 (12^5)x mod 17 ≡ 248832x mod17 ≡ 3x mod17 ②

3x mod 17 ≡ 1 mod 17 ②=①

Multiplying both sides by 6 gives 18x, which becomes 17x+x ≡ x mod17. For information on how to find 6 multiplied by both sides, please refer to Euclid's mutual division method in the previous article.

x mod 17 ≡ 6 mod 17

Answer: x = 6 mod 17

Calculation: x^3 ≡ 6^3 ≡ 12 mod 17

Therefore, you know the answer. Let's take another example. What if y=8,p=17?

8^2 ≡ x^3 + 7 mod 17

64 – 7 ≡ x^3 mod17

x^3 ≡ 57 mod 17 ≡ 6 mod 17

x^3 ≡ 6 mod 17

x^(3×5) ≡ 6^5 mod 17

x^(3×5+1) ≡ x(6^5) mod 17

x^16 ≡ 1 mod 17 ≡ (6^5)x mod 17 ≡ 7776x mod 17 ≡ 7x mod 17

7x ≡ 1 mod 17

Multiply both sides by 5.

35x ≡ x ≡ 5 mod 17

x ≡ 5 mod 17

x^3 ≡ 5^3 ≡ 6 mod 17

So, I know the answer. The key point here is Fermat's little theorem. The key point is that depending on how you use Fermat's little theorem, a^(p-1) becomes 1 mod p. No matter how many a's are multiplied together, it can be converted to 1 mod p depending on the conditions.

This time we explained how to find the answer for an elliptic curve, but for example, it is also possible to find a, b, and c for a given value of p for a^3+b^3+c^3=p. maybe. Let's do the math on this one ourselves. The difficulty level is quite high. Let's make a legend meeting.

How was it. It seems that the linear congruence equation and Fermat's little theorem are closely related, but by synthesizing them, I was able to discover a new way to solve the mathematical equation. This time I just mixed two keywords, but you might be able to find a more advanced way of thinking if you mix three keywords. This time is over. See you soon.
